We arrived late at night, and the hotel bus transfer took almost 2 hours because it waited for other guests from different hotels. We finally reached Paloma Grida at 2 am. It would have been better with a more efficient transfer service. Upon arrival, I asked if any kitchen is open and I could have a sandwich or something. Here I expect that a good hotel finds a solution and goes the extra mile, thats good service. We had to ask the staff to help with our bags and baby and drive us to our room at 2am, even though several employees were sitting around with golf carts. Be proactive, go the extra mile.Aside from these points, the hotel is very nice with many pools and activities for kids of all ages. The quality of the food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

MISSION IMPOSSIBLES:1). Try to avoid the swarm of unsupervised, unruly & noisy children.2). Try to sleep in 35° heat as AC does not work in any room.3). Try to find a quiet place to relax.4). Try to find a pool with no children (even the adult only one is full of the them).5). Try and figure out why this is a 5 star hotel and what ultra luxurious all inclusive means.We paid €300 for a relaxing spa and massage and even this was a complete waste of money as there were kids running around the place totally unsupervised and no sign of any parents. So definitely not the relaxed atmosphere you would expect.THE GOOD.Kaan and Sevket at the Adult only bar were very friendly and welcoming and provided great service.Mohammed in the main restaurant also provided excellent service.We ate in the Steakhouse & the Lotus restaurant and were served by an extremely friendly and bubbly young lady who's name sadly I can't remember but she was great. The food was also very good at both.This Hotel is obviously geared up for families with young children which if that's what your looking for you won't be disappointed. However the hotel says they have adult only areas which they simply do not police which is a shame as the grounds and location to the beach is fabulous.Best avoided if your over 50 and want a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is very outdated. There are moths all over the room. The room smells musty!! We previously went to Paloma Finesse, which is very different! The restaurant is overcrowded and messy. You have to get your own drinks. They only use local brands. We are counting down the days until we leave! Very disappointed!

We have spend two weeks at Paloma Grida with two little children of 3 and 1. I must say, we have enjoyed every moment.Food: A big variety with every day another theme in the main restaurant.Resort, although indeed a bit outdated is lovely. The greens are perfectly maintained. The gardeners are seemingly happy at their job. Rooms were indeed a bit outdated but the necessary things were topnotch (airco & WiFi)Pools: The pools were great, with great focus from the lifeguards to keep everything in order. A small point of feedback is that some of the things are broken around the swimming pool.Kidsclub: just wow. New and streamlined per groupHospitality: This is the biggest plus of this resort from house cleaning to the restaurant manager, everyone is so focused on giving you a great time. Even when we needed a quick visit to the local hospital for a minor inconvenience, guest relations followed up and provided a fruit basket. These things do wonders. Special shoutout to Ege at the beach bar, providing every night the best cocktails with the biggest smile.Thanks Paloma Grida

We had a great experience at this hotel from beginning to end. My private transfersalso let me down very late, and the gentleman behind the transfer desk helped us out immensely.Food and drinks were excellent throughout.Place has its own coffee station which was lovely.Staff were on most part vry nice and accomadating but it wasnt the friendliest hotel we have stayed at by no stretch of the imagination...some staff including bar staff and waiters and cleaners were very nice, others just ok.Would return.Belek market was good at approx 10 min drive away at most (so 5 euros each way we paid)Live bands were great to have on site on evenings plus usual entertainment.Very relaxing holiday.My 6 and 10 ye olds loved it too.

This hotel has definitely exceeded our expectations as a family with 2 young children. My kids didn't want leave they had the best time in kids club where they were doing so many different activities every day. The staff is so caring towards children they spend time individually with each child which is amazing.The kids disco every evening was so good we were all looking forward to it every day. Food was fantastic there was always so many different options for everyone, they also do themed nights like Italian cuisine, seafood night there was always something to suprise us. Yes, the rooms are outdated and everyone is aware of it but we had previous experiences where the hotels were very modern and flashy but there was zero attentions towards the kids. I would 100% come back here and my kids are already asking when we can go back again. If you looking for a place to spend the holidays with your family then this is the right place. Your kids will not remember the room, they will remember all the amazing fun moments in kids club and all the people that were caring and attentive towards them.

Very nice place, good for family holiday and super friendly people.Parties for kids and adults, with different activities and good music.Heated indoor pool with great massages and outdoor pools with cool slides.Staff are very friendly and funny.Ps. Metin is the best! 😂

Hands down the best holiday EVER! The entertainment was amazing, staff so friendly and helpful and food was amazing too! Lots of pools to choose from, watersides for little and big ones! The party’s were brilliant, Metin made our holiday so much fun! DJ’s every night Kids had the best time we will definitely be coming back xx

Once, everyone has to come and stay here, from service to food it’s excellent. A family holiday for sure, it’s just to fab for not to come!!! The staff are very, very friendly, they will go a mile to help you. My flight is tomorrow but am writing the review today as I could not have waited 😁. The moment I entered the resort they gave the best service ever! When I came for the first dinner I couldn’t move from the table and they came and asked, what can I get you? please be seated as he saw me struggling with my little one, I mean no words can describe them!! The hygiene level is more then a hotel standards. I been here almost 5 days and not even seen any kind of dirt or even rubbish lying around! If the staff can’t speak english, they will make sure they get someone to speak with you in english. I seen how some hotels behave when you say something and they totally ignore you. I can go on and on but you need come come and see for yourself for sure, not to be missed!!!

Wonderful experience that will make us think to come again next year, despite we like to see always new things and have new experience. We just changed our family philosophy :)). We are a family with 2 kids (6 and 13 years old) and Paloma Grida Resort & Spa showed us that if you find the perfect place for you and your family, is time to think very seriously to make a reservation already for next year. Everything here is made to make our family feel wonderful: food, activities like sports, or day and night entertainment, kids club and mini disco club were our daughter was almost every day and crying when our schedule couldn't include her beloved activities.The only thing that can be improved- maybe some new windows in the rooms so you can enjoy more the silence of the room, but this doesn't stop us to give 5 wonderful stars to the Paloma Grida.WiFi everywhere, even on the beach, was a highlight too.Thank you Paloma Grida, thanks to everyone from your team and colleagues that made us feel amazing.

Amazing atmosphere, fantastic food, great animation for kids & adults. The pools are very nice, the personal is absolutely first class - from reception, to animation, bartenders, waiters to cleaning personal.It's definitely a vacation we're going to go on again.

The room, food, Â la carte restaurant, service was terrific! The employees was so Kind and caring. I highly recommend it. Though it was a bit baffling when Ezgi, a sweet and competent animator, stopped by our table to drop in a good review on herself and did so trough my own account. She didn't mean bad of course, but ı would much rather prefer that my posts remained unbiased.

This is a beautiful all-inclusive complex that I would 100% recommend to anyone.The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, the standards and cleanliness were second to none, the facilities were fantastic and the selection of foods available at every single meal occasion was amazing.....definitely something for everyone.The evening entertainment was also varied over the course of our stay (10 days) and again, something for everyone.Our room was kitted out with plenty of storage/wardrobe space, comfortable beds (sofa beds for the kids) and had the BEST air conditioning that I've ever come across which was extremely welcome after the 38-40 degree temperatures in the daytime.For those who like to venture out and shop, the town of Belek is also only a simple 10 minute walk away.We always like to try new places but it will be really difficult not to return here !!

Our staying was great there, good location for families. Very clean rooms even some say is old furniture, it still looks great. Food was great, except for the ice-cream that we did not enjoyed, we prefer to have more milk. Also the amphitheatre where the main events are, has no air to breathe, needs more holes to let air circulate
