Pretty great hotel and staff service. Staff services on the premium level. Staff helpful and friendly. Food, beverages, drinks tasty and fresh. I strongly recommend for families with children.

This hotel is fabulous. Very happy with the choice of food, and the snack bar with waiter service is fab. Pool and loungers cleaned everyday. Lots of activities during the day and night if you want them or just watch. The evening entertainment is some of the best I've seen. The animation team all very friendly and enthusiastic, very nice people. Made our holiday. Kusadasi about £20 in a taxi or about £3 on the bus for 3 people. Bus happily let my folded up wheelchair on. Great value good meal in kusadasi at golden Boys restaurant and they even brought us back to our hotel (just gave them a £5 tip) cheaper than a taxi and nice and safe. Good cheap bazar 5 min walk from hotel. Would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel with great staff , enjoyable food and drink, very good entertainment... a bit off the beaten track but plenty of buses and taxis available.. had a thoroughly enjoyable stay ... room was lovely and had an amazing sea view , always found something nice to eat at every meal (I'm quite fussy) , night entertainment was really good quality and the the main thing that stood out to me was the staff, although mainly young, they keep the place spotless and couldn't do enough for us , very polite and attentive... would highly recommend

Very beautiful place located next to the longest beach in Kusadasi. Below it's my personal rating for each section of our familly group of 4 stay.Hotel/accomodation- 5/5. Modern and clean facilities located in perfect place next to the longest beach in Turkey. Just perfect.Food- 4/5. Overall everyone will find something for himself. Breakfast everyday the same loads of choices especially around rolls , sweet rolls and salads. Afternoon and evening food, changes of food served between days only some of them keep being served everyday. Everything I tried was tasty and good the reason I gave for food section 4/5 it's fact that as a kebap fan I was expecting much more of this kind of food from the highly rated hotel in Turkey. During the whole of my 7 days stay I ate 2 times real lamb/beef kebap at this hotel called iskander kebap. Once was during evening Turkish day dinner and second time from A la carte restaurant from Turkish menu section. Iskander kebap was one of the best one I ever ate in my life just amazing. Besides this you have snack bar where they are serving chicken roll kebap everyday, but it's normal dry chicken kebap in the roll. Loads of different cakes served in main restaurant really testy and good.Drinks/bars- 4/5. Staff served drinks in the hotel across a few bars around the hotel. So all very good reason for rating 4/5 it's fact that drinks served next to the pool taste not so good as the same once from the bars located in the hotel facilites inside. Same with beer, bars next to the pool beers in the cups half foam/ half beer. In the hotel bars or even main restaurant proper tasty beers. Staff from the bars very friendly and helpfull, no issues.Staff around the hotel- 5/5. Great, friendly staff from the first day of your stay. Be prepared for photos taken during your stay in the hotel by professional photographers working there, great service. Special thanks for Kagan friendly member of the spa proposing team, my wife bought daily spa massages from him, great service always have time to chat with us, wish you all the best Kagan. Waiters and bartenders also spot on 5/5. Animation team 5/5.Overall I would very recomend this hotel for my friends well deserve this. More iskander kebaps next time please. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, all very friendly! The cakes were so delicious and what a work of art! And during the afternoon you could eat delicious Turkish lokma besides ice cream. The chef for making cakes was very friendly and deserves 5 stars for his delicious cakes.👏🤩The pool and sauna and hammam was very clean and the animation teams were very nice and funny.

Lovely place,very clean, very helpful staff and management. Rooms cleaned every day, replenished cleaning products and drinks in the fridge. Great food, good drinks, wonderfull view, sea and mountain, directly access to the beach.

