The services and people who work here are great and very friendly. The food is very diverse although It could be better but it was good.I would highly recommend to stay here with your family. The night performances are also great although not kid friendly a little inappropriate for kids but other than it it was a great vacation
I leave 3.stars because of the room that I was not satisfied with. There was mold in the bathroom, the room smelled of cigarettes, the fallen curtains, one even fell on my head and I left it on the floor, no one came to put it back, so I stayed for 7 days. But the 5 stars go to the staff who take care of the food, the staff who do different activities for children but also for adults. Many congratulations to everyone. I recommend you from the bottom of my heart. Good food and for everyone's taste, no matter how picky you are, it's impossible not to find something good there. I would come back anytime. The evening is noisy because of the shows, but there is nothing wrong with it.The rest all 5 stars
Had a great week long holiday here, we had to upgrade our room on the first day as it didn't have a balcony. The food was lovely and fresh, hotel facilities were great and the staff always smiling and very helpful. Would recommend for family holiday and would stay here again.
Just returned from a 1 week holiday. Everything was great. Excellent choice of food at all the eating places. The BBQ, Tulip, snack bar at the pool and the main restaraunt too. The room was spotless. The large bed was a bit hard, but, this did not take away the enjoyment of the entire holiday. Staff were lovely and very attentive. First time in Turkey and only wish we could have stayed another few days. 10/10.

I’ve honestly never witnessed something so terrible in my life. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.Staff incredibly rude aggressive confrontational and dismissive. Not willing to listen to guests who had issues. Observed multiple arguments at the front desk on a daily basis where staff were shouting at guests and leaving them left without resolutions to their problems. Instead they would laugh and turn their backs on customers telling them ‘get over it’ and ignore them.Luckily we booked through on the beach so have gone directly to them to raise our concerns about how disgusting the treatment was from staff towards guests.Even after this we tried to make the most of this nightmare but it continued to disappoint.The only decent thing about this hotel is the location. Luckily your close to shopping facilities, bus stops and the beach where you can escape and we spent as much time out of this hotel as possible.I really would think twice if you are booking this hotel. Unless you want your holiday to completely ruined from the moment you arrive.I hope on the beach drops this hotel from their books because it does not reflect the great customer service we have received from them so far.
We had a fantastic Family holiday at Grand Park Lara.The hotel and the bedrooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, The food was very nice, being vegetarian I had No problems.Great entertainment, my grandsons loved the water slides.The food on the Beach was so yummy.Patisserie selection was so good.Definitely would be going back to this hotel.We booked our holiday through Easy Jet Holidays.
We booked late and I’ll admit this was not our first choice. However we were delighted with the hotel, I have fussy eaters and they have all managed to find stuff to eat each day. Only once we ate in the main restaurant and did find it hectic so most of the time was the snack bar, tulip or bbq ones. These were fast, always seats and never any getting knocked out the way for food.We only left the hotel once to do the pirate ship which was good but I didn’t realise how far it was when we booked it. Otherwise really you could stay a week and never have to leaveKids loved the slide there just the right amount I felt with out loosing track of where they were and the kids entertainment and kids club they loved. All the folks working in the club were kind and friendly.So many options for them to do, Even if it’s not something on the list they fancy they can still just go In for a half hour to play with the Lego etc.The entertainment at night was the best we have see, different each night. The set up alone took hours for the all.Sun beds were never an issue, you do get folk going down at will o’clock but we were usually down after breakfast about half 10 and never struggled for 5 beds in a row.Honestly would highly recommend.We have one night left and a late check out tomorrow. Check out is 12pm and you are €20 a hour to stay extra if they have rooms.Great holiday, kids loved it.Have to give credit to the entertainment staff girl with the dyed pink hair who helped my daughter after being knocked over the roller skate guy. She thinks she amazing x sorry don’t know her name
The stay has been fantastic, the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The food was nice and lots of choice. Also the pools were fantastic.
Great stay here, very clean with helpful staff in all areas. Cannot fault tbh for the price paid.Food for all inclusive is good compared to most similar hotels, all family eat well throughout stay.Recommended as all family all had a great experience here.Ignore the bad reviews, I really think some people would complain about anything and have unreal expectations.
