Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pools both at the main part of the hotel and across the road where there is a quieter pool and access to the beach and a deck with more sunbeds. Plenty of areas for the children to be entertained as well. All the staff work incredibly hard keeping the place clean and tidy. The snack bars are good with a choice of burger, pizza, Mexican, fish and chips and kebab - the food is really nice at the snack bars, however sadly that cannot be said for the main restaurant. Food in the main restaurant is a weird concoction of food and mainly caters for Russian and Polish palates - which are the main clientele. Unfortunately for us Brits - the few of us that are here - it isn’t particularly nice and most of it is already cold on your plate before you have sat at your table. We were looking forward to lots of traditional gorgeous Turkish food, but that was not visible, except for one night at the BBQ area and that was lovely and hot and very tasty. The other British we spoke to were ALL of the same opinion where the food was concerned, along with absolute rudeness of the mainly Russian and Polish guests, who frankly we could not wait to get away from - never experienced anything like this before - pushing, shoving and just general rudeness off the scale! Do not book this hotel if you want a relaxing peaceful time as our foreign guests will make sure you don’t have it (although this is no reflection on the hotel). One thing we would highly recommend though is the Turkish Hammam and massage. The Thai and Balinese ladies are amazing and we had the best experience with them - lovely!! There is nothing much outside of the hotel a few small shops along the road, but you need to take a bus to Kemer for anything else. Nice holiday, but sadly wouldn’t come back, purely on the food and the overwhelming Russians and Polish.
Great verity of food, very nice hotel.Downside was there wasn't many staff that spoke English.Zulfiya and Yasmin were the cleaning staff in charge of our rooms and did an excellent job. Very happy with their service.
It's an amazing hotel. Food, service, and beach are so good. We are visiting in May 2024, and the sea is so cold, but we enjoy the sun. Cleaning lady Leyla Umatova is doing her job for 5+! Towels are changing, and the floor is always clean 👌
First time visiting Turkey and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Picturesque views of the mountains from balcony and other side its a beautiful beach with nice sunset view .Staff were amazing, very friendly always had some activities going on and they always look after people. The host guys are very funny and kind specially my favorite people ,Ali, Can ,Hüseyin ,best holiday I hade .
You get what you pay for.We have just arrived back to the UK after staying at the Dosinia resort, 20 of my family members stayed there so this review will cover everyone’s experience.Pros:- Heated indoor swimming pool- Rooms are clean and modern- Sauna and steam room included.- Unlimited food/sweets and drinks including milkshakes and slushes- Excursion guy Levent is very good and genuine. Some of the taxis he provided the drives were very aggressive whilst knowing 4 babies were on board. Moreover, some came late for the starting pick up, but we had to return the same time still so we got less time with certain excursions. Overall his service is good and the excursion are really good.Cons:- Communication is poor, the front staff can’t speak English well.- Although it has nice views of the mountains, the location is not great, it’s costly to get around to places which are all far away. Better to stay in Antalya city.- Food variety is huge however, it’s very bland and maybe 3-4 food items are okay, the rest is just not nice, we ate out a few times even though we got full board.- There was CAT POO IN THE CORRIDOR which one of my family members stood on and went into the room with, once we informed them they only came and hoovered up the cat poo from the carpet floor and didn’t bother to wipe it or offer to clean the shoes/clothes of my family member that got dirty. They didn’t even offer to clean the room because she walked into her room after standing on the cat poo. There is a cat in the hotel, I love cats, but really it shouldn’t be there if it’s going to poo around the building. This was the worst experience by far.- Most of the pools are quite cold.- Shisha bar has awful Shisha. We paid £50 per head per person roughly, for the price it is good however, I’d much rather pay more and get a better place closer to the city. If you’re on a budget then this resort is decent, 3 star is fair, no where near a 5 star experience for the price.
We had a wonderful holiday in September 2023. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Professional, helpfull and friendly staff members. Various types of food and very delicious. Entertainment for children and adults was also good.We really really enjoyed 🤗
it’s been an amazing holiday. All the staff are amazing and so helpful. There is a variety of food, activities, drinks and more You will never get bored of anything. There are a few local shops behind the hotel however there is a bus that takes to to kemer or Antalya if you don’t want to use the taxi. The hotel has amazing ambassadors that help book activity packages and provide general information for touring.Special thanks for Levent and his wife (tour ambassadors) and Bahaiye Gelik (guest relations).Overall a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.