Honest review just like I do with every single resort that I visit:Questionable 5 stars, unless the requirements are less strict in Turkey, compared to Europe (Spain etc.)Food:This is an all-inclusive resort. It contains a la carte restaurants (mexican, ottoman and italian, pre-booking required), 1 buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snackbar.Haven't tried the a la carte restaurants as the menus contain the same stuff I've been eating in the UK.The buffet is good, not great, and I have had better food in Riu 3 star resort in Furteventura. It is split into areas (BBQ area, usually with chicken shish, beef/lamb shish and something vegetarian, small area in the middle with mixed food, sometimes chicken curry, sometimes lasagna and many more, but always luke-warm food, Specials area with turkish pizza, fries, maybe some stir-fry or chicken kebabs - food that is different daily, vegetable area, fruit area and dessert area).Specials and other hot food do not have as many options as you would expect, whilst the vegetable area is massive. They also prepare some special food like sushi or caesar salad in front of you (I love both examples but this was just not good in this buffet, the taste and texture were massively off).Breakfast - nice bakery selection, toasted bread in egg mix etc. (the usual stuff), but if you love a toastie, for some reason, all jams or honey are in bowls and you need to scoop the mixture into your plate, it's not as simple as taking a small jar or a packet and spreading it on your bread, which I do not understand.Snack bar - you can order food like pizza, kebab, chicken steaks that are pretty good and you even can take them to the pool or your room, which I loved. It also has daily icecreams, waffles, other turkish deserts.Overall: 3/5Drinks:For cocktail lovers, all of them are made way too strong. Once again had better mixtures that are easy to drink without frowning, in 3-4 star resorts. Selection is also not that wide, maybe 5-6 cocktails, you can, however, ask the bar staff to make something off-menu. 3/5Pool:Great pool, enough space for everyone, plenty of chairs and parasols. Also has a few small slides (not too impresive but good to have). 5/5Resort itself:Very beautiful, flowers everywhere. Nice and tidy, always being cleaned by staff. The resort has its own private beach with chairs, no complaints there. 5/5Staff:Probably their biggest advantage. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, there are loads of staff in every corner. Once you've sat for your dinner, someone will be pouring you water and asking what drinks you would like within the first minute. 5/5Entertainment shows:So far we've seen a Colombian cabaret, acrobatic show, bingo, and a music quiz - pretty good. 5/5Room (based on a twin room with balcony):Modern rooms, nice design. Maybe slightly small but you're not here to stay in the room. Shower, no bath. Free "mini-bar" which is refilled daily with 2x cokes 3x fantas and 2x sparkling waters, also a 2l bottle of drinking water in the fridge + 1 more for the kettle. Not sure why but has 1 blanket which long enough to cover the bed but is not WIDE enough to cover my feet (I'm 182cm or 6ft, if I cover myself until the shoulders, my feet are out). If we exclude this, 5/5Extra:The resort has a spa with good prices. Few shops (bags, hats, pool stuff, snacks, souvenirs).Located quite near to a small bazaar, enough if you want to buy stuff.

From the very beginning a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Animators are wonderful people who can amuse and encourage everyone to have fun. Romeo and Sterling found their way into our hearts the most! We felt like they were our friends throughout the trip! Rooms clean and very neat, as well as the whole facility. Food delicious and varied! The bartenders are smiling all day and helpful, they will make any drink you want!There were so many activities at the hotel that we didn't want to leave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We were very pleased! See you there 🇹🇷🇵🇱

I was in the hotel for 7 days .From the very entrance nice atmosphere , beating from a distance from the people working here !From the first day we were introduced to the incredibly positive animators .Sterling and Romeo ( Natasha ) are people who charmed us with their energy .They invited to many activities that the hotel offers and we felt with them as if we were friends for a long time , we greet all the team of the hotel but these two people will stay in our heads forever !!!Food delicious and very much to choose from , order is at the forefront of this hotel .And for the thirsty , bartenders do wonders on the bar 😅I recommend everyone this hotel to spend time here and with children and without children .Greetings 🇵🇱🇹🇷

Spent an amazing 7days here from the welcome to the goodbye everyone was friendly and helpful, me and my family went for a relaxing holiday and palm wings was perfect for that. The end of October so entertainment was limited but non the less there was something on. Food was delicious especially the dessrts with fussy children they still managed to enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner. Could have a better selection of cocktails but I would definitely go back.