I've had a wonderful week, excellent room it's wonderfully clean. The food has been varied and excellent quality. Staff are friendly and polite and helpful. Short transfer from the airport. Looking forward to coming back here next year
This resort deserves 5+ stars. Me and wife went for 4 nights and wanted to stay for the whole week because of such an amazing hospitality. The Food, the pools, the staff and the rooms, It was a top G. An all inclusive style resort that has everything to offer for every type of person. Kids, Teens, Young and old, everyone enjoy there. The food is so so good along with the desserts. Literally the dessert is so good in this hotel you won't be able to stop your hand from tasting every pastry, tart or triffle you ever find. The food is different everyday and it is AMAZING! The pool snack bars serves the best burgers and fried chicken stuff along with a variety of cocktail drinks. The staff is super cooperative and hard working. Overall 5+ reviews for best value all inclusive hotel in Lara area. We will definitely come back!
I stayed 15 days in this amazing hotel. And on the Tulip restaurant we had this waitress Ayakoz she was very kind , helpful and always with a smile on her face. For sure she made my stay was much better with her good humor. keep up the good work. I will come back for sure
Fantastic hotel and staff are great. Rooms are lovely (in a standard double room without balcony). 3 resteraunts, 3 pools (1 heated) and 7 (if I remember) bars. Cocktails are lovely, beer is good and the wine is lovely. Also endless supply of water and mini bar in the room is free (if all inclusive).Things I would improve: better selection of hot meats, this is a hard one to explain but felt each evening meal was kind of the same. Breakfast would be better if you could have eggs made to order (like an omelette). Ice cream man there every day all day as it was delicious 😋
I am SO pleased I chose to stay at Grand Park Lara for my second visit to the beautiful resort of Antalya! When I first visited, 18months ago, I stayed at a 5-star resort five minutes up the road. This resort goes above and beyond! The staff here could not be more friendly and professional, but their approachable and informative reception make for an even more relaxed stay, safe in the knowledge that they have your best interests at heart every step of the way. The entire complex is kept spotlessly clean throughout at all hours of the day. Any and every request is dealt with as a matter of priority, both courteously and expertly. Special thanks to Miros and the rest of the team in Client Services! The food and drink is varied, plentiful, and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone stay here. Do NOT delay - book your space TODAY! You will NOT be disappointed in ANY way!! 😊 I look forward to returning at my earliest opportunity x
- The water still runs after pressing the flush button.- Very poor internet, sometimes missing for half an hour.- The bathroom is not clean, lots of limescale on the taps.- Something above the air conditioner makes a noise, it's annoying.- Water leaks underneath the toilet.- There was no soap at all, we had to ask for it.- The hairdryer barely works, you have to wait every 5 minutes for it to turn back on.- The Spa isn't free, it has to be paid for separately, even though it was stated to be free in the description.- I didn't receive slippers.- Every morning around 7 o'clock the cleaning lady slams doors down the hallway.- Recording during aqua gym in the pool is not allowed.- It's always slippery on the tiles outside.- Drunk people are heard in the hallway, shouting, playing music at 3 o'clock.- The remote control doesn't work.- The staff in the shops are generally unfriendly, the shopkeeper gets angry that I wanted to try something.- Breakfast is only until 10 o'clock.- The photographer takes pictures of me without asking, and I don't want to be photographed.- There is both good and bad food.- Friendly workers.- This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.
We were a family of three and decided to go ahead with a family deluxe room and we were placed in building C which was near the main buffet. We stayed for 7 nights, 8 days.Location was perfect!We had a good size living room, decent size bedrooms. Plenty of space for your clothes. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Daily cleaning available. We enjoyed our balcony with pool view.Their food were tasty! Lots of variety in food which changes daily. Their kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses are hard workers! You could see them sweating but still pushed through to make sure everything was perfect. We appreciate their effort! Even the bar staff, they're nice and generous with alcohol.We enjoyed their heated pool as we went 2nd week of Feb. It definitely made a difference.We will stay here again!
