Been here 2 times, however, we will not return. Entertainment is probably focused on children and people over 60. There is a club in the hotel but it been closed for the majority of our stay and even when open it’s usually Bulgarian music. Quiz,bingo nights are also disappointing and unfair as the animation team just picks random people to win not respecting whoever raised their hand first.In addition to that, the buffet is very limited now. First time we been there were themed nights with Mexican food, Chinese etc, now feels like everyday it’s the same thing. Breakfast is really disappointing. Also at the buffet you have to beg staff to bring you some drinks, none of them bothered to come and ask if we want a drink but you could see all the staff wandering around by the bar. Staff rarely speak English and it’s very frustrating when you have a problem like I had, my bed was broke and I had to go to the desk 4 times and ask to get it fixed.Rooms are quite outdated and the AC cannot cope with the heat, we been boiling in our rooms on our last 3 days.

Was a fabulous holiday, the hotel, the location was amazing, the service they gave to us was exceptional, the animation team kept us happy, active and continuously entertained. The evening entertainment was amazing and to whatch the shows we watched, to see them anywhere else would of cost some money but it was great it was part of the package.It's definitely a place I'd like to bring my extended family to enjoy the pleasure we'd had.Only a few issues like the food but I think that was just the English I'm me 🤣🤣.And when I book again for next year, which I certainly will I'd love to be able to go out to sea on a charted boat and do some fishing.But back to the amazing, the water park and swimming pool made our time there so good, the pool games the animation team set up I done pretty much all of them, I really appreciate their energy and effort made myself and the family be so active, which helped us to get to know many of the guest which enhance our time at Venosa, them memories have certainly made a lasting impression and we've taken contact details of both some members of the animation team and guests we spent wonderful days with.And most of all our rep Beth she was so inviting and gave great information about the area, and a warm welcome on our arrival.In short as always when we've holidayed with Tui they deliver a great service loads of information and a warm and welcoming feel.We will return to Venosa Beach Resort but with all the Clan next time. 100%Thank you Tui, Beth, Venosa Beach and most of all the Animation Team, Speedy Abo, Sasha and the whole team. What was a perfect holiday was completely and utterly ruined on our second to last day. Do not let any booking agent tell you late check out is available, as the latest the will let you check out (after paying an extra 75 pounds) is 4 o’clock. £75 for four extra hours after paying thousands for a week, when we didn’t get our room until 4am Friday morning, yet have to be out by 12 o’clock Thursday unless you pay a lot more money. You book a 7 day holiday to have to be out of the room 7-8 hours before your picked up. Don’t book this hotel/holiday if you have small children. I have a 4 year old and a 7 month old and now what should have been our last day is going to be spent sat in a hot lobby. Metin was brilliant and very accommodating. Our room had a giant hole in the wall under the sink and an open electricity box in the wardrobe. Food was nice, entertainment for children starts at 9oclock at night so missed most of it with it being so late. In hindsight, knowing what we know now, I’m almost certain we would not have booked this place.

Stayed 10 nights 13.05.24 - 21.05.24 2 adult 1 x 8 month old baby , holiday booked with Tui.hotel itself could be rated as 3 max however this where all semi good feedback finishes.Room service was not the best to say politely , we had old sheets put on our the beds , ripped and very old.baby cot was broken in the middle, minibar even though was advised at reception is included was filled up as and when not daily and only with soft drinks.Reception-at arrival you do get treated better than at departure!!! not one person speaking any language accept Turkish, me and my husband speaking 9 language between us ( English, German, French, Polish, Slovak, Italian, Spanish, Russian , Romanian ) we still struggled to comunicate.our inbound flight was late evening so as outbound flight, we had no food offered upon arrival,however at check out as soon as we checked out Internet was cut off ,with out even warning, but how they can warn if no English is spoken!?at check out everyone became super unfriendly and careless. TUI rep nowhere to find and is only on site between hours of 10.30 and 12.00 to my opinion its not enough!Restaurants - we had Italian as A la carte choice- the worts Italian ever we had , food was either too cold either to spicy and super dry, we left after 2nd course without even waiting for desert.Looking at lots of empties tables in another 2 a la carte restaurants I believe that same problem in there as well.Main restaurant OMG - is super underlooked, same food everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Waiters careless to holiday makers , we had to chaise baby chair everyday even though was plenty available, just not cleaned. Tables were mess and waiters not in the rush to clean them at all.Drink at the tables served very long time by the time they come you finished eating and that's for alcoholic and non-alcoholicdrinks ( water included), food always salty,Pool bars - never In my life I seen just 1 ice cream spot in the hotel of such size and only open between hours of 13.00 - 17.00 , ques for ice cream was super long 30 -40 minutes each time .one thing which was good that all alcohol drinks served were good quality and original brands .Lifts in the hotel super busy takes 30 -40 minutes to get down from 8 floor ,it was a killer each time we left the room.We thought its maybe us being to picky however we met 3 couples in their 70s who have been coming to this place each year for past 10 years, they did say service and hotel has gone down alot and they would not be back again.Beach - clean but empty glasses not being cleaned regularly, old broken sun lounges still in use , they should be binned long time ago.Evening entertainment absolute rubbish and been mainly inside as amphitheatre was not working .Spa good but absolute rip off prices all different from customer to customer I believe its literally based on people look and clothes they wearing, don't want to be ripped off do not wear anything branded.We never had no funky bed decor even though tippy were left daily, personel was mainly rude and ignorant , Negative list can go on however , Overall it was our 1st time in Turkey and we will not be come back again, we left not impressed at all from famous Turkish luxury .

