Hotel staff are amazing! Moez and Mario have been fantastic playing darts and the other games have brought people from all nationalities together.Good selection for food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kids club is great for the little ones. Over all very happy

I read a lot of the reviews prior to my stay and everything positive previously said I can only validate.The app you download when you arrive is so easy and effective to use. ReallySmart and a great reference for booking al a carte restaurants. I did this the night I arrived. All activities and entertainment is listed there for reference.The WiFi is excellent throughout the resort and so easy to log into! Guest relations can also be message via the app so no need to disturb you relaxation time or feel you have to go to reception.Guest relations and front reception both could not have done enough. Assisted in making our stay perfect. We did encounter minor issues (bear in mind that these can always crop up ) they were immediately resolved. Lisa and her whole team - Baytul, Evra and Sude are so professional and offered the best service! Thank you for everything! Service with a smile everytime! Professional and great representation of a quality hotel!Front of house - Zeynep endeavouring to make sure our room met all expectations and requirements. My expectations were exceeded in fact. Both rooms were beautiful. Attached to the main building.The grounds are very well maintained and clean! Beautiful plants and foliage making it so relaxing and beautiful !The aqua park shuttle service is a great free service. Always reliable and on time. Booking the day before to go is necessary and well worth it!! My sons and I had the best time. Very clean! Well staffed and the life guards are friendly. Free WiFi is available there too!Yusuf waiting on all the sun seekers on the beach was a dream. Smart, wellPresented and very polite. Drinks on tap right to the sun loungers first thing in the morning till 5.30pm!Little hidden gems like the bistro 3-6pm. Turkish flat bread hut. And a pool bar that’s sat in the middle of the pool area which is like being on a little island!The food is fresh. I advise you dine in the al a carte restaurants. Along with all the staff.Some of the shows and bands were amazing.

We had a really great time here in early May.The hotel is super clean and very well maintained. The food here is excellent! Particularly their Quentine restaurant - thanks so much to Memet and Ismail (Jackie Chan) for doing everything possible to make our experience as good as it could be. Also their Wabi Sabi (Asian) restaurant was a superb experience. Both restaurants served outstanding food.They have great pools here with plenty of room and plenty of sunbeds. Also nice was that there are lots of options for sun and shade here to suit everyone.The beach was right outside the hotel boundary and was also lovely.There are plenty of bars at the hotel and also fantastic waiters (Onur is a natural born barman and was great) bringing drinks to your location by the pool or on the beach. Really, there was nothing lacking here.We will certainly be visiting again. Well done Hotel Paloma Perissia!!

Just returned from this hotel this week. Had superb holiday. From arriving (being met 0ff coach) to leaving i cannot fault the rooms spotless. Cleaned every day. Have all facilities. The whole area of hotel is kept very very clean. Never saw one piece of rubbish.. food is plentiful. And cooked to perfection. The staff (everywhere). From reception. To gardeners. Waiters. Even shop staff. Resturant staff. Were 100% best ive experienced.. beached looked nice. But i was happy round pool so dudnt

Overall a very good hotel, which falls down in a few areas.Rooms are of the older variety but are roomy and well kept. The only issue we had with the room was the TV didn't work and housekeeping was inconsistent. The daily room "clean" was a change of towels and a sweep of the floor. On a few occasions we had to ask reception for new towels as the old ones had been taken away but not replaced.The pool areas were all fantastic. A bit cold in April but that's to be expected. You can order drinks on the hotel app to your lounger. You need to place your towels on the beds early morning or you'll struggle to find one.Restaurants are hit and miss. Buffet has a wide range of high quality food and plenty of choice, although it does feel repetitive after a week. Waiters don't speak English, so some slight communication issues as most of the guests are German or Russian. The a la carte options are awful, particularly Quentine. They are extremely disorganised, nobody seems to know what they're doing and they even forgot my son's dinner order. Stick to the buffet.Bars were all good as were the staff.Evening entertainment I found very repetitive. The kids disco had the exact same songs every night, why not change it up a bit?Overall the hotel was very clean and good value. There were a lot of rude guests from our friends in Central Europe (towels on sunbeds at 6am, unable to understand the concept of. "queuing" at the buffet etc) , however don't let that put you off.