This has been the most amazing holiday destination for me and my partner we came to dosinia for 8 days and want to stay for 8 more it has been the most amazing experience ever. The food in the hotel was absolutely amazing there is a choice for everyone if you don't like certain foods don't worry dosinia have got you their variety of food is amazing, if you don't want to eat in the main restaurant don't worry there are places to eat outside including pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, Mexican, fish and chips and more, the most amazing for me was the jacket potato on the beach side of the hotel it is to die for I think its a must have when your hereThe drinks they serve are amazing non alcoholic and alcoholic there is so much to choose from.If you are going as a couple, a family holiday, ladies holiday, lads holiday, this hotel is the one for you I cant fault it enough I have loved every second of it absolutely going backThe entertainment team have been amazing, Arthur the DJ, the entertainment team, RIMA, RONALDO, ALI, HÜSEYIN have all been absolutely amazing I cannot fault them one bit I have loved every bit of their energy, there is never a dull day when here.Me and my partner had a little trouble with a rep from a excursion company who go hotel to hotel getting people trips, we got help from a different rep called LEVENT AKSU he made sure the he helped us and got most of our money back I cannot fault him enough I would definitely book excursions through him if you are going to go I know me and the missus will be in the future,I have to say there are some bad reviews on the hotel, I don't know where they get their faults from because this hotel is absolutely perfect there is not one fault in there,The cleaners are in the room every day cleaning and will even ring your bell on the door to see if you are in so they don't feel like they are intruding,Not one fault from me or the missus will 10000% be coming back to this hotel for years to come cant wait to be back
Had a great holiday and deleted my 5 star review due to how our last couple of hours ended in the hotel. I left mine and my sons new coats in our room when checking out by mistake and realized around 3 hours later. I went to reception and after 30 mins they managed to find my sons jacket but didn’t find mine. My coat was on a hanger with my sons jacket over the top. I’m absolutely fuming, the staff didn’t seem bothered. Just told me they will post me it when they find it (which obviously they aren’t going to) we was meant to be coming back in October which are now cancelling as this has hugely put me off ! How the situation was handled you do not expect that from a 5 star.
So far is perfect holiday, many bars top quality alcohol branded not cheap crap as different hotels, 3 big swimming pools, plus private pools, and kids 3 pools, massive jacuzzi in the room, very high standards, fabulous food, definitely we will come back next year. Coffee/tea bar, stret food bars, main restaurant and 2 a la carte. Access to spa, only minus bit far from airport but view is amazing mountains on one end and sea on different. Good entertainement on the evening. Free wifi. 3 water slides, another part of the hotel directly next to the sea and small molo with access to water no need to go through stones on the edge of the beach. Barber and shops within hotel premises. Rooms very clean and cozy, professional, helpfull and friendly staff members.
5 stars! The kids had a lovely time! The range of pools were good and we got a bit of fun out of the slides. I enjoyed the new foods! Definitely worth the money and would go back again!
This is an honest review of a family of 3 that went in October 2023. We took an all inclusive package from loveholidays. The staff at Dosinia was extremely friendly. Even though not all spoke perfect English, they did do an effort to help!FOOD: Wide variety of food a all times... from the main restaurant's massive buffet including all types of fresh grills, to the delicious breakfast and the food court which had pasta, mexican food, pizza and burger! There are plenty of coffee shops and places where you can gets snacks during the entire day almost.Drinks: There are not limitations on what you can have! beers, spirits and cocktails, little wait and a lot of variety.Atmosphere: The hotel is a large complex so you can chill out and move around during the day if you wish for, it has nice quiet areas for adults, or kids areas, many swimming pools and the beach too. Though the beach is with rocks, the water is very warm and is very relaxing!Activities: You have pentacles (Boccia), darts, football, water polo, aerobics, etc, There is also a gym if you wish to use it too. Music in the beach and swimming pool!Kids: Activities for kids in the kids club but also in the main stage an amphitheater. our 15-month-old son LOVED his time there, he played lots and we was having fun.Rooms: Comfortable with a shower and a little balcony! you can sleep great with your baby in the room, just ask for a cot and will be provided. Thanks to Raziye for being so nice and friendly and looking after our room every day with a big smile and doing an amazing job.For what we paid we were very happy! we booked the holiday 3 months in advance and we had no issues. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. However, do not expect EXTREME LUXURY. The hotel is 5 stars and is gorgeous and luxurious but it is not like those hotels those ultra luxury resorts! You can however pay a bit more and get butler service and have your own private area by the swimming pool if you wish toWhat really helped us was looking at the youtube videos of the hotels of the guests...Also there are plenty activities you can do if you wish to (paid) including day trips to other areas of the coast, islands, jungles or local temples. The hotel also has a spa free of use and you can pay for massages if you wish to. Also has 2 restaurants which you can pay extra if you fancy or want to change the food a little bit!
left jewellery in hotel on the last day and they are not responding anymore deleted live chat so i can’t make a claim. they won’t respond anymore.ask to ship over but not responding. Jewellery missing from my belongings a pandora ring and bracelet been took from the room cleaner and can’t get anything back.honestly do not recommend but one think they are good at is keeping people safe ask something happened with a family member they took very good care of them but still do not recommend. the hotel is not a 5 star. no english food also the snack bars r better then the actual restaurant. i went in september 2023 honestly do not recommend to go.
