I don’t know how this hotel can call themselves 5 stars. When we arrived to our room it was dirty. Beds weren’t clean, rubbish in the toilet bin and toilet was clearly dirty with hair on it. The whole room in general wasn’t clean. We went to reception and they didn’t care and said they will clean it the next day.We stayed for a week and the whole time the power kept turning off and on as well as the water. The shower also floods the whole room if you shower for more than 5 minutes.Overall the pool is nice and the beach is mediocre but it is very hard to find a chair to sit at for both the pool and beach. The food is okay and all the servers besides reception are nice.For the price it is definitely not worth it.

Great beach front hotel, Staff ? Some were amazing . Food? All good some tasty stuff, but tbh was getting fed up with the bland and samey routine of grub , ( the Turkish idea of spice is not spice) The idea that Tui Blue is international is a bit of a nomer ? I found that 90% of the hotel was filled with Germans , thus the food , the entertainment, the languages spoke was defo geared towards the Germans whom we were mistaken for 3 / 4 times a day . Made things a wee bit tense as the Men tended to stare at my wife ( rude 😳)Best section of the belek blue was the Hamam baths expensive but worth it .FYI the hotel says its in Belek , but its actually not , its 5 miles outside BelekWatch out for the taxis the drivers become very non understanding when you are looking for your change after payment 😉 and suddenly do not understand what your saying.....And as for hiring a car 🚗 the hotel has a deal rigged up with some rep who looked liked a Russian gangster ( don't got to enterprise , don't use the hotel guys either )Some things have to be handed with care if you know what I mean ....Apart for that weather was hot , 🌞 and the pools were cool 😎

I went there for a week and it was almost what I've expected. What I didn't like is that the hotel needs to be renewed again, corridors are very dirty, room look like they never been renewed, and lifts doesn't work properly which is a problem when you don't want or can't use the stairs. Staff is extremely friendly but they don't understand very well English just some German. Another stopper is the isolation from everything because the hotel is 1 hour away from the nearest bars and you have to stay in the hotel the whole time. They have some shops but they are very expensive for example if you forgot to bring sun protection it will cost you 29 euro to buy it, cigarettes are 5 euro for packet. Other big problem for me is the cleaning time of the time. I like to do a nap when I'm on holidays after lunch but the rooms are cleaned after the checkouts and your room will not be cleaned before 15:00 which is too late for me. I had to walk around the hotel and sitting in the loby or some of the bars. Beach bar is good and the stuff is very friendly. In the main restaurant where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner is buffet and the food is fresh and nice but always the same, maybe because of the big choice of 15 cooked types of food and I saw barbecue just once for the whole week. I'm not sure If I'll go there again due the facts above but If I do it, it will be after the next renovation of the hotel.

Pros-Variety of food, we only liked beed and chicken (pasta,sushi,shrimps,deserts not good)-Some staff are nice specially in the main restaurant and in certain bars in the hotel (lobby etc)-Spacious room-Spa looks nice although we haven’t tried it but we went for a visit and it looked nice-wifi all around the hotelCons:-Few staff speak english (focus mainly is on german and russian) none speak arabic-Some staff are friendly but others are rude and not welcoming (front desk for ex)-Cleaning lady went in the room while we were there, she knocked and opened the door. Clearly unacceptable. She doesn’t speak english.-The room is not up to the expectations. Looks old with minimal amenities. TV is old with only turkish channels.-we booked one double room we had 2 single beds grouped together-Bed mattress is not comfy at all-Food: as mentioned above, we only like the grilled beef/chicken everything else is not tasty. Ice cream was kept in a place where there is heat so the texture was a bit moist-Sun beds (pool and beach are without cushions)-Shops inside the hotel are not worth visiting-Activities/entertainment of the hotel is anything but well organized or worth the price (except for the sunday live band playing which was over expectation)-Forget the beach, it’s next to a public one-Surrounding of the hotel is dull, nowhere to go to. Antalya is 45 minutes away.-The side sea view i got is overlooking a big water slide of a family resort where kids were playing and shouting all day long.Conclusion:For us this hotel is 4 star at most (maybe 3) , it’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel.Price/quality ratio is not worth it. For the price of 350€ per night we expected more in terms of quality of everything (room,service,food,entertainment). It needs renovation.The hotel is more suitable for old couples for certain nationalities only (german, russian and turkish).

Very nice place for short and quite holidays. Rooms, depend on categories, basic rooms are very small and I am finding them not comfy for 2 persons, sea view rooms are pretty nice. Need to remember that bathroom is not fully separated form bedroom. Very lage pool is giving lots of privacy. Cousins and service are very good.

Although we have vacationed in Turkey many times, I have never felt so rested and welcomed. The calmness of the hotel attracted me personally, besides the absence of loud music like in other hotels, the service was great. It was also great in terms of cleanliness. Thanks to the baristas who cheered us up with their cold drinks despite this hot Antalya.

After very busy years with 3 children, we were looking for peace. After a long search on google, we ended up at tui blue belek.I cannot describe how happy we are that we chose this hotel.we stayed here for 1 week in a swim up room. The room was great, everything was thought of and nothing was missing.The food in the restaurant was delicious and lots of variety. we have eaten in many hotels but never it was so good!The service and staff at the hotel were great. The chambermaids , the animation team , the waiters , the managers really everyone was super friendly, cheerful and service oriented.If we ever go away again with just the two of us, we will definitely come back here!thank you for the unforgettable holiday, you are great.

Fantastic vacation and hotel, glad we picked this place. Staff are very friendly, hardworking and make this stay a great one!! It was so peaceful and chilled here, and love how there's no need to rush around for sunbeds or areas to sit. Spa facilities also very good. Food was decent and many options throughout the day. Bed was hard, and highly recommend requesting mattress topper via app. Compared to other all-inclusive resorts I been too, this place is far more generous and I'd happily revisit.
