I traveled 11 times to 5 STAR resorts in many areas in Turkey, so I can easily judge that the quality of services in Aqua fantasy hotel is one of most enjoyable memories I had ever received. The hotel is very good, safe and full of entertainments for kids. Beds and pillows have very high quality. Staffs are very kind and almost all of them speak English fluently. Especially Ms. Pari, and Sara are very supportive. I hope I travel to this resort again in the shortest possible time
We are here on our last day and it's been an amazing week. The hotel is stunning, the staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you, especially the kids and the entertainment team are brilliant fun. Lots of choice of food, it has gotten a bit repetitive but that's only because we're not adventurous enough to try new things. We did book a meal at the pirates steak house one evening which was superb, best steak we've ever had and the service was top notch.The pools and aquapark are fantastic, very clean and not too busy. The only thing I'd say could be better is the cleaning of the rooms but i can live with that. It honestly feels like a bit of paradise, we're sad to be leaving today. A perfect holiday for families, we'd love to come here again.

I have been to this place five times and the last four times it was just awesome but last summer I came here thinking the same thing and I got a little disappointed.The food was great the service was good the aqua park was perfect (as usual)but my room didn’t have any toothbrushes I had to go all the way to the shop to get toothbrushes and toothpasteI got there at 5:00 am and waited until 2:00 pm to get into my room the kids club wasn’t not even close to what it wasAnd the indoor pool wasn’t openBecause it was for RAINY DAYS ONLYAre you kidding me?But other than that it’s awesome
Really nice and friendly staff, specially Mrs Parry and Sara..all the staff were so helpful and polite.The programs were nice, but the animation team could do their job more better…The DJ was not responding to the guests feeling…which could make their time joyful.Buy overall I must say, it was one of my best vacation trips with my family so far…Thanks to the hotel management and staff…
We've just returned from our heavenly 15-day stay at the Hotel Aqua Fantasy Aqua Park & Spa. The hotel and its facilities (several swimming pools, including a special one for adults, tennis courts, soccer fields, gym, basketball court, volleyball court, sauna, hammam, treatments and massages, magnificent water park), not to mention the excellent and varied food at the lunch and dinner buffets, including the sunshine, made for a dream family vacation.But the thing we were most concerned about was that the strict gluten-free diet of our son, who suffers from Celiac disease, be respected to the letter, so that he wouldn't get sick during our vacation. I can tell you that thanks to these exceptional chefs, my son was served like a prince at every meal and without any cross-contamination. The sous-chef, Mehmet Karayel, was very attentive and cooked all the dishes he wanted every day separately in the kitchen to avoid any contamination. One day, without even being asked, he even prepared fresh gluten-free pasta for him. Every morning, we were greeted by Ömer Karatosun, the restaurant's head waiter, who was equally breathtaking in his kindness and humanity.We didn't even have time to settle in before he'd ask my son what he wanted for breakfast, and he'd come and bring it to the table himself. After just 1 day, my son even had gluten-free sausages for breakfast. Also at the Chinese-themed restaurant, we were wonderfully welcomed by Mehmet, who didn't hesitate to give my son double sushi and order gluten-free desserts.Everywhere we went we were not only understood, but felt that it was really not a burden but a real pleasure to please our son ;-)Thanks to them, my wife and I had a dream vacation and I can say that we were very impressed by so much humanity.We also expressed our satisfaction and desire to return next year to Sedat, the customer relations manager, who is also remarkable. He is always attentive to our needs, takes note of everything, is extremely welcoming and speaks excellent French.A week later, I realized that I'd probably lost one of my jackets and he found it for me in the lost and found.All in all, we had a great family vacation and will definitely be back next year.If you are gluten intolerant or suffer from celiac disease, don't hesitate for a second, come to the Aqua Fantasy Aqua Park & Spa hotel.Thanks for another 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
Very satisfied. Rooms are clean, food is diverse and tasty. The hotel has a lot of bars, pools and shows at night. Staff is also really friendly.
Bus or taxi needed if you want to go anywhere. Hotel is great. I like most foreign food but can't stand red, green or yellow peppers. A lot of the food is cooked with red pepper paste and so to me, tastes vile. I thought I would be safe with Brussel sprouts but no, they tasted strongly of red pepper. Puts me off even trying a lot of things. No flies or scraggy cats.Signage is abysmal. Very hard to navigate round the complex. The map they give you is next to useless.

