Hotel is perfect, beach is very nice with a white sand. Team on the the beach is so irreplaceable. They have a perfection service. And the most who we like is Fatih who could make the best atmosphere on the beach!! Nobody will regret to get this hotel.

We are currently staying at Cullinan Belek hotel. The hotel is quite big but up to a point that it is still convenient to walk all around. It has stunning interior and facilities which is quite different and makes it stand out from the other hotels in the area. There are plenty of restaurants with absolutely delicious food and bars with amazing cocktails. We are staying at the Beach bar "Galapagos" biggest part of the day as it's close to the beach, swimming pool, aquapark and kids play area and somehow this place always has a cool breeze which is amazing during the heat! Special thanks to Bogac who works here at the bar and is super helpful and friendly and makes us feel welcomed all the time🙏🏻Will definitely recommend this place for a family vacation especially if you have small kids!

**Review for Cullinan Premium Belek Hotel: A Nightmare Stay**My recent stay at the Cullinan Premium Belek Hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness.First, the shower in my room was completely broken and didn't work at all, and it remained unfixed throughout my entire stay despite various complaints. There was no hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The sheets on my bed were stained with blood, which is beyond disgusting and utterly unacceptable. To top it off, I found bugs crawling on the cheese at breakfast. This level of filth is shocking and raises serious questions about the hotel's hygiene practices.As if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning in my room didn't work for the entire first day, leaving me to suffer in unbearable heat. This string of problems made my stay utterly miserable.When I complained to the management, they initially promised me 2 complimentary nights with an upgraded room, along with additional services like airport pickup and drop-off and a discounted rate for future stays. This seemed like a reasonable attempt to make amends, but it turned out to be nothing but empty words. When I tried to book these promised nights, the hotel reneged on their offer, only giving me 2 complimentary nights in a family room—the same type I had originally booked. This is outright deceitful and shows a complete lack of integrity.The management's handling of my complaints was not just disappointing; it was infuriating. They clearly had no intention of honoring their promises and were just trying to placate me in the moment.In summary, the Cullinan Premium Belek Hotel provided one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The broken facilities, filthy conditions, and dishonest management make this place a disgrace. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. This hotel is a disaster.

The beach service was amazing. Fatih was an amazing servant, he was always smiling and the drink were so good. The evening show are very interesting and nothing we was before. The restaurants have a lot of different options. The amount of pool, make it possible to not feel overwhelmed with people

This is a very nice place to be,i appreciate the staying here so much.I like the service,the beach activities,especially beach volleyball,that guy matthew is amazing.Also i can mention what the food and products are on high level,food is always fresh and tasty.There are also different activities in the night like astonishing shows and concerts.Will definitely come again,highly recommend!!!

I liked this hotel very much. All things here are amazing. I played bocha every day, football also very positive. Parties are very fun, very beautiful girls. Very good vibes, all stuff is great here. Entertainment team is also amazing, Matthew, Velican, Anna, Julia, Kristina. Food taste is good, very big choice.

Unbelievable hotel and holiday experience. It’s another world, from the second you walk through the reception doors until the moment your airport transfer begrudgingly picks you up. Friendly, welcoming staff and first rate service for every minute of your stay. The bars and restaurants are the best we’ve encountered in 20+ years of travelling as a family, the rooms are second to none, and the pool and leisure facilities will appease all couples and families alike. Will definitely return in the not too distant future.

It's possibly my favourite family holiday ever! The resort surpassed expectations in almost every way. Having stayed at various 5 star resorts, including The Atlantis in Dubai, I feel the overall experience and atmosphere at the Cullinan resort topped them all. The resort is opulent without being pretentious. The whole experience felt very relaxing from start to finish as they've covered all bases. Everything from the concierge whatsapp supports a lounge with lockers, showers, and a 24/7 restaurant ensures you feel looked after from start to finish. The food is outstanding, the service is superb, and the variation of pools and activities was faultless. If I were forced to highlight any flaws, I would say the evening shows could be better, and the cost of the stores/kids club could be more competitive. However, these are the smallest of niggles, which didn't detract from the experience at all. The pools are warmed, which is great for kids. There is a huge indoor pool with spa facilities that can be used all day long. The beach is secluded, and the staff are always available to support. My family agreed this was our favourite holiday so far and we are already looking to rebook for next year. If you're looking for a high-quality family resort, this is the benchmark.

