Accommodation at Jadore Deluxe Hotel & Spa includes 380 stylishly furnished rooms located in a single 7-story building. All rooms are equipped with central air conditioning, satellite TV with music channels, a telephone in both the room and bathroom, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee and tea set, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks and water), safe (extra charge), balcony, and laminate flooring. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Bed linen is changed every two days, and rooms are cleaned daily.
The hotel offers a wide variety of culinary experiences in the main restaurant, which also serves diet menus, as well as five à la carte restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Far Eastern, Mexican, and seafood). With prior reservation, guests staying at least 7 nights can visit one à la carte restaurant free of charge (excluding the Mexican and seafood restaurants). The hotel also features five bars, a disco, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, five water slides, a SPA center, internet café, hair salon, shops, medical office, two conference halls, dry cleaning, and laundry services.
Jadore Deluxe Hotel & Spa provides numerous opportunities for sports and entertainment. Free services include Turkish bath, sauna, salt room, fitness center, daytime and evening animation, live music, disco, boccia, beach volleyball, darts, water polo, table tennis, aerobics, and aqua gym. Additional paid services include massages, jacuzzi, water sports, billiards, bowling, arcade games, and tennis courts.
For children, the hotel offers a kids’ club (ages 4–12), playground, water slides, children’s pool, and animation programs.
The hotel operates on an Ultra All Inclusive basis, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, along with snacks and unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 24:00.
The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles and is located 350 meters away, across the road. A shuttle service runs every 15 minutes. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge. A beach pavilion is available for an extra fee, along with a beach bar.

Booking conditions:
- payment of 30% of the total amount within 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email;
- payment of the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the check-in date of the booking, unless another deadline is specified;
- payment is made in Bulgarian leva online by card or by bank transfer to the Tour Operator's account.
Cancellation and booking change policy:
In case of cancellation of a booking and termination of the Contract by the Consumer, the Tour Operator retains the following penalties:
- Up to 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email – no fee.
- Up to 45 days before the start date of the booking – a booking fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN per adult deducted from the deposit, while the remainder of the paid deposit is credited as bonus points in the Relaxo+ Loyalty Program for future trips.
- From 59 to 31 days before the start date of the trip – 30% of the total value of the booking.
- Less than 30 days before the start date of the trip – 100% of the total value of the booking.
- For each change to a booking (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, due to the consumer's fault, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged.
- If the Consumer fails to show up on the day of the booked holiday/excursion, they are not entitled to claim a refund of all or part of the amount paid.
