The team at Polly Club truly knows how to create a magical and enriching environment for children.The team leader, Mutluhan, is an exceptionally kind and attentive person. His warmth and genuine care for the children shine through in every interaction, making both parents and kids feel at ease and welcomed.Betül (Betty) and Doga are outstanding with the children. They have an incredible sense of what kids need and how to engage them. Their activities are not only fun but also highly educational, ensuring that the little ones are always learning something new while having a blast. It's no wonder that the children adore them!One of the highlights for us was the mini disco. It's always a must-visit! The energy, music, and atmosphere are perfect, and it's clear that the children are having the time of their lives. The smiles and laughter during these sessions are absolutely priceless.The daily programs at Polly Club are thoughtfully designed to be both educational and entertaining. Each day brings a new adventure, and our kids were always excited to see what was next on the schedule. Whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor games, or interactive learning sessions, there's always something to keep the little ones engaged and happy.Overall, the Polly Club at Paloma Orenda is a fantastic kids club. The dedication, passion, and love that Mutluhan, Betül, and Doga put into their work make it an exceptional place for children. My partner and I had a fabulous stay at Paloma Orenda for our honeymoon, and what a gorgeous holiday this was! The location is amazing, connected to a beach, and boasting beautiful gardens tended to by very hardworking gardeners. The staff here are very attentive, and there are particular staff which we noticed who really stood out for their work ethic, peoples skills, and attentiveness.To begin, the fabulous Damla and Yerhan who work on the poolside bars were so friendly and attentive with a great sense of humour and a clear passion for their work. They were warm and made us feel so welcome!Also Cem who works very hard at keeping the poolside clean and tidy, whilst also welcoming each of your guests. He is hardworking and super friendly!There is also Sami who works in front of house; we had met him first at your onsite Curio restaurant (which is worth the visit, the steak is juicy and delicious). Sami is a kind and friendly with exceptional people skills. He said to us, "we work for friendship, not for money", but he definitely deserves a raise, too!Ferman is another one of your great members of staff, who works in your Wabi Sabi restaurant. The food here is delicious, and Ferman is so friendly that you always leave the restaurant with a smile!Another great member of staff who stood out is the guest relations lady, who I believe is called Katrin. She made us feel welcome, and always shared a smile and friendly conversation when we were passing through.Of course, there are so many other lovely, friendly members of staff here who can't do enough for you! The cleaners are very hardworking and we always came back to a glistening room with a fully-stocked mini fridge, which we looked forward to.We will definitely visit again, and I will recommend this hotel to anyone! We loved our week stay at Paloma Orenda, the rooms are of a decent size and very clean.The food in all restaurants were very good, especially the Quentine restaurant, the only slight criticism is that at lunch service times in the Quentine/beach restaurant it can be a little hit and miss, our sides never arrived 1 afternoon and on the 2nd occasion my husband had finished his meal before mine arrived. The drinks were of a good standard and the cocktails are well made with a good selection.Special mention to Hasen for our wonderful 10th wedding anniversary set up in our room, it really was a lovely touch.The beach and pool are wonderfully clean and tidy and we mixed between the 2, we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the pool area, obviously that's just personal preference but we was very happy with it.All in all we would highly recommend the hotel and would like to thank you for a fantastic holiday !
We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4. 2 boys aged 3 and 8. The hotel itself is very well kept with stunning gardens and modern furnishings. We arrived late and we were unhappy with our room location and the reception manager done absolutely everything to have us moved the next day! The overall experience of the hotel is very good. Almost all the staff are very hard working and friendly. We have a few small negatives that we would like to mention that have resulted in the 4 star rating.Lack of food for kids in the main buffet restaurant.Although the food is delishious overall, we felt there was little to no choice for children. All other resorts we have stayed at in the past have had a "kids section" for 2 weeks, our kids ate pasta. The beach bar done lovely chicken schnitzel at lunch that the boys loved but this was never available at the main buffet.CocktailsThese were a hit and miss, sometimes nice, sometimes undrinkable, it would depend who was making them. We had a walk along to the finesse and looking in there, they seemed to be made a lot better.EntertainmentThe shows we seen were very good but there is days where there is nothing on and its only a live band. I felt there could of been more entertainment over our 2 week stay. There was also no music on during the day by the pools (apart from aqua gym times) several guests we spoke to mentioned this also.BedsAs we got towards the end of our stay, there was not enough beds at the pool. I came down to put some towels down at 9am and they were all gone. I could see families reserving beds for children that were not even using them!PillowsThe pillows in the rooms are extremely thick and hurt our necks, we asked to others but only the same ones were offered.Now on to some positives.The beach bar lunch is delishious! Tasty food and a stunning view. The waterpark is great fun although we found the water extremely cold our first week (middle of may) it was much better towards end of may. Cleaners do a good job of rooms and are always smiling and friendly. Reception staff are very helpful also.Overall its a really nice hotel. A few tweaks would make it exccellent. It has been a nice 2 weeks for us but we feel we might try somewhere else next time.