We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff is well organized, well informed and helpful. The only con would be couple of bartenders who would prefer to watch their phone rather than take care of the customers.Nonetheless the experience was incredibly positive.Great selection of drinks and food options at the restaurant.
The hotel is so lovely especially for the price with very good hard working people involved. Its my second time here and I’m definitely coming back. This hotel is very clean like super clean!! The food is amazing, lots of choice. I want to say thank you to the guest relations who all looked after me through the trip. Irem from guest relations you were always eager to sort minor issues fast so thank you. Great service. Good listeners. Will be back.
Nice hotel, staff are really friendly, room is perfect for what is needed also has an amazing view from both sides of the balcony. Best part is the hotle cats they are the highlight of the holiday make sure you bring some cat biscuit with you. We have come out of season and it is still very busy but once you get the hang of how things work it's fine, place is very clean and staff are always there to make sure everything is nice and tidy also if you come in march bring jackets it's a little chilly.
Overall a really great hotel, the staff are very friendly and will go out of the way to help you. The food is absolutely amazing loads of choices at breakfast lunch and dinner, there is even a restaurant open late if you arrive late night. There are loads of pools and lots of things to do. The only problem is that not all the rooms have a balcony but overall a great hotel. Would recommend to stay here. But buy your ciggies out of the hotel not in.
Even though the hotel is nice I wouldn't call it a place to stay for a family with children aged 10 and under. Meals for children was spaghetti,hot dog sausages, chips and grilled chicken each day, even after we were told there would be pizza and nuggets for children also. The heated pool was also too deep for them to stand up in. The rooms were nice though, plenty of room and clean with a lovely view of the mountains. Food was too repetitive but always tasted nice. If you like a quiet winter resort this is ideal as it doesn't start to open up until the first week of march and fully by the first of April. On arrival we were not made aware of any information and was only told to scan a qr code to find the times of everything. We picked this hotel as a last minute change so we had an outdoor pool as the one we originally booked had closed there's. Even though it's nice and lovely we probably will not return in favour of somewhere with more children friendly activities and pools.
Nice hotel and located conveniently to many shopping centres. However, the beach is not conveniently accessible as it is a 6 to 7 minute walk across a busy main road so we ended up not going to the beach much.No A/C in the rooms at the time we went. Availability of food and beverages were good. Access to pool towels was not convenient as well. Not complete luxury and comfort however staff and service was good.
Overall a really good experience with only minor disappointments. This is a very large 1000 room hotel so catering for so many guests is a challenge. Even in the off season it can feel crowded, especially in the main buffet dining room. Food quality, variety and quantity is very good and staff try hard to keep up. A hidden gem is the Peppermint Restaurant which offers fine dining nightly for a most reasonable price.A fixed five course dinner has enough choices to warrant several visits.As a person with limited mobility, the location is a bit of a stretch, unless you want to take taxis often.The WiFi here is about the best I have used in scores of hotel stays, mostly business trips.Hotel upkeep, maintenance and decor are high standard but for its size it needs more service areas like bars and lounges.Happy to recommend but probably in the less busy times. I would CV come again .

Unfortunately, smoking in hotel rooms is common in Turkiye. This was an issue with my room. But staff were very helpful and professional. They politely gave me another room. I have to say that most of staff were friendly. The best part for me, though, was food. Vast variety of food and very well prepared. I highly recommend to buy all inclusive
Hotel is decent with loads of things todo with kids. Room were bit small had to upgrade it to family for 2 adult and kid. Reception is seems bit off no welcome and see off culture. Food and drinks were really good. Overall was nice just service could be improved.
The Hotel has been very good for us as a family of six. The hospitality has been very good for nine days. The staff have been very welcoming and nice. The rooms have been very decent and the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is very refreshing and fun. The cuisine was impressive aswell.However, there are a few setbacks. The food was pretty repetitive over the 9 days and the TVs were not as impressive as previously perceived. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my time here and so has my family and I recommend this hotel for any wanting to come, especially in the summer.Well done
