A bit late writing this review, we were at Paloma Oceana end of April and beginning of May.Well what can I say ..... We had a wonderful stay, location was really good, shops and good restaurants near by. Our room was lovely much better then what it looked like on the pictures, food was excellent and had a variety, ok it got a bit repetative after a good few days but there are restaurants outside the hotel for variety which we didn't mind trying out.Staff were brilliant, Abbas who checked us in on reception was informative, Nur, the young lady on guest relations was so friendly and informative and was always at hand to help out, Onuk the minibar lad made sure we had enough coffee and water every morning, Gulbaynaz form house keeping was such a lovely lady always smiling and making our room up everday just the way I liked it, Ilhaan from Curio, lovely lad, made sure our steaks were cooked how we liked it and gave us a romantic sitting on both occasion of having the meal at Curio. Taliep who looked afer us at the Cabana on two of the days. Such a lovely bloke, always smiling and gave us a five star treatment, lastly the bellboys who carried our heavy bags down were so pleasent. Oh not to mention Hidajyet at the Spa who was lovely too.Overall a defo five star hotel with well kept grounds, cleanliness was exceptional and brilliant staff. 👏🏼 nothing to be disappointed about an no complaints. Found the right hotel and will definitely be going back.Thank you all to Paloma oceana for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable.

Excellent food location service. Next to a super beach.Very clean spa massage steam room. RAMAZAN Organised a good package at a discount with bali girls.Good vegetarian options at every mealCan improve ifSalt content in soups is reducedAt least one soup option must be veggie and labelled as such.Yoga every morning with ROSE was most stimulating.Too many cats in the gardens. I got flea bites by sitting in cushioned seats frequented by cats. So be careful.Overall a hotel to revisit. Excellent shopping on doorstep for knock off global brands.

WOW. What an amazing hotel.We had a bungalow overlooking the main pool and the room was amazing, cleaned daily and the mini was bar filled Daily.Staff throughout the hotel were brilliant, so friendly and went out their way to help and assist.Food was absolutely top notch, huge varieties and all different everyday/night. The beach restaurant did not disappoint.Entertainment is brilliant.Plenty of pools but a little bit cold at the moment(march) but a heated indoor pool is available.Oh made my day seeing a hedgehog just roaming around.The spa is expensive, we booked via TUI and full Turkish bath/massage 25£.This is by far the best hotel we have visited in Turkey and all our holidays, we will 110% be returning.

What a brilliant hotel stayed 26/2/2024 to 6/3/2024 the staff at reception are very polite and helpful and courteous the waiters and bar staff work really hard to make your stay perfect.the restaurants the staff and the chefs do a brilliant job and have a brilliant selection of food you never go hungry.the rooms are lovely and cleaned everyday.the location is fantastic if you like shopping it's all within walking distance.and there's a bus stop outside the hotel to take you where ever you want to go .if it's relaxation you want them the pool area's are brilliant.or take a walk through the gardens to the private beach where you have sun loungers free of charge.and a beach bar and restaurant .with golden sands and blue sea paradise enjoy. Just got back from staying here the hotel is amazing it has everything you could need.the food is really good especially the cakes.housekeeping was outstanding if I had to say a negative it would be that the main staff don't really smile they constantly look serious and unapproachable.The area itself where the hotel is located has lots of shops and markets just a few minutes walk away overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hi I have not come to the holiday as of yet and due in march with my family, but had no way of contacting you.Can you please advise if food is available all the times, as we have a late flight and the restaurant will be closed by the time we get to the hotel, cautious it is a long flght and the kids will be hungry, as we paid for the night will food be provided?P.s please note I changed my original hotel to yourself based on the positive reviews across all sites and how positive it looks online. We are really excited!!!!

Our second visit to Paloma. A very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice and clean rooms, high quality food and top class staff approach. This year they even helped us order a smartwatch charger as we had forgotten ours 👍 looking forward to seeing you again

We came here as a couple first time and liked it everything is amazing and staff is very friendly specially Emre from animation team and also animation team is amazing the night shows for everyone live music's, dance shows etc. We would definitely come back.

Overall we loved our stay at the hotel.Positives:Great beach and the sea, nice green and clean territory, convenient room for family with 3 kids. Food was also great, tasty and we always had enough choice. Free minibar at the room was very helpful. You can also have a walk outside of the hotel. Shows were rare at that time of the year but nevertheless great.Negatives:We loved the food at the main restaurant but the drinks you have to order and this created some unnecessary tension... sometimes we had to wait for our drinks far too long, one time the waiter asked us to exchange some dollars hinting at tips which did not make a good impression.