First class service. Extreme cleanliness everywhere. All staff helpful, smiling. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Total satisfaction, nothing to complain about.The food and drinks are excellent. Huge choice of everything. Gym, indoor pool and spa also perfect. Beach and outdoor pools without fault. We were a group of 12 ladies on a golfing holiday, we were very impressed with the hotel and were especially lucky to get an upgrade so we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Our hostess, Ekaterina and Ashraf were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the 2 golf courses and thought the golf club house was exceptional for food and service. All the staff had a welcoming smile and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel facilities and service really made our trip one of the best ever! Thank you

I don't know where to even start with this review. I was super apprehensive about booking this holiday with my 11 month old and husband BUT Cullinan didn't disappoint. The staff welcomed us with open arms and didn't stop until the moment we left.The rooms are spacious, bright and full of goodies that make your experience that little bit better. Everything has been thought of from your choice of pillow, robes, slippers, toiletry kits (even for my toddler), mini bar and balcony view!We even borrowed a bottle sterilizer, baby monitor and baby cot which was no problem at all for the team to arrange.Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet restaurant have an abundance of choices. There is nothing missing and something for everyone without being overwhelming.The 24/7 restaurant has beautiful views over the golf course and a wide range of starters, mains and puddings. We didn't eat at the ala carte restaurants as we didn't feel the need but they looked just as wonderful. I'm sure wouldn't disappoint.The kiddie club house is AMAZING with their own buffet with child friendly dishes, soft play area, covered swing park and creche. It was always full of happy children, playing nicely and having fun.We went to the bar most nights and our wonderful server Kaagan always welcomed us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. He was one of our highlights!The indoor pool team went over and beyond to cater to us, serving fresh juices, snacks, hot and cold refreshments. We loved heading down to see them after our breakfast!The outdoor areas are all beautifully kept, not a spec of dirt, rubbish or even a fly in sight. All the sunbeds are clean and comfortable with lots of space for everyone.The aqua park was only open an hour a day as we came off season but was enough for us and our little one loved the slides and splash areas.The pools are lovely, clean and don't contain too much chlorine!I want to thank each and every one of the Cullinan team for making our stay so wonderful. Every single person who works here treats you as their good friend and we loved it. We can not wait to book again. The bar has well and truly been set. Don't even question booking - JUST DO IT!

Especially the lady staff at reception and Club Manager who on duty, they were double standard.First day rejected us to play at the club due to we can’t show them any handicap (although we explained has other golf club membership in Turkey or stay with Cullinan Resort) . But, we managed to book other Belek golf courses when we show them the membership.The lady told me need to join their golf club first, and get handicap first, else they can’t do anything.After 2 days, we manage to play at the club as our caddy from Istanbul (who knew the Manager) make reservation with them. Funny right :(Overall, satisfy with the hotel accommodation except golf club.

A truly magnificent hotel with everything you need for a golf holiday or a relaxing family vacation. The facilities are first class but the staff are what makes it so special. They are friendly & cheerful and also asking what you need or if they can help you. Each guest is assigned a Personal Assistant and they contact you daily to make your stay as easy as possible. I cannot wait to return.

Amazing location. Near the sea. Good walks. Lots of space throughout inside and outside. Mountain views. Many interesting day trips on offer. Hotel Cullinan Belek was so welcoming and very comfortable. We were made to feel very special and were well looked after throughout the week we stayed. Even though we were in low season in February there were enough parts of the hotel open with entertainment and bars to please its clientele.

Everything was first class from the minute we arrived in the early hours. Egecan from guest relations explained how to operate the hi-tech lighting system in the incredible suite.We were soon ushered to the 24/7 restaurant where we had an amazing meal at 2am as we hadn’t eaten all day. We were looked after all week by Omer in 24/7 giving us superb service.It really is a problem deciding which bar/restaurant to go to as all are amazing.Home tomorrow but really wish we had booked a longer stay. We are used to staying in Dubai but this is the best experience we have ever had.

When we arrived at the hotel, our assistants welcomed us very nicely, we really liked the architecture and design of our room, Mr. Egecan and Mr. Ciser do their job very professionally, there is an excellent assistance service.We normally go to other hotels, but we will definitely come here from now on. The hotel's areas are very spacious and the service is perfect. Thank you to everyone.

Excellent service was given by the staff, who were always accommodating and kind. The general atmosphere of the establishment was beautiful, and the food was simply delicious. Sincerely pleased with everything, I heartily recommend Cullinan Hotel to everyone hoping for a classy and pleasurable experience. It was a delight to be there. We are checking out of the hotel today after spending a week here with my husband and two children. The hotel is grandiose and very well-maintained, thanks to the hardworking staff. There was entertainment for all ages and the food was outstanding, as many others have also mentioned. However, there were a couple of negative experiences that stood out for us.Firstly, we were surprised to be charged 35 euros for an hour of tennis, which included a tennis racket and four balls. We have never been charged for this before in other hotels, and there was nobody else playing at the time.Secondly, we were disappointed to find out that the all-inclusive package only included meals at the main restaurant. The food there was excellent, but we were unaware that the other three restaurants on the property charged between 20-45 euros per person. We feel that this was not made explicitly clear to us when we booked, and it seems a bit dishonest on the hotel's part. We searched their website, but there was no mention of this policy. It appears that the hotel's prominent guests are from Russia, so perhaps this is something they are accustomed to, but it was not a pleasant surprise for us as Europeans.Overall, our stay at the hotel was good, except for these two issues.
