My friend and I are currently at this hotel and due to some negative comments seen on reviews via trip advisor and this website, we were a little concerned.Well we needn't have been. What a lovely hotel, great food and lovely staff.Someone with mobility issues will struggle to get into the sea due to needing to climb down metal steps into it. The pool though is great and easily accessible with the entertainment staff ensuring fun activities for those that want to take part.Personally, we prefer the pier into the sea which does provide a certain respite from the heat. Though there is plenty of shade whichever location you pick. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with the shower and a technician was sorting it out within 30 minutes. If there is an issue, don't leave mentioning it until the end of your holiday and then complain. That's not fair. The food is plentiful and diverse. Lots of salad and meats with vegetables and carbs if you want. The desserts are incredible but don't expect ice-cream. If you want one of those, go to the shop just inside the main entrance doors and buy one. As ice-cream is only available in the afternoon. We have experienced a Turkish massage in the Spa downstairs which was very invigorating and more are planned.Beach towels are readily available every day.All the staff whether front of house or behind the scenes work very hard to ensure a perfect and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to the rest of ours.I am adding to my review above, having come to the end of our holiday.Would we come back? 100%We have had a great 2 weeks and all the staff have been amazing. The entertainment has been varied and the gentleman who plays the violin occasionally during dinner and on a couple of evenings is very good. His music range is great and there are tunes for most people. We went on some excursions booked with Erin at Lonely Travel/Alanya Tours in the shop opposite the main entrance and though the one to SIDE could have been less hurried, the others we did were well worth the money. Excursions included riding on The Legend of Big Krul pirate ship, Sapadere Canyon and scuba diving.Be mindful that to scuba dive you need to fill out a medical form on the boat and if you suffer from issues such as Asthma, chest conditions including heart issues you won't be allowed to dive. The medical issues weren't mentioned when we booked but we didn't have any of the listed conditions. For me it was an amazing thing to do and was on my bucket list.It is easy to catch a bus into Alanya or Konikli for 35TRY each way if you want to explore, and the cable car up to Alanya Castle is well worth it. The views are stunning. There are steps to climb at the top and be careful as there isn't much shade and it gets very hot so wear appropriate clothing. The Spa has very accommodating staff and having had a number of massages with Ulvi, I definitely feel good. The packages are worth the money (much cheaper than the UK prices) and we both had treatments with Anita and Elsie which ensured our skin was scrubbed clean and pampered.Overall a great holiday and a place I would highly recommend.
We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. The facilities, pool, waterslide, food was all really good, couldn’t complain about anything. The beach part of the hotel as well was amazing to have and a really good experience! The entertainment team made it a really good experience as well, they kept it alive! The only thing is that it is within a neighbourhood so there is roughly 5-6 shops and hotels only. You have to get a taxi or bus to other parts such as Alanya or Konakli which is €10 or less. So it’s definitely an all inclusive hotel. If you are a couple looking to spend quality time with each other, relax, maybe do a few excursions and go shopping, I defiantly recommend this hotel! Also as it’s a 2 hour drive from the airport so I would pay for a private transfer!
We are currently staying here and it's fabulous. The staff are fantastic and so far the entertainment is great. Pool just the right size with plenty of loungers. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The food is good but if you want home door then stay at home. Will I come back? 100% so far. Maybe I will add to this review at the end of our stay.

I never give hotel reviews, this is my first review but this hotel was one of the worst I have been to. Going home tomorrow after 10 days. Excited 😂The waiters did not give us table service. Not even water at meal times. We had to get our own drinks whereas they were serving other people. Making us feel unequal. They are quick enough to take dirty plates and glasses. I will not give out tips just for a waiter to do his job in a “4 star” hotel. The cleaner didn’t clean balcony and it was always covered in bird feces. The food lacked variationThe beach bar shuts at 6pm, so no evening drinks there. The beach is covered in animal feces.I had food poisoning from uncooked meat. The reception staff seemed miserable and weren’t welcoming. Never said hello unless prompted by myself first. The manager never smiled or said hello, he never seemed happy, he was always sat with a coffee. The ladies toilets at pool are highly infested with mosquitoes which is not dealt with. So people are having to use the disabled toilet.Big problem with the hair dressers at the hotel salon. Very rude man. Combed out my hair extensions, he was too rough. I ended up walking out. Tried to sell a “protein mask” for a very expensive price, he just wants the money. I told him to keep deposit for the hair cut I was meant to have. (Just the dead ends) . Do not recommend.Entertainment is 9-10 pm music off at 11pmWill tell people NOT to go here unless you’re Turkish, Dutch, French, German. Anything but English. I feel like we were treated very differently, as a young English couple.1 out of 5 starsPros:The couple who works in the hotel market are extremely kind and friendly. The beach bar lunch is better than the hotel restaurantThe Turkish lady making flatbreads was very sweetI got engaged to 😝💍Definitely recommend going to Kleopatra beach and Cable Cars to the Alanya Castle.