Very nice stay, Hotel was very clean and food was very good with loads of different variety.Entertainment was so good and friendly made the stay very enjoyable. Was always laughing and joking around and don’t take themselves to seriously. Felt like a family ❤️Guest relations was very helpful and answered any questions and solved any problems immediately Öykü was amazing.
Stayed here for 7 nights.Staff are brilliant 🤩Extensive range of foods to choose from.Hygiene is to an excellent standard.They also have a kids club run by Kubra and Ken.Would I return? Absolutely!
We had the most relaxing stay. Everybody was amazing from cleaning staff, front of house, waiters, pool areas, absolutely everywhere. The downside was that my husband & I were sick but I couldn't think of a better place to recuperate. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa! See uou soon soon.
Such a lovely hotel, staff are so friendly and always try to help you the best they can, food is gorgeous no issues at all will definitely book again in the future
The people who work here are very nice and they have some delicious food and lovely rooms and they have a fridge with fizzy drinks and you can go and get a drink from the bar whenever you want and they have all kinds of pools like indoor pools, heated pools the only think I would like for them to add to the pools is make them deeper as I am a really good swimmer. also have fly catchers in the restaurant so flys can’t get in the food. Highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the hotel staff and most definitely the management not dealing with issues promptly and properly. My husband is a turkish citizen and while visiting the hotel foreigners throw them selves at him. When he refused to take notice of the women she threw a drink over him which was witnessed by the security guard. However he was told to wait until the morning in lobby to speak with management. When the management arrived they didn't want to listen to him and told him he shouldn't be there. Now they decide to black list him for no reason and when we ask why they refuse to answer. Its absolutely disgusting how females get away with so much behaviour and males get penalised for there females behaviour. Staff are very unprofessional and don't deal with issues. Be very wise and vigilant when visiting and take note of any issues. Whatever the situation we wanted to visit as a family but they still refuse my Husband.
We stayed at Aqua fantasy for 8 days total, in April, my 5 star review is purely for the bartenders & entertainment team, the rest could have a lot more improvement.The entertainment team are one of the best people I have ever met, especially samet, we made a friend for life, and he is the heart and soul of the hotel. The drinks were very nice and the night activities were very fun, every night a different activity, varying from karaoke to quizzes and good DJ (shout out to semih)Overall the room service could be better, they don’t clean very well and they are very loud in the morning. But good airco in the rooms, and the beds were comfortable.Food was good but every day almost the same food, so it gets a bit boring if you eat there 8 days straight. Also almost no traditional Turkish food and that was a disappointment.Facilities in the hotel were good with nice pools but a bit crowded.And I have to say it again,The bartenders (especially Berk❤️) we’re very friendly and good a serving.The entertainment team (samet is 100% the biggest reason I would come back for)They made the trip unforgettable, nice young people and they know how to make the guests happy and bring people together.
I went to this hotel with the mindset that we could actually swim in the aqua park, well that was so not the case. Lots of bikinis packed, for next to nothing. Fortunately, they did have a "heated" overstuffed pool that you could sort of swim in. The food was not that varied almost every day I was here ate the same thing. A lot was really disappointing in the hotel, not many people could speak English normally. The only fun were the days at the irish pub, where they often did fun games or karaoke. There was also 1 person there who made all that night more fun. I think his name was Sam, he had brown curls. But he brought so much fun and cheerfulness that it made the evenings much more enjoyable.I actually really wouldn't come back for this hotel, but for his coziness alone I will come back next month!
