Nice and modern hotel, but that's all you can say about this hotel. Our vacation was at the beginning of June 2024. Not suitable for couples or families looking for a quiet stay. Especially by the pool. There is only one main pool where stays families with babies and small childrens. And there are a lot of them here. They cry, make noise, screaming all day. No peace. There are practically no evening events. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are repetitive and often cold, chilled. The plates are dirty and well used already. Lack of hygiene and cleanliness in bars and restaurants. The service staff is not professional. No one from the staff forbade going to the restaurant in shorts or bathing suits. No one collected empty glasses and bottles at the pool, you had to take them yourself when there was a lot. Apps often did not send the order. There was not always a change of pool towels.

I have no words to describe how happy I was to have stayed at Paloma Finesse. Wonderful and unforgettable are few words, everything is impeccable. Tasty food, large and beautiful rooms, huge swimming pools and helpful and friendly staff. I booked theMED restaurant and I loved it! Amazing experience. We had a romantic dinner ( Birhday of my wife ) we had Ibrahim and Stafflooking after us - they made it all so special and a night to remember. The staff was wonderfull and friendly, especially Ibrahim!Absolutely amazing! After a few trips to Turkey now, the Paloma Finesse is by the far best. Thanks a lot to very professional Staff Guest Relations.Massive kudos to Beach Club ( Nisanur ) and Yuzu Garden ( Meral ), the most helpful and hospitable bartenders I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back to Finesse purely because of this Staff's service.The Man ( good Friend ) by the Beach was extremely kind and helpful with towels, Big thanks for you! There was also a very nice, very young boy was of great help and served us with some amazing Cocktails by the beach, over all the experience was splendid.It stands out from the rest and is the only place we would consider going to back. Great place for couples and families. All of the onsite amenities fulfills everything you could really need whilst on holiday.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service personnel were fantastic, always attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and excellent facilities. The swim-up rooms are highly recommended, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience.Special thanks to Halil at the main kitchen and also to Murat and Joakim.We also highly recommend experiencing the Chef's Kitchen. My family and I recently stayed at Paloma Finesse Side and while the hotel has many great aspects, our experience was mixed due to some issues.Positives:• The hotel itself is very nice and aesthetically pleasing.• The staff is friendly and attentive.• Drinks include not only local options but also famous brands, which is a pleasant surprise.• The cocktails are superb.• There are plenty of activities for children.• The food is fresh, and they cook it in front of you, which is a delightful touch.• Evenings are calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.Negatives:• On our first day, the room (4201) was uncleaned with friendly little spiders everywhere and spots on the couches, making it seem half-prepared for our arrival.• Despite informing the staff about our child’s nap time around 1 PM and requesting cleaning before then, the room was not cleaned by the agreed time. The receptionist acknowledged the oversight but still, no one came to clean that day, leaving us with full trash bins and a second instance of cleaning issues after two days.Overall, the hotel is very good, with wonderful amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, our stay was marred by repeated cleaning service problems that could have been better handled.

we stayed the second time at the hotel around the same month like last year.This year we took again the seaview suite w swim up pool. The park and facility is really good. Beach is very very nice. Kids friendly.Seaview swim up room were nice but can only accomodate 4 people. The hotel was flexible to add our 4y old child for 500 Euro extra for 5 nights. Shower is good. Bed is comfortable, sofas to sleep too. Cleaning was good but varied. Pool private is nice. Waterpark was cool.we had bugs (Kakerlake) in the room two times. we also asked for the last night for one normal room without pool as one of us needed by health condition to sleep deeper. It was possible but we were surprised that they were not open to charge a bit less (cost of 450 Euro charged for one night) even that they got more out of the 4people room in terms of money for the whole nights and the additional room was only for sleep (and they cannot tell us that they would have rented out the room at the same day night that we asked)... an eye opener as we expected more openess and customer orientation as we had seen in other hotels around the globe w same or less stars... in the paloma finesse you really can end up in a dark room w no light, mold in the shower as a standard room for 500 euro... only for sleep ok but not for more (and not the price). reporting the mold at the reception and the bugs only gave back a smile...we will not come back by the overall experience and booked the highest room category and felt little customer orientation in a special situation was strange. They also dropped in the holidaycheck ranking and are not favorable reported like the year before - more reports with the same issues and positive reports are often short and read similar...

