Условия по резервация: - плащане на 30% от цялата сума до 3 дни след потвърждение на резервацията по имейл; - доплащане на остатъка от сумата до 20 дни преди датата на настаняване в резервацията, освен ако не е упоменат друг срок; - плащането се извършва в български левове онлайн с карта или по банков път на сметката на Туроператора.
Политика за анулации и промени по резервация: В случай на отказ от резервация и прекратяване на Договора от страна на Потребителя, Туроператорът задържа следните неустойки:
- До 3 дни след потвърждение на резервацията по имейл – без такса. - До 45 дни преди началната дата на резервацията – такса резервация в размер на 50 лв. на възрастен удържана от депозита, а остатъка от платения депозит се зарежда като бонус точки в Програмата за Лоялност Relaxo+ за следващи пътувания. - От 44 до 21 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 30% от общата стойност на резервацията. - От 20 до 14 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 50% от общата стойност на резервацията. - По-малко от 14 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 100% от общата стойност на резервацията. - За всяка една промяна по резервация (хотел, име на турист, дата, вид помещение) след потвърждението й, по вина на потребителя, се удържа такса в размер на 50 лв. - В случай че Потребителят не се яви в деня на направената резервация за своята почивка/екскурзия, не може да има претенции за връщане на цялата или част от заплатената сума.
Rixos Premium Belek - 5/5 StarsI recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek with my family and children and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly clean and spacious, providing a wide range of entertainment options for kids and teens. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. A special mention goes to Sinan at the Vitamin Bar on the beachside, who was super nice and helpful.One of the most surprising and delightful aspects of our stay was that all the restaurants and coffee shops were included at no extra cost. The buffet was very generous, offering a variety of delicious options.My mom, who wears a scarf, mentioned that she would have preferred a separate pool for ladies only, as there are many women in similar situations.Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek for its excellent facilities, amazing service, and all-inclusive dining options. You won’t need to spend an extra dollar to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.
Overall had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel room was great and had everything you need, the hotel had loads of activities and stuff to do for both adults and kids, the bars were fantastic, the food in most of the restaurants was good. My kids enjoyed the kids club, arcades and outdoor activities. We had a guest relations team that were super friendly, efficient and kind, which made our stay even better since we felt well taken care off.Only improvement area for us was the variety of Indian foods available at the hotel, and foods without eggs as we are lacto- vegetarian. This was mainly at the TURQUOISE and PEOPLES restaurant. The lack of plant based options was also noted, which is strange as these are popular in Europe, AFRICA and the America's. The Italian and Asian restaurants were amazing so hats off to them and their staff, who made us feel great.I would definitely re-visit the hotel, but in cooler months as we had temperatures exceeding 40 deg during our stay. Luckily the hotel rooms and surrounding areas were all air conditioned whih made it so much more bearable. Overall the hotel is great!!
this hotel has it all …. one of the best hotels i visitedfood is available almost everywhere and anytimeservice is amazing anywhere you go in the pool , beach you name itrooms are super tidy and clean and you can find anything you need in themmorning activities … night activities… kids activities everythingI only have one comment ( 50 $ for a shisha is way overpriced )
Rixos Premium Belek was a wonderful experience. The Kids Club kept our children engaged and happy. The concierge team was very helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. The restaurant staff provided great service with a variety of tasty food options. Highly recommend for families!
Our holiday has honestly been amazing! We could not fault a thing within the hotel, the staff could not do enough for you and would go above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best.Our Guests relation staff could not be more helpful and at hand, from clear communication upon the hotels activity’s to being a great support network during our stay. The staffs attentiveness was impeccable! What an amazing holiday we have had. The best all inclusive resort I have stayed at, we have reccomended to all family members and we will definitely be returning☺️
I was staying at Land of Legends, and as you know, we had free shuttle access for one day to visit Rixos Premium Belek. I had lunch, used the swimming pool, and went to the beach. It was a great idea to try and discover this hotel; maybe later we can book there. But honestly, I was shocked; the lunch was very mediocre. I was expecting luxury and a wide variety of food, but it seemed that they filled most of it with salads just to make it look like there was a lot of food. Additionally, the hotel is too old and has not been renovated. Honestly speaking, I can't believe that people are paying thousands of euros for this hotel. With this amount, I could stay at other, better hotels in Belek
We had a great overall stay.We tried coffee from various places, but unfortunately, none of the staff seemed trained to make good coffee. This is an issue that the hotel could work on improving.On the bright side, the staff members were terrific - friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. We felt right at home during our entire stay. This hotel is especially great for families, and the food from the main restaurant, "Turquoise," was outstanding.Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very relaxing stay at the hotel.

