I am writing to formally complain about several serious issues we encountered during our stay at your establishment. Despite choosing your hotel based on positive reviews, our experience was marred by multiple incidents that raise significant concerns about your staff's professionalism and guest safety.Firstly, I must express my shock and disappointment at the aggressive behavior displayed by your management in front of my four-year-old child. It is unacceptable for any guest, especially a child, to witness such hostility. The manager loudly declared, "This is Turkey, we are Muslims, and you won’t have any security here," which was not only inappropriate but also threatened our sense of safety.Additionally, our requests for basic support were blatantly ignored, and the situation escalated to the point where your staff compelled us to leave the hotel. Despite having a valid booking and being German citizens, our rights and security were disregarded, which compelled us to consider terminating our trip early due to these safety concerns.These experiences are deeply concerning as they not only violated our expectations of hospitality but also made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. It is distressing that your hotel, under its current management, would treat guests in such a manner.I urge you to address these issues promptly. We expect a formal apology and a detailed explanation of how you intend to rectify this situation to ensure that future guests do not suffer a similar experience.

A nice place to stay! The service is friendly and the rooms are big enough. The food is great. If you stay 7days u can also choose a private dinner 😀 (very delicious)The bus to the beach is for free, the beach itself is stony^^^U can walk to the city center ~40min.

Personally would rate this hotel a 3/5… the hotel was nice but was not 4 or 5 star.The bedroom we had was a side sea view upgraded room which had a nice balcony leading to a larger balcony just for the people on that floor which was nice.The bedroom itself was nice and spacious but the cleanliness when we arrived was not great, there were stains and holes in the bedding and rubbish left over on the floor and the floor was also dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.We upgraded the room which wasn’t cheap hoping for a better experience but ended up being worse… there was entertainment every night 7 days of the week at 10pm until 11 pm roughly 100 metres from that section of the hotel and was decent when you went to the entertainment but awful if you wanted a early night or had to be up early for any activity’s outside the hotel as it was extremely loud.The reps at the hotel were also nice and friendly but could be a little too much at times, they were very pushy and at times didn’t know when to leave you alone.The food was all you can eat and was buffet style, had a variety of different foods which most was nice but some was also very heavy on the salt and oil. The staff around the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.Last thing is the shops/Spa, we first went to the spa and was choosing between a 40 pound 30 minute spa or a 60 minute 80 pound spa. We chose the 30 minute spa and was asked why not the 60 minute one and we replied it was too expensive and within 10 seconds of saying that was changed to a 60 minute spa for 50 pounds… the hotel spa and shops try to rip you off even though they are in the hotel so please be careful and attempt to barter before just spending there.

Stayed here last week, simply amazing, could literally stay with no money everything available. There's wonderful shops inside the resort selling bags and shoes, gift shops jewelry shops, clothes shop! Lots of pools including quite pool for adults and plenty of slides for younger people! Ala carte restaurants over 16 restaurants, outside food outlets!Shows every night, very talented. Food varied and good! Rooms amazing had sea and mountain views, balcony, fridge stocked with cold drinks, bathroom stocked with towels and gels shampoo and slippers!

On arrival very smart staff met our vehicle, unloaded our luggage and brought it to reception while we were checked in effortlessly. Luggage brought to our room and staff so friendly.Let me tell you.... The food quality and selection is outstanding! Can't wait for tomorrow! Highly recommend!