Best hotel really clean resort friendly had the best time here entertainment at night could be better but was still good beautiful food best place to come with couple or family absolutely loved it !!
Excellent Service at the Beach Bar and RestaurantDuring our stay at the Paloma Orenda in Antalya, we had some wonderful interactions with the staff. Yigitcan at the beach bar is fantastic—his cocktails are amazing, and he's always friendly and attentive. He really made our time at the beach even more enjoyable.In the restaurant, Mehmet Ali stood out for his excellent service. He was efficient, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's great to see staff members like Yigitcan and Mehmet Ali who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.Thanks to them, our stay at Paloma Orenda had some memorable moments. We appreciate their hard work and recommend visiting the beach bar and restaurant for a great experience.
We stayed at the Paloma Orenda in Antalya with our 5-year-old son. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with a clean beach and plenty of activities for families. Our room was generally comfortable, but the wardrobe was quite small, making it difficult to store all of our belongings. The bathroom design was open, which wasn't ideal for privacy.The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the food at the restaurants was varied and delicious, with options for both adults and children. However, we noticed that the staff didn't seem particularly motivated or happy. They rarely smiled, and it felt like they were forced to work here, which affected the overall atmosphere.Despite these issues, we enjoyed the beachfront location and the activities for children, especially the kids' club, which our son loved. While there were some great aspects to our stay, the lack of enthusiasm from the staff and the room's shortcomings took away from the experience.We hope the management can work on improving the staff's morale and the room design. This hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs some adjustments to make it a truly great place to stay.
This place is out of this world. Fantastic location right on the beach, expansive grounds with well thought-out layout. Buildings are a maximum of two stories high. Great restaurants, lovely bars, shows and live music. Very family oriented. There are a couple of stand out features at this resort. Firstly, it’s kept scrupulously clean and tidy. Everything is in its place, the floors and paths are clear, there’s no rubbish lying about. Secondly, the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has been absolutely lovely. They take a pride in doing a good job. They’re attentive and anticipate what you need. I can’t praise them highly enough, it’s what really makes this resort stand out.I’ll be back, with out a doubt, and have no hesitation in highly recommending Paloma Orenda.
Fantastic hotel! Has everything you need. Including ice cream and cake shop, mini market, clothes stall and an even a tattoo shop.Two big swimming pools (135cm) and one kids pool (30cm) the pools are 25 to 30 meters so good for swimming and playing games. We were allowed to have floaties which add an extra layer of fun to the swimming pool. A good life guard on duty and was always watching.Food was good, fresh and lots of choice. The beach restaurant was very good. Made fresh and a good menu. Lovely sea view.The beach was only 50m from the pool and mostly sandy as you got closer to the sea it changed to small pebbles. We had to be careful because it was jelly fish season so had to watch where we swam. (April). We were told in May is turtles can lay eggs on the beach so just keep an eye out if wondering at night. We never saw any.The room was alittle small for the 3 of us. However we are the sort of people who only sleep and change in the room. The rooms need some bed side tables with drawers and think it would be good. Sharing one draw for underwear between three of us is alittle tight.Bars.There is no self service so none of this wastefulness from holiday goers which was nice to see. Lots of choice and very good and quick service.Overall a hotel which is hard to beat and a lovely 10 days. Thank you Paloma Orenda
We stayed here last week of October 2023. This was not our first Türkei all inclusive holiday and hence maybe a little bit of comparison comes into our review.First the good things, the facility seems to be not that old hence everything had a modern touch and was very clean.The buffet in the main restaurant was really good as compared to some other places where it was almost the same most days, here there was a good variety offered each day and in the 7 days we were there, there was very few repetitions. There was also an option to get fresh fish of choice grilled. But no cocktails were served in the mail restaurant.There was also a spa area, where we can get massages and Hamams. The kids play area was also really nice.Another thing which was really great was the water slides park. An entire area for waterslides and baby pool. Perfect for all ages. Paradise for anyone who likes to go on water slides.Now onto the things which we didn’t find that great. Maybe we had bad luck but we were made to wait a long time till we got our room. They said it was clean and ready, but something had to be painted and they were waiting for the painter.. after a long time (after asking twice) they said we could go to the room but maybe the painter will come by in the evening. This painter never came during the whole week. So don’t know why we had to wait in the beginning.The special restaurants were just ok. We tried all 3. The steak restaurant, Japanese and the Italian restaurant.One thing we really enjoyed in other resorts in Türkei was really good fruits. Only standards fruits were offered - no berries, watermelon, or those exotic fruits.The worst part was the cocktails, not the best brand Alkohol used. Also no learned cocktail mixers were there. It was always the same set of staff keep switching between restaurant to bars to service. Few times they were out of juice for the cocktail or the Alkohol. And the person Mixing the cocktail didn’t know what soo came in the cocktail even though there were only like 10-12 cocktails to choose from. And it looked so basic with no decor or anything.The sweets at Patisserie looked great but tasted not that great. They were not made there but just got them delivered.Another difficulty we had while ordering was that some of the staff spoke neither German nor English but only Turkish soo it was hard to communicate.In the 7 days we stayed there our mini bar in the room was refilled only once. In the bathroom they offered only shampoo and body lotion(interesting combination). The most important shower gel was never there. We heard from some staff that it was near end of season but that is no excuse. When we Pay such a huge amount for an all inclusive holiday we do expect these things.