This was my 1st time ever trip abroad & an extended birthday present from my kid's 😀 & I'd never been on a plane either.Highlights.. extremely lovely staff, particularly Mohammad & Omar 😀 there were others, but I can't remember their names. Lows.. Food was too greasy 🫤not enough entertainment 🫤 & the biggest ich for me as a non smoker, they had no dessicated smoking areas 😑meaning l was subjected to smoke every day 😑 Every table in the dining area had ashtrays meaning that guests were smoking against none smokers 😑 which meant l was breathing in 2nd hand smoke every day of my stay 😒 There was no plan B in place for entertainment if there had been rain outside 😑 The staff deserve a 5 star. The hotel was fine, but it far out from going to another town without catching the small cramped bus 😑 but it's a thumbs 👎🏼 👎🏼 for everything else.
We've just returned from a wonderful holiday to celebrate 4 friends 80th birthday year. The staff and management were outstanding, we were served champagne and presented with a delicious birthday cake. Thank you so much from all of us. Everything about the hotel and service was brilliant. The choice and presentation of the food was outstanding and the staff so hardworking and caring. You certainly made our celebration holiday very special.
Would liked to have given a 5 star rating. The staff, a 5 star from me. They were very attentive & lovely. Now the reason l couldn't give 5 in general. The White City Hotel was mile's from anywhere. To get to the town centre, me had to get the really small cramped bus 😑 Entertainment wasn't good.As for the food, although it was all inclusive, it was repetitive 😑There was just too much grease in the food, & not really catering for all the different hotel stayers that were there 😑Also, they didn't have a designated area for smokers 😑 Didn't matter if me & the kids were dining in, or outside in the sun, we were subjected to smoke from the smokes 🚬🚭😑 Would l go there again, no l wouldn't, but you have to try a destination to know if l go there again.
Pending reviewOur stay at the White City Beach Hotel was very good and the staff are extremely excellent and always go out of their way to ensure guests are looked after and have what they need. The manager Nurcan (Manager) and Can (Reception) went out of their way for me and my wife and ensured our room we had in the hotel was to our liking and even moved us to another room - ensuring all the facilities and services we used were always to high standard.Baris (Violinist 🎻/Hospitality) was always welcoming, pleasant and attentive to me and my wife and to all the guests. Providing information as well when guests needed it and helped them at all times and plays the violin 🎻 so well, with a large variety of songs to his bow (Pop, Dance and Bollywood songs).Hasan (Hospitality) always helped me and my wife and all the guests with enquiries for their rooms and with their luggage and providing information as well when asked questions. Always said hello and good morning and spoke to all the guests at the hotel, a person who went above and beyond as well.Lutfiye (Barista) was always pleasant and nice to all the guests that she served at the coffee ☕ bar/barista and always spoke and smiled to all the guests and provided an excellent service all the time.Overall, I would recommend staying at the White City Beach Hotel. 🙌🏼
Fine, adults only hotel with friendly attentive staff. We struggled to fill plates at meal times but that's down to our fussy tastes really. Everything seems to rotate around the pool bar so a special mention for young Omer for almost single handedly keeping us lubricated. Sybel and Salih also worthy of thanks. Easyjet site showed location of the sister hotel so it was disappointing to find nothing nearby other than other AI hotels.
Best experience ever. We loved the service, the staff was nice and very polite. I would like to thank Nurcan Hanım and Hasan Bay for all the help. Best staff. The reception was great too. The rooms are clean and quiet. The food is the best. We are looking forward to be there next year too.
This hotel provided a fantastic experience for my girlfriend and I. The level of service is top notch, Omar at the bar is welcoming and warm. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and every single member of staff is attentive, kind, and very hard working. A big shout out to Baris, the violinist, who came in every day and performed in the lounge and outside whilst we ate. He is extremely skilful at his art, lovely to talk to, and was very under appreciated by a lot of guests. The location of the hotel can deceive you on arrival, but don't be fooled, it is a wonderful place to stay, with good food, nice bedrooms (which are cleaned thoroughly each day), and again - brilliant service from every member of staff.
The staff working in the food section were great, all of them made us feel at home and constantly helped us. The restaurant service was great and a wide range of food. The receptionists were helpful from the first day onwards. The animation team were making the holiday even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the waiters and waitress Sibel, all of them were incredibly kind, as well as Dilek who made our holiday exceptional. Overall we had a restful holiday thanks to them.
I was there last year and I don't regret it at all! The hotel is clean, it has private beach directly connected to it, the staff is very kind and hospitable and there are two slides at the pool and the rooms look very good. The hotel also has additional site beside pool to drink coffee after sunset and the available beach bar has a great view on sea. There is also a small garden with a stage and chairs. The burgers and snacks are good, but the only thing that could be better is food in general. It's not bad, but the taste is very average, especially breakfast and pizza in beach bar. Nevertheless, this is fantastic place if you want to spend your summer holiday with a partner for affordable price and still enjoy intimacy.
