The text on the "Personal Data Protection Policy" explains the way in which Relaxo.bg EOOD, as a Tour Operator and Travel Agent, exercises control over and processes the information about its users. "Personal data" means information that identifies a person or allows them to be linked to it.

This regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of individuals from all EU member states and to standardise the rules for their processing. Enquiry contact form

When using the online contact form on the website of Relaxo.bg EOOD (relaxo.bg), users provide names, email addresses or phone numbers, as well as information about the travel services they are enquiring about. This information is stored so that it can be directed to the appropriate employee responsible for responding to enquiries/reservations. Relaxo.bg EOOD, as a personal data controller, collects only those personal data that are necessary for the performance of the requested travel services.
