Meeting at the airport for a direct charter flight to Turkey. Landing at the designated airport and welcome by a representative of the partner company. Overnight stay at the selected hotel.
Day 2️⃣ - 5️⃣: Stay at the selected hotel 🏢
Free time for beach and relaxation. Opportunity to join the optional excursions offered on site by the partner company. For tourists with 4 nights, after breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport. Direct charter flight to Bulgaria. Landing at an airport in Bulgaria.
Day 2️⃣ - 6️⃣: Stay at the selected hotel 🏢
Free time for beach and relaxation. Opportunity to join the optional excursions offered on site by the partner company. For tourists with 5 nights, after breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport. Direct charter flight to Bulgaria. Landing at an airport in Bulgaria.
Day 2️⃣ - 7️⃣: Stay at the selected hotel 🏢
Free time for beach and relaxation. Opportunity to join the optional excursions offered on site by the partner company.
Day 8️⃣: Departure for Bulgaria 🇧🇬
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport. Direct charter flight to Bulgaria. Landing at an airport in Bulgaria.
*The itinerary is indicative - for stays of 4, 5 or 7 nights
- Air ticket with a direct charter flight from Sofia / Varna / Burgas / Plovdiv to Antalya and back, with airport taxes included;
- Hand luggage up to 7 kg and checked luggage up to 20 kg;
- Transfer airport - hotel - airport;
- The corresponding number of nights at the selected hotel on the respective board basis;
- Medical insurance "Assistance for Travel Abroad" with the insurance company Groupama, with coverage of €10,000 and assistance (the insurance coverage for all persons over 70 is €5,000);
- Personal expenses;
- Additional services and excursions in the programme;
- "Trip Cancellation" insurance - the surcharge depends on the price of the purchased package and the cancellation period. We offer the option of adding it on the day the contract is signed, in accordance with the terms of the insurance company “Allianz”;
- Health insurance surcharge for persons aged 65 to 75 – 15€;
- Health insurance surcharge for persons over 76 – 29€;
- Fuel surcharge – announced 21 days before the flight (if imposed by the airline);
- Advance payment of a 30% deposit per person when making a booking;
- Final payment due no later than 30 days before the departure date;
Details required for all travellers:
- Full name in Cyrillic and Latin letters as per international passport or ID card;
- Personal identification number (EGN);
- Date of birth;
- Number and validity of the identity document;
- A valid international passport or ID card, valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from the trip;
- For children under 18 travelling alone or with one parent – a valid international passport + a notarised declaration from both parents consenting to their child travelling abroad, including the notary's telephone number. The original declaration and 2 copies must be carried during the holiday / tour. If these conditions are not met, the tour operator bears no responsibility, and all inconvenience and damages resulting from this are at the expense of those affected;
- The deadline by which the customer may withdraw from the contract (cancellation) without owing a penalty is up to 60 days before the travel date;
- For cancellations made 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the penalty equals the required deposit under the terms of the specific programme, but no less than 30% of the trip price;
- If the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the trip price;
- For any change to a booking (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, caused by the customer, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged;