Stayed in this wonderful hotel again for one week.As every year it was a fantastic experience.Very friendly and helpful staff always going for the extra mile.Great main restaurant and excellent a la carte opportunities onsite.High end entertainment and great waterpark for the kids.Looking forward already to next year again.

Amazing hotel. We had one of the best holidays ever there. Staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms are great and modern, the location is beautiful and the food is really great too.The water park is incredible, worthy and maybe better than some famous dedicated water parks in Europe.One minor inconvenience is the lack of furniture in the room to organize the clothes for the week. It gets a bit messy with the minimalistic furniture.The volume of the music during the evening show was maybe necessarily loud.Overall, we absolutely loved the place, can't wait to come back next year.We will definitely come back.

We were at Paloma Finesse for the 1st time and were staying for 1 week in a studio room.The facility is super beautiful and well maintained, bravo!The room is a great size, but it was not very clean and worn in many places, more attention could be paid here.Also a negative point is often the waiters seemed a little bit lost. Not everyone but some were a little bit lost, walked past you with nothing to do but don‘t ask if you need something to drink.The food was very good and you had so many choices, very nice!! In the evening buffet you have too much choice😅Special thanks goes out to Mustafa and his team, Mustafa is very client-oriented and makes sure that your holidays are perfect.He helped us very often and always greeted us when he saw us. Also always made sure that our cocktails were amazing!Overall a very nice experience and I recommend it to everyone!

A modern and cozy hotel for family vacations or couples. Paloma Finesse is not so big and crowded compared to some other places, therefore every guest gets a special attention. Excellent food and drinks selection and high-quality entertainment programs. A Paloma Aqua Part is a nice extra for your family stay. We stayed twice there and will come back in the future.

Chose the hotel after many evaluations and comparisons with other options, but definetely did not regret for a moment staying at Paloma Finesse Side.The assortment of food is great and high quality, everyday something new is being introduced. If you don't find what you like or want - problem is you.Drinks are always made from high quality ingredients, with many different options to choose from. Was quite surprised of assortment of offered cocktails that did leave a very good impression.Rooms are minimalistic and very comfortable, all looking luxurious and beautiful.The decorations at hotel are beautiful, mini ponds, rocks statues, banana trees, all that is creating a pleasant environment.No complaints of cleaniless, everything is being watch the way it should be.The staff is helpful and friendly, always supporting you.

Stayed with kids 7yo: wonderful place - Does not look like regular Turkish 5* hotels. With minimalistic design and perfect service it is much more a boutique luxury hotel.Food: Very good, a lot of options with possibility to get fine-dining by the beach and reservations for a la carteDrinks: didn’t try many, but service amazing, they keep offering :)Nice afternoon lounge for tea, coffee, ice-cream (all day)Kids: play house works as a kindergarden, older kids can walk in/out at any point. Big relief for parents. The whole area is very safe and many families are with kids, our boys could just wonder around from kid’s club to football field all dayWaterpark: best hotel waterpark I’ve seen so far, could compare to a smaller city aquaparkPools and beach clean, always available pool bedsNightshows: seen Circus and Wonderland show - far above expectations for in-hotel showOverall: would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great hotel, great amenities, great location. Worth to stay.Good things ✨️+water park is awesome+pool is great+ Beach ⛱️ is clean+food is good+ nice indoor and outdoor kids playgrounds, thought could be cleaner.Things to be improved-Room cleaning and refill of the minibar. Was just awful, need to ask for many times and wait for a day or two.-Gym is 7am to 7pm. Resorts usually have it till 10pm or 00am , or even 24h. Awful working hours, can't workout late after digesting dinner.-kids pool could be heated, very cold water during October.

Style over substanceJust returned after 8 days, over the first week of October. Hotel looks great. The beach is just wonderful. But cleanliness is a big issue - the rooms and public toilets are just awful - and other than the Aqua park, there are no great activities for kids.