Wow, wow and Wow….!What more can I Say?We just came back from a 1 week holiday at the beautiful Rixos Premium Belek…I only travelled with my 7 year old daughter… and I was a bit worried as it was my first trip with her alone.But I shouldn’t have worried…. We both loved it from the moment we arrived💓The Rixy Kids Club, the friendly staff, the heated pool, the food, the activities, the location…. The list goes on and on..It really is just as perfect for adults and as well as for kids!I will definitely be back and would recommend this place in a heartbeatThanks again for everyone for making this such a memorable trip.See you again …
Just got back from 5 nights at Rixos Premium Belek. We had a wonderful stay. Staff was always helpful and courteous, food was delicious and fresh, plenty of areas to relax. We especially liked the outdoor adult pool (16+) which is connected to the spa. Tranquil environment with a bar in the pool as well. Special thanks to Elmira from the pool bar, who has really made our stay extra special. Providing us with special cocktails, always smiling, always present.. the type of people who give your stay that extra sparkle.Only point of criticism is that we booked a Superior Double Room with Garden View but we are sure we got appointed a Basic Twin Room without a view at first. After telling the staff that this was not the type of room we booked they placed us in a larger room with partial sea view. They solved the issue very swiftly!Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Do note that the Land of Legends is heavily promoted throughout the entire hotel. We went but returned back to the hotel within 2 hours. The coaster was nice but other than that we found it mostly directed towards families with younger children. We are both in our late 20s so for us it did not have a lot to offer, unfortunately.
This was our third holiday here and we already planned a new one for this September. The services have been impeccable, the food delicious, and overall experience absolutely great. Every year we book a cabana on the beach - Sebastian and his team are true professionals, making us feel like home. Also Tatiana and Alyya Ai helped us very much with our rooms, and they were very kind and attentive to our needs and schedule; also, we truly appreciated the upgrade. We couldn’t recommend more this hotel but, most importantly, its super professional and great staff. Looking forward to our next trips.
Amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are nice and the Customer service is on another planet and this is consistent throughout the whole hotel. Heated outdoor pools and a lovely spa area. The restaurants are fantastic with a good choice of foods. If I could pick one fault and it's a minor thing is the pool tables need to be replaced as it is not even or balanced. On a few occasions the balls were flying of the table which for health and safety reasons is not the best. Everything else from the activity's to the live entertainment in the evening/beach bar to the land of legends access was brilliant. Almost forgot to mention that you arrive you get added to a what's app group with 1 or 2 reps who are absolutely amazing and will help you with any questions you might have. We had Elena and tohid who I can only describe as brilliant at what they do and super responsive. Not stayed at a better hotel in Turkey highly recommended.
Staff can speak Russian and Turkish. English skills are practically non-existent.Most of the advertised a la carte restaurants are closed. But they still only let you visit once.They don't honour Accor benefits or give points. Was expecting much more for the price. If you are not Russian, best to avoid the whole area and go to Greece. For these prices, you can get much better hotels with much more pleasant and friendly service. Staff here make you feel like a burden for asking a question. Really not luxurious at all. There is a reason all of the positive reviews are from Turks and Russians... They really don't want European visitors. Would not recommend at all.
Service was always excellent, food options were good and drinks were excellent too. Rooms good and always cleaned really well. Heated outdoor pool was a real bonus as was spa area. Not stayed at a better hotel in Turkey. Highly recommended.
As a vacation it was wonderful, great hospitality with friendly staff especially Serdar and Nouf! Rooms are with the beautiful Mediterranean view, buffet was complete and you can relax easily. Entertainment and facilities was very good, Game Center, different sports , great pools inside and outside for every tastes!Just relax with the premium Rixos! 👍🏼
This was my fourth time visiting this facility. Although the weather was little rainy (which is expected in winter months) the service, food quality and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. I studied my self hospitality so I evaluate facilities with a different eyes. Very professional staff , I especially would like to recognize our housekeeping service person Ulviye to be specific for her professionalism and kindness. With the hope to come back again, until next time Rixos thank you for everything !!
Wonderful hotel, you can find here everything you need for comfort holidays. Only 2 negative points: swimming pool in SPA not clean enough (we got eyes infection) and in play zone some gaming machines out of the order.Team of personal managers supported us all the time, they are very friendly and for cursed to make your holiday as great as possible!
This was our first time experience and definitely will be the priority! We loved this hotel, activities, Restaurant choices. Italian restaurant, the Godiva it is good to have a choices and differences. Especially very kind and always helpful work staff. We were treat very special! All our requests were done immediately.
Every thing in this hotel is fantastic, we had an amazing vacation there. our journey had started with delicious Champagne just we arrived. The reception members and our assistants were very friendly and respectful. The room was perfect with the sea view. There were various restaurants and their foods were delicious -The team that were working in the Z’ASYA restaurant were very lovely. Also we use outdoor and indoor pool and relaxed at beautiful beach and other facilities…We made good memories there and hope to visit this hotel at the future again . Thanks you for our amazing experience.
I spend a week at your beautiful resort with my wife and it was extraordinary and amazing. The hotelroom, eating facilities and other facilities were perfect. But what really made it great was the staff, they were really helpful and friendly, our stay was really comfortable and i had nothing to worry about.we had a truly relaxing holiday.The entertainment offered on the resort was enjoyable.I must thank your team for their dedication to guest satisfaction.Thank you once again for making my stay so wonderful!