I have just returned from a very pleasant 2 weeks at this hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Maintenance and cleaning staff take great pride in their hotel. The bar and catering staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The contents of the fridge are part of the all inclusive deal and are replenished when used. My only complaint about the room is the lack of drawer storage for underwear otherwise there is sufficient for everything else.The food is plentiful and varied. The main dining room has occasional theme nights, which during our stay included Mexican and Turkish. Even as a fussy eater I never went hungry. My only complaint about the food would be that many of the items that should have been hot were not actually as hot as they should have been. I did notice a microwave so should you wish to warm anything there was that option. I didn’t use any a la carte restaurants as the menus didn’t appeal.There is an Animation Team doing activities for all ages but we didn’t partake and we didn’t watch the evening entertainment as it’s not our thing so can’t comment on the quality.The chargeable water sports on the beach seemed well run with appropriate safety procedures in place. The beach was a lovely place to be. Beach shoes may be an idea as there are small stones and pebbles on the shoreline but the sand is the soft, fine grain variety. Shower and toilet facilities on the beach are clean and well maintained too.The location of the hotel is heavily residential meaning it is a very quiet location. There are a few small supermarkets & restaurants around but with it being all inclusive it was not necessary to test the restaurants. The town is a taxi or bus ride away but well worth the trip.In summary, I would happily go back to this hotel and if the hot food situation could be improved it would be perfect.

The staff at this hotel are the best , so friendly, and accommodating, Murat the Manager is a Gem, the bar staff on the terrace bar are exceptional and can make any cocktail you ask for. Entertainment is very good. The food also is very good, I am a fuzzy eater and do not eat meat, but there was always a veg or fish option. The spa is worth a visit too, the location itself is a bit remote, but if you are looking for the relaxed vibe this is where you want to be, there is also a regular bus that runs every 20 mins and cost 1 euro. The only downside is the hairdresser was shut, but I was directed to Ozsim across the road, they were amazing, I had my hair blow dried twice there and was pleased both times and very good value.

We had a nice family experience, won't book it again for many reasons but it wasn't that bad. To begin with THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL by world standards, maybe by Turkish standards or by hotel management standards. Lack of cleanliness in the loby and even worse in the room , housekeeping gets better after a tip as usuall. Rooms a really dated so is the lobby area. The buffet and the kitchen in general is excellent 👌 and clean , so is the pool area and the beach area .Sea was really dirty in this period but if you catch it with no waves its crystal clear. The best thing I've seen in hotels for a while is the pressure of the water in the shower ohhh you gonna luv it , the mold though maybe not so much. Towels and bedding are cheap and rough just motel style , beach towels though are great. Bars are a joke😁😁😁😁 , no seriously at least 1 should have a professional working their knowing more then Jack n Coke😁, that was fine for me though. Kid's area's are poor but the sand the animators and the sea will compensate enough. If you traveling with toddler's keep in mind there is absolutely no baby foods , to my surprise, and no stores close by beside the hotel one😁 . Keep in mind the hotel is 3 hours from the airport , big lack of convenience unless you ready for it. No atractions within the walking distance. Water sport are present somehow not that exciting. A la carte restaurants are same food as the buffet just with a server and a variety of wine per extra pay of course, although the view is very relaxing.Elevators aren't clean either i can probably get a database of prints of it .The only real coffee machine is in the lobby bar only by midnight:( . Overal this is a good3+ star hotel with its goods and bads

Just got back from 7 days all inc here. Could not really fault it for the money. Great service and can highly recommend booking the private cabanas on the beach as the pools get rather busy. Rooms a little old but very clean and they do the job and we all slept well. The buffet is excellent and the house red wine is fab.Would recommend for families for sure.