Absolutely superb hotel.No doubt in peak season, as with all hotels in this area it would be very busy but we went out of season and couldn't really fault the hotel or area

This is a very good hotel in many ways: good food, friendly service. We did have problems with the safe which dragged on a bit and not convinced the fridge is working but the room itself is lovely with a nice balcony. The swimming pool is also excellent. Main beef - unless you have a Sherpa like sense of direction it is extremely difficult to find your way around ! This could be remedied by SIGNING in many parts of the hotel where rooms ,bars etc are

Having been to Turkey quite a few times and worked in travel, I really liked the hotel as it was in a great location. It was on a lovely promenade right on the beach, so you could walk into side highlights if you wanted to in 40-60 minutes. There were many positives but a few negatives. The hotel was immaculate and kept clean at all times. There was a good selection of food, albeit a little repetitive at times, and we could only get into 1 a la carte restaurant. We went on 26th March - 2nd April so there was a change in the programme from the 1st and you could see the difference. It would have been nice if, at the time, there was an animation team with more activities. Although there is a hotel app that was very useful and makes life a lot easier when on site to get around and order things. The staff at guest relations was super helpful, I think her name was GIZER. Als, ice cream selection was so good and tasty. The staff member NECLA was so lovely and made extra effort to make decorations in the ice cream cone. Only mentioning these two people as they smiled every day and helped generously. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed with most of the other staff and service 😞 it seemed they would only help if you tipped them first. Note, I do tip but only tipped those I felt deserved it and genuinely deserved it. I have never been to a hotel where the service was so heavily based on staff that wanted to be tipped all the time. We were a group of 14 and felt we didn't get the best service. Suggestion to hotel - maybe a better reward system should be initiated. Other than that I would have given it a 5* otherwise.

We arrived a day late, hotel kept room ready for us and welcomed us as soon as we arrived.Only been here 4 days out of 14 but have to say what a fantastic hotel, staff are amazing food is great, cleanliness is great.Cleaners come in everyday to sort room and re fill the fridge for us. Just wish the cups were bigger as like big coffee in morning lol.Currently on second day by pool and service from Murat is fantastic very quick response from app order to deliver to.Weather great as well didn’t think it would be so warm this time of the year but been very lucky.Looking forward to the other restaurants we are booked in too.Definitely recommend all inclusive you won’t be disappointed.I will update again at end of the holiday.

Hope you don’t have an accident that you need medical attention for as the staff DID nothing - didn’t even help call for an ambulance or come over. Other guests had to raise the alarm at reception 3 floors up! Then find out they are in collusion with the despicable hospital Anatolia - DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOU THERE. Will never return to this hotel any Paloma hotel NOR Turkey again after the poor treatment, even refusing to assist me get to the hospital from the hotel as only had £ … wouldn’t help exchange or anything so ended up having to walk miles not knowing the way.

Just finishing our stay in Paloma Perissia and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is great, rooms are quite basic but have everything you need (minibar replenished daily is a huge plus). Food is good with plenty of options and drinks are great. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

A more quiet area of Turkey but this was perfect for us. Hotel all inclusive and it was lovely. Food was good with choices for everyone. Off season so not too busy again perfect for us. Shopping good. Go to Manvagat bazaar on a Thursday or Monday.

The hotel was nice, though the electrics were a bit dodgy in places. It was clean and plenty of staff around. It felt geared up for German guests more than English. Located on the beach, which was very close, and could listen to the sea from our room, which was large but quite basic. Kettle and mini fridge didn't work. I reported, and they sorted fridge but not kettle. The hotel has 3 outdoor pools which were well maintained. There are plenty of sun lounges, though people did the usual putting towel out but not using it. Peir on the beach which you can swim off, lots of fish to swim with. Life guards at the beach and pools. We used the main restaurant which had plenty of options, service on drinks could be a bit slow and they didn't like you getting your own drinks. Lots of cats about that were healthy looking and friendly.

Loving our holiday. Absolutely fantastic. Hotel is lovely and clean. Great choices of places to eat, although not always exciting things for a vegetarian to eat- I'm certainly not hungry though. Kids having the time of their lives. Loads of pools, kids pool is fab. Staff all really friendly. Entertainment is great too