I have just returned from this Beautiful hotel.the location the staff the food,everything was wonderful.

The staff is not polite, the food is not good, the availability in the bar is constantly exhausted. the children's center and part of the slides are not working. The level of service is extremely poor and we would never make the mistake of staying at Venossa again!

Very nice holiday place, clean private beach. Staff friendly. Rooms cleaned every day.

For guest relation ezgi very nice lady and sorted us a table at the Alacart restaurant.The staff and the hotel is beautiful. We have a sea view. Amazing suite, very big and spacious. The balcony is very big and spacious with great views. The food is very nice and very posh

One of the best hotels I have been to. The staff were lovely, the food was great, and the facilities at the hotel were fantastic. I said the gym weights machine was broken from day one, so I couldn't use it, but apart from that, everything else was great. The location of the hotel was like the middle of nowhere, but to be honest, you didn't have to leave the complex; the airport was a long way away and a horrid coach ride, but all that was soon forgotten when you got into the hotel which was a proper 5 star I would say. There were many things to do, and the watermark was excellent, with great waterslides. The swimming pool was Olympic-sized, and the music they played all day was fantastic—great DJ poolside.

The hotel is lovely with all rooms having a sea view, there is alot to do at the hotel starting with the spa (which is out of this world) I would really recommend having a Turkish bath. there is also a sizable gym with free weights and machines. Next door to that is a indoor pool which is heated. At the bottom of the hotel is where all the shops are, a bits and bobs shop, salon, clothes and jewellers, even a tattoo shop... The buffet restaurant is in the corner on the same floor the food was really good for the first few days in the buffet restaurant and the snack bar but got old really fast with most of the selection being pizza, kebab's boiled meats either plain or in a sauce and lots of salad. Plus the obligatory fries the buffet restaurant is very large with an indoor seating area and outside area. Outside the hotel is a very large pool and a child's pool at the bottom end. the pool bar had everything that the lobby bar had aswell as the beach bar so we never struggled getting a drink. If you are having a cocktail or a drink with a spirit in just be noted that the measures are HUGE. Every part of the hotel was brilliant, including the massive! stage where they have nightly shows from fire dancers to crowd games.The only problem that we as group (8 adults) had is that 90% of the staff are horrible. There are a few girls that were very hospitable at the lobby bar and coffee shop and a select few at the reception that couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately the rest just looked tired and fed up not willing to talk to us nevermind help some even tuting and speaking under there breath as we walked away.

Not bad hotel in the west, friendly staff, good cuisine, not very good drinks from the instant machines. Much better are Turkish tea and coffee, which can be ordered separately from the staff. It is better to take juice from packages. Good entertainment program, good alcohol drinks and beer.

Fantastic resort. The spa is wonderful and is extremely good value for money. We've chosen a 3 day package which we can use on any 3 days throughout our stay. The Turkish Bath experience is a must. Extensive selection of food at each meal. The breakfast waiter is very attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. Your mini bar in the room is restocked daily with soft drinks and water a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping is lovely. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The peacocks and cats that are around are welcome. The choice of pools is fantastic and the beach is moments away. The only down size is the number of waiters during evening service at this time (October) as a lot have returned to university, this might be helped with someone organising where people sit when they come down for meals and asking for your drink order when you arrive so they can get it organised while you select your meal. Also, this would help for larger groups who wish to sit together.

It says 5 Star but I think it is a 4starHad trouble with black biting flies, some lovely staff but some dishonest one's. Nice big pool ,(could do with at least two more ladders to enter and exit the pool) and new waterpark. Entertainment good, we enjoyed the food, beds are very hard. Lovely views from our room. Nice balcony.

I've recently stayed at venosa beach hotel,I had stayed here once before and definitely will again.The hotel is modern, clean and well located, directly on the beach with great views, just a 10 minute taxi ride from the resort centre, about £7.The rooms are well equipped,swim pool is the best, gardens are beautiful,food is incredible, good choice of drinks,staff and entertainments team very friendly and the evening shows are professional.there is also a spa,gym, night club, good selection of shops, games room,aqua park and water sports on site.The manager was very helpful and is a gentleman.

Mornings were amazing! Lots of delicious food … the staff was amazing! So warm and charming. They always welcome you with a big warm smile and they always ask if you need anything. The animation is on next level! The night performances are beyond amazing and they put so much effort. The club dance is so interesting and it is easy to memorise! Love em i will miss this place.

We have just returned from a fantastic 11 nights at Venosa. It’s our first time to Turkey and we have previously returned to the same hotel for the past few years so this was a big change for us.Our daughter is 12 and absolutely loved it - safe, helpful and lots to do.It was fabulous, great views from the rooms and all over the hotel. Lots of activities available with the professional and energetic animation team - it isn’t pushed but offered.The pool is large and plenty of sun beds (you do have to rise early between 6.45 and 7.30 to get the ones in the shade - it got earlier throughout our stay).The water slides are a great addition and open at certain times throughout the day. Lots of them and exclusive to the hotel.We enjoyed the food, lots of variety. Bit chaotic to find a table as the turnover between guests can be a little slow but manageable - lots of a la crate options (we didn’t do this but spoke to others guests who recommended the Fish and Mexican ones)There are shows on in the evening and then the animation team continue that on afterwards. There are 3 bars you can sit at in the lobby, by the pool or by the beach each night - a great atmosphere.Shops on site include a retail outlet, supermarket, hair salon, tattoo parlour, jewellery shop, coat shop and a doctors. We didn’t do the spa but that looked really nice plus it has an indoor pool and gym.Local towns are only a short ride away on a taxi and a sports bar is 200m walk away.