As all of you, I went thru the review on Google, and was full of expectations, as some of the reviews was not good. But then I saw the reality and I have to tell you, really do not understand where the people had the bad experience. Me and my family were feeling like a queen family, without joke. And not only us, also people we met there.Rooms - cleaning every day, we can lick the bottom + lovely cleaning wemens - specially Bahrije. She didn't speak any english, but was all the time very helpful and was trying to make for you the last. We had 1 double bed and one bed extra for our son, big enought + TV + fridge (filled with non alkoholic drinks every day) + bathroom with shower (very clean) and everything saw new.Hotel - very big with family atmosphere and really really very nice.Service - Big thank you to Halil and Mehmet. I felt like a queen, all the time, we asked for something, even if some of them didn't speak english perfectly was trying to help with everything. Smiling, making a fun, bringing special drinks, making a fun with children (very children friendly), all of them has all the time unbelivable clean white t-shirts, great haircuts and making the people happy and smiling.Food - too much ... too much food. Everybody found there everything what they like and what they want, never ending story in a great big place. Plus there was food corner opened from 12-16.00 where you can get Hamburgers, mexican food, kebab, salads. pasta, pizza.. uff.. I had an issue to choose what I would like to eat.Children - kids club, where were two nice girls making games with children, playing with them, painting and having fun. Haribo sweats corner - with eis, gummies, milkshakes. Also Water park, tobogans etc.Night program - every night from 21.30 shows, dancing one, singing, turkish night, extreme night, couples games...etc. Also during the day the entertaiment team made a lot of games in water.. we had really a lot of fun. From 22.30 where opened the disco in the resort, so if you didn't had enough you can continue there. Even if the bars were closed at 23.30 there was still Irish bar opened (I really do not know how long, but I assume until 4am).Sea side - you have to cross very small road and there was another part of the hotel, bar and pool. Great view on the sea, and for me enough of the chairs/ beds (not every person from the hotel lay down on the beach everyday).Pools - one very big main pool in a middle, and smaller on side, tobogan one - 140 cm high, other 120 cm high, and two smaller inside pools. One pool on the sea side part.I hope you will find all the necessary information here, and based on my experience and experience with people I met there, I really do not understand from where came any bad reviews, because I didn't had even one of the bad experience in 8 days I spent there.I will recommend this hotel to everybody, older people, families, young couples or just group of the friends. We are definately gonna come back....Thank you Dosinia luxury resort for all your service and nice memories.See ya thereMaja & Family.
Overall - one thing that stood out about this hotel is the lack of a water tap or water fountain which meant small plastic water bottles were the norm.Staff - lots and lots of really good staff members, especially a couple of the guys on the entertainment team (Hassan & Leo), the guy at the bag shop, the lady at the spa.Spa - good ambience and treatments are good, but very basic facilities, steam room was broken and indoor pool was underwhelming.Cleanliness - generally good, plenty of staff keeping on top of communal areas.Room - we had a mountain view that was on the side where the evening entertainment was so no quiet time before 11am but room was lovely despite a few cleanliness issues when we first arrived.Entertainment - great team of people and mostly good acts/games however, some of it is so bad you can't take your eyes off it... Mr Dosinia... cringe! Yoga next to the beach was fantastic!Food - vegetarian main options are limited however, plenty of salads, fruit, pasta & pizza to keep you going.Gym - the forgotten part of the hotel, you can get a decent workout in however, no treadmills, parts hanging off machines, air con and WiFi need improvement.Location - not a huge amount to do out and about in Beldibi, a 30min €1.50 bus ride to Kemer is well worth it and a 50min €2 journey to Anatalya to see the Old Town also broke up the holiday to good effect.Excursions - Ken in the hotel lobby was full of info and the Turkish Maldives for €35 each was great value for money.Irish Bar - not a clue what's Irish about it.
Enjoyed a lot staying there. Very friendly staff; nice service. Everything is clean and constantly being cleaned. Excelent food. Each evening good entertainment. Would definitely go again. Beach about 3-5 minute walk. Plenty of space when we were there in September.
This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are cleaned daily and so remains clean and has a nice view with the balcony. I had initially asked for an upgrade to a room on a higher floor and the reception offered this for free but I stuck to the original room due to the stunning view of the mountains. There was the convenience of multiple water bottle stations located around the hotel so had a plentiful supply of water. Even the mini fridge in the room was stocked up daily with drinks. The food was absolutely wonderful and although it was more or less the same thing, they did vary with dinner and I didn’t get bored of it. The staff during food times had very good service as they cleaned up regularly. They were exceptionally good at snack time where they had multiple stations serving fish and chips pizza Mexican food burgers waffles etc which tasted amazing. This was the best part for me and it lasted from 12-4 and tasted so fresh. I watched the entertainment show only once but wish I went more as we watched mermaid dance show and it was so good and interesting. They also have the cutest cats around the hotel which were friendly and they have a sweet cat family in the lobby. The beach is simply a road over, cross the road and you’ll find another pool which is usually less quieter and the beach is right there. Absolutely stunning view which you can swim in. There were 3 outside pools and one kids paddling pool as well as an inside pool so overall could have a nice quiet swim. Down the road, there are a few bazaars which sell bags clothes etc in a very convenient location and I spent a good time here that was well enjoyed. One thing I have to note is that while the staff do not all speak English, they are still very good at communicating by using actions etc so there was no major language barrier. They also served midnight snacks from 11:30 to 4am which was burgers soup chips et. Overall I absolutely recommend this hotel and I had a very good holiday here.
