I regret my experience with this hotel, as I visited it 4 years ago, but it has declined significantly, as I noticed that the level of cleanliness is poor, the activities are few and bad, and the food is not delicious. The hotel does not deserve its name. Slow services. There are many hotels better than it. It does not even deserve 4 stars.This is part of the WhatsApp group correspondence with the administrator during the miserable stay. He does not deserve a star. I have visited more than 20 resorts in Turkey. It is the worst resort that deserves one star.

We came on holiday here at the end of April and it was perfect. We'd never been on an all inclusive resort holiday before and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location and hotel are beautiful, the staff are amazing (special thanks to Merve, who looked after us during our stay!), the food was amazing across all restaurants and our daughter loved all of the kids activities and facilities. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely return!

The hotel is just ok.If you are used to premium services and luxury 5 star hotels at turkish seaside, this is not one of them.If it was a 3 star hotel, an price down 35% mybe, but being a Rixos Premium, this is not that.The beach is dirty. Plastic bags, cups in the water and in the sand. Sunbeds are old, never cleaned. Always dirty of sands. Service does not exist on the beach. Only 1 small bar, and 1 refrigerator with only water and ayran. Nothing is convenient on the bech.Also the beach doesn'y have smooth sand, mainly rocks. It's not as pleasent as belek.Meals are good. Good selection, some a la carte included, although imposible to reserve. It s ok, but again, not luxurios, but better than the rest of the services.The playground is nice and nice show for the kids. Best part of the hotel.The hotel seems old and it shows. Nothing seems new or quality. The staff mainly don t speak english, mostly russian, which for 5star international hotel is not great.The drinks are by glass, rarely in bottle or cans.We have been to other 5* hotels at this pricepoint which were far superior. If it is a good deal like half the price, maybe i would recommend, but at this price you can find better hotels.

Me and my fiancé recently spent eight wonderful days at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly spacious, offering a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained. There is a great variety of food available, and the à la carte restaurants are a real treat. We dined at the Turkish restaurant once, but the dinner at the main restaurant was so delightful, coupled with the gorgeous terrace offering a stunning view of the sea, that we rarely felt the need to dine elsewhere.Our guest relations assistant, Merve, was fantastic—always helpful and sweet, ensuring every wish was fulfilled and any issues were resolved quickly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of activities.The beach is amazing, with crystal-clear sea water, especially in the morning. The hotel also offers numerous snack and drink options, which were fantastic. The staff is extremely polite and cheerful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay.Overall, our stay was delightful, and we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway.

Overall we had a great stay at the Rixos. Plenty of things to do and see and the kids club was really great. The food was really good all around the hotel and the staff were all excellent.Unfortunately the standard rooms are small! Three of us in this room with three suitcases was tight to move around in. We asked how much to get a bigger room and was told an extra €150 a night! Seems way overpriced for a bigger room. Also had a broken nespresso machine I the room which flooded our table with water which we had to clean up when we checked in.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights visit in this resort.It is very clean, I mean top class clean & very well designed.You can find all kind of activities and services throughout the day.Personally my top choice of the selection was the SPA, with a wide selection of massages and well maintained saunas.The resort has a fantastic place for kids and it is huge. Kids of all ages can find different entertainments.When it comes to food, there is a variety throughout the day and night.Simply a great hotel!The only part that definetely needs improvement is the quantity of the staff members. The quality is top! Everybody is smiling, hard working busy bees, but they are outnumbered compared to the resort’s needs.The guest service staff always keeps you informed and makes you feel like a VIP and facilitating all your requests with speed of light!Will come back again…

The 2 assistants we had for any enquiries were very helpful & informative.We had the best time at Land of Legends which is free for those staying at Rixos!!Just wanted to highlight One waitress in particular by the name of Algerim who served us at the Mandarin restaurant, she was extremely attentive and really nice and made us feel welcome.Another staff member by the name of Pars who served us at the Patessirie Art Cafe and dessert bar in the Main Turquoise Restaurant was very helpful & friendly.Overall Rixos was amazing & we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.Thank you very much!

