Our stay at Aydınbey Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The hotel's prime location, elegant design, and exceptional service made our holiday truly memorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern interiors and all necessary amenities. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, making every meal a culinary delight.We would particularly like to commend the animator Alexey. His enthusiasm and professionalism made our stay especially enjoyable. Alexey organized numerous engaging activities that captivated both adults and children. His warm personality and individualized approach created a welcoming and joyful atmosphere. Thanks to Alexey, each day was filled with laughter, fun, and unforgettable moments. Alexey is a true professional, and we are grateful for the wonderful experience he provided!

Family of 4 ( 2 children). Booked this place for the kids club,Al a carte restaurants and apparently 5*. All of these things did not exist. Our kids really missed not having a kids club during the day,nothing at all except a 30min disco in the night. The 2 male entertainers were good though. The food is so repetitive it made us ill.it states there's 3 Al a carte restaurants to choose from and being here for 2 weeks we were entitled to use them twice. Very disappointed they did not exist.We left the resort to eat out. Not catered for British people,I don't mean a greasy fry up,I mean variety! Same thing every day.my son lived on chips and pizza untill we left the resort.some staff were nice. Not one waiting staff offered us service at the dining room even though we were not shy with tipping. The manager stands there glaring at people. Room was cleaned daily.place is very clean. The shop is quite cheap for things.always lots of loungers by the pools. We have stayed in many 5* family resorts (couple in turkey) and this unfortunately is not one. I'd give it a 3* .lots of improvement needed. Unfortunately we will not be back or recommending it.

One of my favourite holidays. The food, the people and scenery were so beautiful. The one thing that was a disadvantage were the rooms because the cleaners did not change the bed sheets and neither did they do the brush.

Booked a year in advance for two adults and two children. Arrived in the evening only to be given a room with two beds! The service was shocking and was told there was nothing they could do.After slumming it the first night in a room with a blocked sink and broken shower head holder we decided to see guest relations in the morning.After being stuck in the lift for 5 mins and no one at reception answering the elevator phone we eventually managed to get out. Guest relations was extremely rude and said there is nothing that can be done.We were told it's end of season and everyone was being moved to another one of their hotels on the 21st October. We were never told we were going to have to move hotel half way through our stay.Eventually they agreed to move us to Aydinbey Famous in Antalya which was over an hour drive away a few days early. I was forced to write on a paper that I am happy to move early.At the new hotel Aydinbey Famous, to be fair was much nicer although repetitive food we still had the problem of a small room with one double bed and a single bed. We were forced to spend the rest of the week sleeping out of a small chair which converts to a pull out bed!Shocking service!Aydinbey Gold dreams 0/10 score! Avoid!Aydinbey Famous 6/10. Much better.

This Is a very honest over all review we had a love time with the family.Beds very hard and uncomfortable but over all rooms clean and nice.Food.Only Turkish food. Mostly cold but OK ish.BarsOnly service Turkish drinks and the alcohol is not the best.Staff very friendly but only the reception understands English.Ice creams are only served between 2-4 at a bar no where know the pool.Swimming pools are good and over all we had a good time but this is a low 3 star and not sure how it achieved a 5 star

Just got back from a week here with my sister. We had a great time. Location isn't great as not much close by but we knew that so was ok for us. Food was good with plenty of choice but all at room temperature which is weird. Staff were friendly and offered to get us drinks several times whilst dining.Overall breakfast was OK with lots of choice including make your own toasties, lunch was best by the pool with choice burgers and nuggets, evening meal in the main restaurant always had several choices of meat dishes and fish.Pool areas are good with plenty of beds.I found our room clean and done daily. Bathroom a bit shabby though

-One flat pillow per person, when we kept asking for extra we kept being told to wait but we never got one, same with sheets-good luck trying to book the a la carte, they make the rules up regarding booking that every day, stayed for 9 nights and wasn’t able to use it once-can’t have a spare card for the room to charge items while you’re out of the room which is rather cheap if u ask me considering how much money we’ve paid to be here-the food selection is terrible it’s the same stuff all the time, it’s great for kids as they serve nuggets for breakfast but if youre looking for nutrition then you’re not gonna get it, and they carry leftovers over to the next meal, meaning if you’re unlucky like us you will get food poisoning, we ate at the blue shark restaurant more than we ate here- when sat by the pool, or anywhere really for that matter, they’re constantly trying to sell stuff to you 24/7 and force you in to activities or nights out when you tell them no countless times, I’d pretend to sleep whenever I see someone walking in my direction-always ran out of s3x on the beach cocktails so quickly so ended up having it with blue syrup instead or having a tequila sunrise almost every day.-when using the shop ask to pay in lira and calculate before you pay, they will add extra if you’re not careful-rooms are barely cleaned, floor was filthy when we arrived never took my flip flops off or my feet would go black and I’d stand on bits of dirt-final straw for me is the fact the staff do not give enough notice when entering your room, they knock once and just enter. We was told check out is 12pm (lunch time) and someone just barged into our room without knocking before 9AM, looked in our room and walked back out. Startling us and waking us up as we have a long day of travelling today we wanted a lie in. I heard them go down the other rooms and do the same.Overall not a 5 star what so ever, not sure what hotel people have been staying at to write such misleading reviews that lead us to this terrible gaff.

I am doing this review whilst still at the hotel and I have 4 days left. I do not recommend this hotel at all! I have been here 2 days, the food is not edible, the entertainment is OKish, the beach is rubbish and tiny, this seems like a 3 star hotel not 5! Everybody is Russian here and they cater more for them than any British/European! However I wasn't going to write a review at all because I just deal with it! The tipping point is I have gone for dinner in a crop top, and the chef is demanding me to back to my room to change my top to a 'tshirt' shouting this out infront of 10 other guests, when I went to complain to the waiter he was so sarcastic and rude that I just left dinner, spoken to the reception to let him know I'm upset that the chef embarrassed me and his response back was 'well you shouldn't be wearing this top because other guests are eating' I am so disgusted in their behaviour, this is TURKEY not dubai ! And there is no policy here to state in wearing a t shirt to dinner. I would avoid at all costs! I come to Alanya 2x a year and have been to such good hotels, this has just been absolutely rubbish.

Small yet comfortable hotel for a short getaway. Although there were a lot of people staying at the hotel, it didn’t feel overcrowded. The food was average (as in all hotels in Turkey), and the room toilet smelled very strong. A lot of small details that slashed a star from this hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant visit.

So, room were small and tiny. The hotel in general not too bad, but not for 5 stars rate, definitely. Good things: swimming pool, service, staff, sauna, spa, gym.Could be better: food, rooms, lift (always was busy), tidiness.Bad things- location, beach.Staff were so friendly and nice. Helped us a lot to fix the shower our (as soon as we reported, in 15 minutes it was fixed, great work!). Much appreciated.
