Great hotel for families! The food in the restaurant is absolutely perfect! Nice drinks near the pools ( black label):)

One of the best hotels we've been to in Turkey, the staff couldn't do enough for us, particularly Oksana at guest relations who was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

the place is good, the hotel is level, the staff is young, helpful, the only problem is that they don't speak English, Russian and Turkish are spoken here, the animators are funny and make a great show.

Wow. I can hardly praise this hotel enough, honestly. Set in stunning gardens, with gorgeous public areas and every facility any normal person could need. Bedrooms are okay, nice bathroom, little balcony and immaculately clean. Best buffet I've ever had by a long long way and I'm a very picky eater!! Restaurants v good also (one free per week or you can pay 10 euro to boost that). Bars a plenty and a lovely patisserie too. Great entertainment incl at sister hotel Sunrise. Staff are ALL fantastic, quite astonishingly good. Excellent location close to gorgeous Side which is like Pompeii, only better and Manavgat waterfall which is pretty.

Reallity! Not a 5 star resort.Rooms need an upgrade on the furniture and bathroom..Doors have gaps and you can hear everything.Beds rock solid,pillows the same..Rooms are not proper cleaned.. Had to change 2!rooms. One started to had a leak exactly above the toilet. They did nt fixed it and left the room dirty..Gave us another room which was too small for our family.Had to move again in the morning.Food is the same all the time..Variety does not exist.Not all the dishes have cards with allergens displayedThat is why you don t get a bracelet that shows what package you bought..cause is the same and 1 option all inclusive..That should get you thinking.Staff although hard working..don t speak basic English. Had to wait every time i want to ask something for someone who knew a little bit of English to come to try to explain what i want.They were surprised that you don t speak Russian.90% of all the other guests are Russians.From other real reviews i can see that is happening all the time 90% Russian tourists.Not a problem if they would have had manners ,not cut the line, push you or get in front of you on the queue.like you don t exist.You go to relax not to get in a fight.In the Resort club music is 80% Russian.I understand that majority wins,but don t advertise to other countriesProBeatiful garden ,Beach frontKids waterslides and pools

Fantastic staff. It’s a large, but never impersonal resort hotel with an abundance of bars and a few restaurants (besides the main buffet style restaurant). The gardens and grounds are immaculately kept. Standard of food seems higher than other AI hotels I’ve stayed in. All in all, a great experience. We will be back.

Best family resort. Pefect for families with a lot of outdoor space and plenty of pools. We have been here for the 2nd time and we will surely return

Amazing placeMust go and enjoy.No excursions required.Just stay in the resort and enjoy.Around 100 euros per person per day.You cannot find a better deal.

Great place with good food. The only issues are impolite Russian people and annoying entertainers.

Starlight hotel is truly a great place to stay. We were here with our family with 2 kids. It is a beautiful place right on the beach. The park is very big with a lot of pools. During our stay, 80% of the facilities were closed due to end of the season. That was too bad sometimes. The beds were very hard so a good night sleep was a challenge. The room itself was great with a free mini bar every day and perfect cleaning. The waterpark is a lot of fun! And towel service is great also. The resort must be very busy when it is full. The hotel is actively polling people to measure it's experience and that is great.The food was good, many variations. Sometimes the food was cold though. The service is great and plenty of drinks.We didn't use the entertainment in the evening, but every night there was something to do.

First of all i would like to thank all the hotel staff, barmen, managers, chefs, animation team , cleaning ladies, shortly everyone who made our holiday a dream. The nature is amazing, you feel you are living in a perfectly taken care gigantic garden. You can take a walk around, look at the various plants and flowers. The amount of possibilities and chances you have is unlimited here. On every corner awaits you a pleasent surprise. Night shows are top notch, very professional and high quality. The DJ shows were also very cool, for those kind of shows we pay hundreds of dollars to watch. Definitely i will visit again and again. Thank you.

The hotel organised several corporate events during our stay, one of which was some sort of a football cup. Relaxed vacation atmosphere disappeared instantly. The footballers were yelling, singing and making noise during the night, I had to call the security at 3 am to shut them up, a poor bartender had to call the security on them for littering. Even the hotel itself endulged them, by blasting the music at the stadium until almost midnight and centering all evening events around them. The facilities were crowded and unaccessible, huge lines in the restaurants and the bars! This is a total disrespect for the normal clients, the hotel didn't communicate any of this neither during the reservation nor during the stay. They didn't even make an effort to house them separately and reserve some facilities just for them, so that others could have a vacation, instead everyone had to unwillingly participate in their event. Vacation ruined.

