Within the hotel grounds, guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities and entertainment options. These include a main restaurant, four bars, a traditional gözleme corner, two outdoor swimming pools, water slides, a SPA center with a Turkish bath and sauna, a fitness center, an animation program, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, water polo, aerobics, aqua gymnastics, evening shows, a disco, and wireless internet available at an additional cost. The hotel also offers outdoor parking and a conference hall.
For families with children, there is a playground, a mini club for children aged 4 to 12, a mini disco, and a children’s pool.
The hotel operates on an All Inclusive basis, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet, snacks between meals, and unlimited consumption of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Imported drinks are available at an additional charge.
For extra variety and enjoyment, guests can take advantage of massages and other beauty and wellness treatments, water sports, and all types of drinks available at the disco, which are offered at an additional cost.
The offer includes:
- number of nights according to the client's preferences in the selected room type on the respective meal plan offered by the hotel
The offer does not include:
- Medical insurance
- Personal expenses
- Optional additional excursions
Booking conditions:
- payment of 30% of the total amount within 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email;
- payment of the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the check-in date of the booking, unless another deadline is specified;
- payment is made in Bulgarian leva online by card or by bank transfer to the Tour Operator's account.
Cancellation and booking change policy:
In case of cancellation of a booking and termination of the Contract by the Consumer, the Tour Operator retains the following penalties:
- Up to 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email – no fee.
- Up to 45 days before the start date of the booking – a booking fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN per adult deducted from the deposit, while the remainder of the paid deposit is credited as bonus points in the Relaxo+ Loyalty Program for future trips.
- From 59 to 31 days before the start date of the trip – 30% of the total value of the booking.
- Less than 30 days before the start date of the trip – 100% of the total value of the booking.
- For each change to a booking (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, due to the consumer's fault, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged.
- If the Consumer fails to show up on the day of the booked holiday/excursion, they are not entitled to claim a refund of all or part of the amount paid.