Very disappointed in this hotel, the hotel it’s self is very clean and nice looking however the room cleans are terrible. We would never return here.- ants in the room with staff not able to do a good clean after room treatment-the attitude of the reception staff & cleaners are terrible (they will tell you the room is finished when there is clearly dirt and hair on the floor as it had not been cleaned)- Rooms do not have childproof locks so very easy access to the balcony as the children’s rooms are attached to balcony-The entertainment isn’t very good (apart from beach party) and if you have small children it starts too late- Aqua park looked good we didn’t get to experience it due to them not advertising the height restrictions they say it’s 1.2m but here in the Uk my son gets on all 1.2m rides (he’s 6) and couldn’t use it so was very upset. Also not all rides operate at this time of year even though they sat until October 31st.- food is shocking! For a 5* I had expectations not high I’m not fussy but unless your happy with chips chips and chips then your good.- breakfast finishes 9.30 so if you are from the UK and getting use to the 2 hour time difference you miss breakfast and what’s left at late breakfast is terrible.- never thought I’d say this but far to much alcohol in one drink over half and not enjoyable didnt find the perfect holiday drink- Ice cream is not available all day only between 2pm- 4pm & 7pm-9pm no slush or anything like that- the al a carte Italian is not worth the booking promise the all inclusive is better.. and that’s saying something- don’t offend the staff about the hotel they will call the police- the pools are ICE cold, the sea is warmer- The pool entertainment at this time of year isn’t anything good either.- the beach isn’t picturesque nor is it clear you can’t use anything to look under the water as it’s volcanic ash beach & smells foul- you cannot walk out anywhere out the complex as it’s remote with nothing around- The shop has very little snacks etc to purchase and the snack bar that is 00:00 is terrible I did raise this complaint as stale bread and cold pasta did not go down well- town is 15 mins in a taxi personally didn’t like the yacca restaurant that you can eat in for a free taxi there and back.- very expensive take a lot of spending money we spent over £1200 in one week- does not smell nice smells like sewage- long transfer times & will rip you off in the Turkish airport if they think they can get away with it.- coach transfer had over booked by 6 people so had children illegally on knees without seatbelts- ensure you have travel insurancePros- we returned 25/10/23 weather was just right early 20s in the mornings no higher then 25 but warm.-towel service available- plenty of sunbeds at this time of year not busy at all-pear bar is the best for lunch time food however it’s a shame this isn’t open for evening meals this food was always better (but worse for flies sitting on the food)- hotel it’s self very clean staff cleaning 24 hrs- 10euro taxi into town just ask at the desk-shops available for fake brands reasonable cheaper in town at this time of year they do clearance price and really good fakes if you like that sort of thing- the Sunbed areas also smelt dirty although staff kept it very tidy with plates and cups etc & have spots to leave these around so it is never untidy- Rooms are modern with small fridge which is reloaded with big water bottles every day- entertainment staff are friendly - more so if you tip them including any other staff they appear very greedy like that.- TUI rep available via reception and message- hotel have a WhatsApp number which is well spoken English and can text for room issues or any other communication- foggy bottom bar is great if you get a bunch of you in there late kids where allowed in it does say adult only but this was never the case (but it was October so not overly busy)-plenty of drink available and staff that will make what you ask for
it was okay hotel. They say 5 stars but you don't get that 5 star feeling. beds are not comfortable, rooms were not clean, they also change some towels in your room, you think you have new ones but it is an old towel. it's the same food every day, they are very stingy with food, the same few choices every day, after 2 days you're tired of the food. glasses and plates are regularly dirty. The hotel room has no air conditioning, it literally blows hot air and the room is hot morning, afternoon and evening, so you don't sleep well. you pay a lot of money but they are stingy. it was okay but some things could be better such as hygiene.
lines at lunch and dinner can get ridiculous. feels like sometimes the hotel isnt prepared to host that many people for a meal so you end up waiting for like 20 minutes at the grill.Bar is very poor .. and drinks are terrible and some of them finesh quicklyIntertetment can be better after 10 nothing to doOverall price not matching what is offeringI would not go again.
This is a great place, for families or couples even single person. They have great choices of food. The entertainment team is amazing you can't get bored there. The pool and water are clean. You walk 2 min and you are on the beach. The rooms are clean, all staff is really nice, always ready to help. They have activities all day long and night shows for families and kids. The white party is really fun. Is the second year I have been there and already looking to book my next stay there.
It was amazing, clean, tidy, well organised hotel. To be honest this hotel has the same quality as 5 stars hotels around Antalya. We did not expect this much. Our room was great (2737 if I am not wrong). Aquapark was excellent. (Summer season of course a bit busy, this is normal), swimming pools were great. Foods oh my god, delicious, tasty, very nice, and cakes were great.