Very nice hotel, loved living in a separate building, I think, it was called a “clubhouse”. I would love to visit again, but they increased price.What I loved about the hotel:1) Food. There is a decent choice of food for vegetarians as well. And for kids there is much to choose from. Food was fresh and tasty.2) Beach. Was clean and if you choose a place a bit further than in front of the main hotel, there are always beds available.3) Rooms. Nice service. Rooms were clean and I have nothing to complain about.4) Staff. Polite and helpful.5) Shows. I did not like all of them, but at least half was quite interesting.6) Aquapark. I think, my kid spent there most of the time.What I wish was there:1) heated outdoor pools.2) fridge with ayran

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious and have a walk-in wardrobe, which turned out to be a fantastic feature. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel, as well as the whole complex are very clean and perfectly maintained. A lot of green areas, that are diligently being taken care of. Lots of swimming pools for every taste and needs. A wide variety of events - concerts, performances, themed parties, to name but a few - that make evenings colourful and enjoyable. The food is simply amazing and it is being offered 24/7 .. a huge variety of tasty, quality food that despite the fact that I had decided to put some weight, I just couldn't try all during the 7 days we stayed there. There are many bars all over the complex, offering quality alcohol, different cocktails, and nonalcoholic drinks. The beach is beautiful and there are beach/pool towels for the guests all day long. But I think that the greatest asset of Starlight resort are the people that work there. Everybody, from the cleaning lady, the guest relations girls, the entertainment team, the receptionists and the bartenders, to the waiters and the chefs - everybody was as nice as they come. Smiling, wonderful, hardworking people that always find a way to smile at you and make you feel well and special. Not a single person was ever rude to us, despite the fact that they were all very busy all the time. Special thanks to the entertainment team - you are the best and it shows how much you enjoy doing what you do. Special thanks to Enes from the lobby bar- a genuinely nice guy! Special thanks also to Nurika from the Mexican restaurant, who was very kind to us and made our Mexican evening simply wonderful. And really, big thank you to the whole team of Starlight resort hotel for the perfect vacation!

The hotel is wonderful! It's gigantic, filled with amusements like game center, Turkish bath, Tennis courts or even Horse Stable! The animations were great so one can never get bored there. There is a club for the little ones and another one for teenagers. The service was always on point in the restaurant, they were very helpful and always served us well. The food was good enough, as for this price range it was above average in main restaurant. The 24/7 restaurants were a bit of a weak point when it comes to dining. The rooms were fine, though some of our friends complied of poor air conditioning - we haven't noticed that. The beach is large, just next to the main swimming pool and there are usually some sunbeds free so there is no problem with that. There is loads of green spaces in the hotel with multiple species of birds, along with cats, lizards and other animals which adds up to the charm of that place. The mini bar is always full, the rooms are cleaned every day - no problem with that. When it comes to drawbacks - the staff speaks little to no English and sometimes it can be a pain in the neck. For some activities you have to pay extra, but most often it was worth the price. In some days in the club area there was a nasty smell, something like an old floorcloth all around the place - they should definitely do something with that ;)In general, I'd definitely choose that hotel again and I totally recommend it , especially for groups of people and families, who want to spend more active holidays, rather than just lay on the sunbed by the sea or at the swimming pool all day long 🙂

I stayed during the last week of July.Pros: A very quiet place with dense greenery around and lots of pools. Good food for the entire time being served at different restaurants. Friendly staff (even though most of them speak Russian as a second language and not English). Nice evening shows for kids and grown ups.Cons: Hygiene in the room (bungalow) needs improvement (sheets were never changed during the entire week). Beach towels were never washed.

This place is amazing!Every day there are plenty of programs and you never get bored. The show is great, the pool bars and the night life with dancers. The beach and pools are very good and the water so clean.The hotel is so huge that you can walk in the green and enjoy vacations with family and kids.The food is delicious, one of the best in Turkey. The quality of the foods can be compared with fancy restaurants sushi, lamb meat, salmon, duck, some types of fishes and different foods everyday well and carefully cooked.The staff is very firendly and helping and you have everything you want starting from drinks to desserts and fruits.Totally recommend this hotel for families and couples!
