It was very hard to find staff speaking English.The grill area of the main restaurant is too close to the hotel. Three times a day intense grill smell was spread on the corridors and in the rooms (even with doors and windows closed, I think was inside the air conditioning system too).

The hotel is really big and we never got bored because there are activities everywhere in the hotel, the evening programs are very interesting, we thank all the staff.

The hotel had many restaurants/bars and activities such as water slides, cinema room, spa, kids room, kids show, game room (like a casino) and the pools were big.The staff barely speaks english and many are slow. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn't registered due to a system issue and it took more than 2 hours for the room to be ready (after 2am). When we went to one of the rooms that was assigned to us, the door wasn't working and then we realized that was because it had already guests inside. Terrible mistake. One of the restaurants doesn't allow to have more then 4 people sitting together which is bad for groups. The water slides are only opened from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm, so it means that is only opened for 4 hours. On our first day we tried to book one of the a la carte restaurants and it was almost impossible to schedule, and only one of the a la carte restaurants were free, so if we wanted to schedule more then one meal on the a la carte restaurants, it was going to be charged. The food was totally turkish and for the kids it was terrible since it was nuggets and sausages for all the meals, since most of the food had sause or was spicy.

Mixed feelings about this place. Do I think it’s a 5 star NO more like 3 star. The food quality is good but it’s the same daily on AI for 8 nights they need to have better variety. The snack huts are better.Rooms are dated but cleaning staff work hard to keep standards up.Staff mixed. Many struggle with English if you’re looking for advice on what to do here at resort or even trips don’t expect any help or advice. In the end I had to rely on Google.Majority of staff were helpful and friendly to their best ability. But what ruined it for me was the Rude Arrogant man at Spa. We met with a lovely gentleman on arrival who gave us options we were happy to go and book before we left. When we then went to book at the spa he was off. The gentlemen on the desk was very rude and hostile why offer deals if you can’t see them through we walked away as they line of this is business you want for free NO WHO SAID THAT I’m aware of time we are also a business that is not what I asked I asked for the package that was offered after being here for a week this really has ruined our expectations where I wasn’t going to leave feedback pushed me to. I wouldn’t come back here personally feel they really need to work harder on information for guests.

Short story: bit run down but nice, service for anything other than food and cleaning isn't great.First time at an all inclusive, impressive food variety, ok quality.They have a fairly nice tennis courts but it's irrelevant because they charge you for rackets, they only have two and one of them is a kids racket and their not especially well maintained."Water park" is couple slides with dodgy plastic stairs to climb upThe beach has a pear that's falling apart, you wouldn't dear climb on to itThe water sports activity prices are very expensive but you can pay extra for a drone to follow

Foods were not very good. I was expecting more variety and more taste from a 5 star hotel. Room service and hygiene was good. The view from sixth floor rooms is magnificent. Gym needs a serious upgrade and maintenance. Indoor pool temperature is lowz specially in the mornings.I wanna say hi to Onurhan from the animation team. He was really helpful through our traveling time beside his colleagues.

+++ Good amount of space, loved the pools and the proximity to the beach and sunbeds available. Good variety of food, good entertainment. Liked that the mini fridge was nicely stocked and free. The events in the amphitheatre were really nice and the concerts as well. Good variety of entertainment, but staff can be better picked. Good soundproofing. Overall we had a very good experience and we were pleasantly surprised. It was our first time in Turkey :)--- Aquagym guy - someone younger would be better, someone who does the exercise along with the people, not just dances around. The exercises need to be more diverse, not the same every day twice per day. He also spoke Russian? during them. English would be nice, since it's simply counting. Also disliked the fact that sunbeds were reserved with towels, but people wouldn't use them for HOURS! The coffee house was really nice, but open only from 10! Especially considering the fact that the coffee machines in the main restaurant are a joke, mostly adding water instead of milk. The shower gel/shampoo is not the best either, it just doesn't make almost any foam to use it on the body.The staff speaks mostly in Russian with the guests, even though there are other nationalities. Kids in the main pool should be restricted or at least no one allowed to jump in the pool. There were signs, but the staff didn't do anything about it.