We were really impressed from the very first moment when we left the airport transfer. Despite the fact that it was already dark outside the hotel looked very inviting.We were welcomed with a drink and our luggage was carried to our apartments.Another stunning moment was when we entered the main restaurant for the first time for dinner. The variety and quality of the foodstuff and dishes that were served were amazing and far above from what we expected. Even after a week we were able to discover new dishes and tastes.Also breakfast and lunch did not disappoint at all.The Hotel itself was just perfect as well - nice and (most important) clean apartments/rooms comfortable in size and practically equipped, a beautiful and well-kept green area/garden,a nice private beach, different bars, a big water slide park and a kids club with a great play ground and plenty offered activities are only some of the highlights to mention.We also enjoyed the Spa, and some of the sports offers. I especially liked the yoga class in the evening with the sound of the seas in the background.Besides that we were really satisfied with and appreciated the friendly and courteous service of all the hard working staff at any time.A big Thank You to the whole Team!Another outstanding highlight during our stay was the dinner at the Wabi Sabi à la Carte restaurant.Besides the dishes itself, which were really delicious, the service was extraordinarily good.We would like to especially say thank you to @Muhammed Bilgin and @Eyyüp Nacar who really made us feel very comfortable. Their professional, polite but also casual appearance made the dinner even more special and created a relaxed atmosphere.
The food and drinks are amazing in Paloma hotel, it was better then what i expected. They also serve you pretty fast. The hotel room was really big and the quality of the bed, bathroom etc are really good.The animator that time was Tom and he helped us out to get some nice activities done, cool and friendly guy , +1 for him.
Paloma Orenda exceeded my expectations. You should expect great service where the staff go above and beyond for their guests. The reception staff were very helpful and approachable whenever I had a query. The restaurant/general staff were so attentive to the point where I was sat at the bar and my flip flop fell off. One of the workers rushed over to put it back on my foot, such a gentleman! I, of course, couldn’t allow him to do that.The rooms were spacious and cleaned thoroughly everyday. I loved the minimalistic decor with neutral colours.The food - one word - amazing! I would highly suggest opting for all inclusive at this resort. The main restaurant operates on a buffet system with a variety of food and cuisines which are all freshly made and some stations you have the food cooked in front of you. Lots of options for dessert and hot/cold drinks too.The resort is located on a beachfront, perfect for those who wish to lounge by the ocean. There is also the pool area where I spent most of my time reading a book and taking an occasional dip in the pool.On my last day I visited the resort Spa and had a few treatments (hammam, massage and facial). Reasonably priced and I was very happy with the service.I could go on but this resort is perfect if you’d like a relaxing holiday where everything is done for you. It is truly an escape from reality. I hope to visit again in the near future or may even book a stay at another Paloma hotel! Either way, thank you to all the staff for making my first visit to Turkey so wonderful.
We fell in love with this place, thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel is modern, which does not give the feeling of a typical Turkish hotel, which is a big plus. The food is brilliant. The DJ and his music was the best part of the trip. Please make a place suitable for hotel cats, many people care about them and want to feed them. They need their own shaded place with water. Many hotels are taking this step and starting to care for animals. Thank you!
Great hotel, good rooms they are very clean and modern. Food is always available with great pools and right on the beach! Entertainment every night and entertainers are very nice and friendly especially Tom he’s made are trip brilliant!
We have just stayed for 11 nights in this hotel. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for you. Especially Tom he has made our holiday! He is very friendly and approachable and would come back just to see him! Pool area was always very clean and the bar staff were fantastic
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is more intimate than others we have stayed in and has a very good welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and attentive with a special mention to Tom who has really looked after us from the entertainment team and checked in on us daily to see if we need anything. The kids have been involved in the darts and aerobics! Would definitely recommend Paloma Orenda. The water park is clean and great for kids of all ages.
