Great hotel. Our room was family type, large and cleaned daily. The food was varied and very tasty. The pools are clean and the water park is great.The hotel staff is also at a very high level!!

Very nice staff. All friendly and polite. I was very delighted with the staff in a la carte restaurans, and in main kitchen they are trying hard to be very nice and kind people. All hotel teritories are clean, there is huge food selection, really nice to go with kids. Aquapark for kids (slides and pool). Mini club (thanks for mini club chief, she try to do a lot of activities with kids, and the place is very nice). Only few things that was strange - toilet doors in the room, there was no privat place in our room, only glass door and not until the roof, so that was strange. And kids pool was cold in the morning because has no heating system. So it was problem for our baby, but i saw other kids enjoying it, so it is not a big minus, just depends on people i guess. I would highly recommend this hotel to go with kids.

A realistic 5 star hotel. Extremely well maintained grounds. Very clean. Great choice of food. Good amenities. Swimming pools and slides for kids amazing. Pleasant staff.

Rooms was spacious, beds nice and firm. Balcony good. Toilet was awkward because there is no door to separate from room, so a simiclosed glass door only. Sharing your privacy with the room 🤔 the buffer gets boring after a few days, and they are not too good at keeping the food hot. Other than that. Nice staff good service.

Five star luxus-hotel. Much everything. Beautiful hotel, very top quality. Perfect pools, water park , the beach, drinks...everything is perfect. But...couple points;- staff; why an earth one guy (Simon?) is walking around with air riffle , and pointing that straight to people (yes, gun wasn't loaded but everybody knows that unloaded gun is scariest). Safety first please. Airgun is a gun. Not a toy.- Buffet; terrible noise is not ok. And keep hurry, some foods will runs out.- Elevators; Two slow elevators for whole building.-room: the faucet had been forgotten to wash..it was dirty. No hair conditioner in the room.Still very good. Many pools, inside pool, sauna, snacks (even in the night), a la carte restaurants,.. good value for money.

This hotel was excellent and can’t complement the staff and facilities enough.The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I went with my 2 teenagers and my husband and there was lots of different activities to do in the hotel.We had all inclusive and the food standards were very high and lots of different varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner.We were a 2 minute walk from the beach and about a 30 minute drive from Alanaya main shopping strip.I would definitely recommend going here. great holiday experience.

We came here for a family holiday during the Easter School Holidays.We could not believe the value for money. This is a real 5* hotel and has everything an all-inclusive holiday should offer. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the food was delicious and served all day from one outlet or another. Cocktails were made freshly in front of you and the drinks, although local, were good quality. The rooms were spotless.Whilst we were there we indulged ourselves with a Turkish bath and massage. I could actually move afterwards. The entertainment was great. The team worked so hard and had us in fits laughing. There was even a disco downstairs afterwards.I cannot find a single things to complain about.

I only paid 530$ for the whole trip, which is pretty cheap. Even with that being said, i still feel like i got scammed because almost everything was horrible.You can tell, that the staff do not like working here aswell. If you order a drink at the bar, they dont greet you, they dont talk to you and they dont even look at you.The food was pretty bad aswell. Every day you eat the same things and since most of it is gross, you go sit at your table with the same things like you had on your plate the past 5 days. Cats are regularly walking around in the eating room which makes everything feel unhygienic. Thats not even the worst part. The plates to get your food are regularly dirty. After discovering that my ordered drinks had ants in it twice, i never ordered one again.The pools were clean and the outside area were ok.But the beach was littered and stray dogs were roaming around which also made me feel unconfortable. I dont even know if you can call it a beach because half of it were just stones and pebbles. When you go into the water, you have to be careful that those big rocks in there dont cut up your feet.We were recommended not to book those activities provided by the hotel, which wasnt really their fault since we were there at the end of the summer season.My room was pretty bad aswell. The first experience with my room was the door. The metal piece in the wall where the lock goes in was missing. This meant opening it from inside was a challange itself and it didnt feel safe leaving my stuff in that room. The shower wasnt working accordingly too. If someone was cleaning the room next to you, you can hear every bang and when they are talking in there, you can hear everything too. Even the music from down in the lobby sounded like it came from the room next to me (my room is in the 4th floor).This was a bad experience and even with that low price, i feel like i should definately write this review to warn people. Imagine paying 700 or 800 for the same experience. I will never come back here and im glad i can go back home.

First time visiting turkey and the weather was really good in November. The hotel overall was a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel.Bedroom was a good size and cleaned every day but the bed was rock solid like sleeping on the floor . The staff are generally pre occupied on their phones or disinterested. Kid's entertainment was really good my children really enjoyed themselves here but for adults the entrainment was rubbish things like darts lol .the food at the hotel was very disappointing we eat out a couple of times on an all inclusive holiday which we never have had Todo before , we tried all restaurants on site and he only one worth eating is the Chinese. Food very bland and poor choice of food unless you like fish.I wouldn't come back to this hotel but would come back to turkey

Hi, this was our 1st time in Turkey. We have been travelling the Europe for a while and did not know what to expect. 1. Reception and most of the staff spoke English. Even though Russian is a preferred language. Everyone was respectful and polite. They will treat you the way you treat them.2. Rooms were big, we had two separate bedrooms. I think it was a family apartment. Clean and tidy. Air conditioners worked great, not much noise in the evenings. It is a family oriented hotel.3. Food was good, depends what you like. They have a big variety. You can also book dinner with Chinese/Italian/Turkish food for free. We had Italian one evening - pasta was awesome! Note: sea food is not always fresh. We did find some rotten bits. But we enjoyed pizzas near the beach and the Turkish pancakes.4. Slides and pools were great, a lot of activities for kids. Handball was awesome. There is really loads to do there. Volleyball and darts. Beach was 5min away.5. Evening programs were average, but I mean what can you expect from a hotel. Fun for kids and just a way to look at people making fun of themselves.To sum up, it was a great vacation with no surprises. Everything went smoothly and we would come back to the same place. 🙂 Do not let the bad comments push you away from this hotel, it’s spoiled people that think too good of themselves that write them.

Went for a week last month with friends. The pools and room was good no complaints there however I was very disappointed with the food. I was expecting more authentic Turkish food and variety, but unless you book in advance the A la Carte restaurants you will get the same tasteless meals on a daily basis. The only food I didn't mind having daily was the lamachun and salad by the pool bar but the rest was tasteless and bland. I felt it was more catered to Europeans rather than experiencing the full Turkish food. The alcoholic drinks was definitely diluted as I saw they squirted many spirits using a pump. The plastic cups was revolting, it was browny yellow and discoloured which also smelt vile. It's a shame as the pools and rooms was nice, most of the staff was friendly including the domestic team. Improvement would be: cleaner cups, more variety of food, cleaner deck chairs and to not dilute alcoholic drinks.

A really good 3 star in truth. the lobby's look fantastic and hotel is clean and impressive visually. The food lets the rating down as is catered more toward Eastern European. Food is mainly stews or fish with very little choice for kids...cocktails are already pre mixed in bottles and not made to order. Slides are only open 10 to 12 and then 3 to 5 (4 hours in total)..the receptionist spoke little English and were quick to dismiss questions throughout our stay. The Chinese and Italian a lacarte were nice but you need to stand in a queue in the lobby the day before you want it...any later and they're gone.. finally the WiFi in the hotel is just not fit for purpose. The 24 hour bar is hard to find and more of a canteen setting..24 hour food is salads and soup