Didnt meet our expectations at all, very disappointing in many aspects.To start with, we booked sea view rooms and they allocated us in the furthest villas of the resort, after we insisted that we wanted our initial booked rooms back they changed the reservation.After that, they told us that because we booked 3 nights/4 days we were allowed to book 2 restaurants a la carte one day in advance. Of course this never happened, they were always fully booked even that we tried to book 2 days in advance.To continue with the story, the mini bar at the rooms was empty most of the time.Another issue that we faced is that despite having the do not disturb sign at the door. They knocked the door 4 times and entered!!! This is unacceptable! We asked them to check the security cameras and they never got back to us with any apology.To add on all of this, the service at the restaurants was extremely poor, they are understaffed, they rarely ask you if you want to drink something and when you ask for it, it takes them 15 minutes to bring a coffee, tea or a drink. On top of this, in the morning they were not serving freshly squeezed orange juice despite insisting that it was fresh (do they think that the guests can't differentiate between a boxed juice and a natural one?).Last but not least, we can't believe that in a 5 star hotel most of the staff can't communicate in english, at many times it was extremely frustrating to ask for something, as they wouldn't understand us.We don't recommend this hotel/resort at all.

Loved staying at rixos premium tekirova. Was very quiet when we arrived. (2nd day into the season)More people arrived throughout our stay but stayed relaxing and peaceful.The service was flawless.Guest relations were excellent with assisting allergy issues. They also sent a WhatsApp everyday telling you what is going on throughout the day in the hotel.The room was very nice, modern and exceptionally clean with a large balcony.The food was excellent and fresh. Very tasty and didn't have one bad meal. Peoples restaurant was very handy and a nice touch (24hr sit down restaurant)The drinks was unbelievable throughout the hotel.The Starbucks was very good for a morning drink!Loved all the cocktails on offer and they would make anything you want on request too that isn't on the menu.The mixologists furkan and Mustafa was excellent, friendly and made the holiday so much better!The only issue we had was the beach was being renovated so half way closed it didn't effect us enjoying our stay.Thanks rixos!

Great location, beautiful rooms. Main drawback was that the pool is not heated, so we couldn’t use it at all really. Staff didn’t know English, which was a disadvantage in getting to know the facilities available. Food at Turqoise was excellent, please improve labeling of the dishes so that it’s clear which dishes are vegetarian/vegan- some were marked, some weren’t which was confusing. Drinks were pretty good 👍 room facilities and service for birthday celebrations were excellent. Accor said we had paid for the reservation but they didn’t actually take the money which was very confusing. All a La crate restaurants were booked up, which was disappointing. Overall fantastic experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, set in jaw dropping surroundings. Great facilities - the kids club was so appealing we hardly saw our children. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The beach is fantastic with crystal clear water. There are amenities right on the beach; the beach bar, water fridges everywhere, the fruit bar and snack bar! There are places to grab towels all over the complex, everything is so convenient. The water park allowed us to get our adrenaline going before we sat back at night to enjoy the top tier restaurants, entertainment and cocktails! We can't wait to come back.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, which was for one week. We found that the first room (in the hotel room 1302) was a little small although very clean and good facilities. We decided to upgrade at extra expense to a first floor pool view room (4202) which was fantastic and very spacious. The food at the hotel was amazing and the childrens 'Rixy club' was well organised and staffed.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. My first time in Turkey and definitely won’t be my last. The hotel is perfect for a mix of relaxation and fun activities.The overall thing that made the holiday for me and my daughter who has a dairy allergy was by far the staff. They couldn’t do enough to assist with my daughters allergies so I could relax about her diet and she enjoyed a wide variety of foods. The staff go above and beyond, working so hard to provide an incredible memorable holiday for guests, so they deserve to be thanked and treated with kindness and respect.

This is our second time visiting this hotel and we are coming back again next year ! The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean. Hotel staff are amazing and so helpful. The entertainment around the pool is great , we especially enjoyed playing darts everyday we the darts staff. The food here is also exceptional.
