An ideal place to rest. The hotel is huge, with many bars, pools and entertainment. The beach is nearby, clean and with very fine sand. Nice and very varied food. The service is very good. I recommend.

Private beach, private boat rides, fantastic spa. Food was plentiful and delish. The staff friendly and helpful. Drinks kept flowing and the pools kept beautiful.This was a fantastic location minutes from Ephesus to Selçuk and Kusadasi.Great place for a family vacation with pools for the kids and shows every night that were quite splendid. Find the Sunset bar before dinner. Has amazing views.

A unique hotel. The staff is very good. The kitchen and chefs are up to par and very good. The waiters are responsive and smiling. The support staff is top notch and always on point. Excurzoeoditr are very active and responsible.

Arrived at the hotel courtesy of Jet2 on the 30th May 2024. The reception staff were polite quick and efficient the bell boy delivered the luggage to our rooms. The staff organised a meal as we had arrived at midnight. We met Okran our jet 2 representative the following day, he was very helpful with advice and discussed a visit to Ephesis he was friendly with a good knowledge of what we were looking for this holiday. He is a credit to Jet2.The management and staff of the hotel are excellent the meals we found quite satisfactory and the dining staff again friendly and obliging the head chef was in attendance during meal times. We are three generations and can find no negative comments. The shows were lively and and definitely worth a visit. The gardens were extensive, colorful and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this holiday, hotel and Jet 2. The guest relations Kelly was a great help and don't worry if you can't speak turkish that is not a problem.

Fantastic hotel that is true to its Turkish identity. It brings the best of the Turkish cuisine without making any international guests think about other food. Hospitality is great and facilities are very well maintained. Hotel owners should be proud of this hotel.

Kardilat

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are rooms you can find on a 3 star hotel, there is nothing else that makes it special. And the view from the small balcony explains it all. Food is horrible, pide tastes like it was boiled in water. And the rest is fast food-like and tastes horrible. - Edit: They're making fake replies, they're doing nothing to fix the mistakes.

This hotel is beautiful, so many pools that you are not fighting for beds at the pool, you just walk on the beach from the hotel, no stairs. Bedroom are nice however the cleaner would come and change the bins, give toilet roll and make the beds. No sweeping or moping the floor which was annoying. The drinks man comes everyday and tops the fridge and tea bags up. The food in this place is just so repetitive, they don't rota it much. However there is something for everyone. The kids loved the aqua slides and my 6yr old loved the small water park for the younger kids. Brilliant view however if you suffer with hayfever bring everything you got as at the back of the hotel there is loads of greener and me and the kids hayfever was terrible. You can book the Italian restaurant but I wouldn't recommend that as the food was awful. Fast bar service at all times, it is not a bad place at all. I was just disappointed with the cleaner.

Booked a short stay here for 3 nights. On arrival hotel is clean and looks very pleasant. Rooms are nice and clean and had a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of pools overall and beach is clean.Food here is very bland and has not much flavour at all. There wasn't a great selection of food and it was the same every day the whole trip. The waiters arent great too, lacking in English and will serve your table for drinks once or not at all. The juice in this place is absolutely terrible, cheap dilute mix which is more like water.Beach cafe is a made to order, guy serving drinks is again lacking in English and very rude. Food took so long to get to the table we left and went back to the buffet instead.As I said pools are great and beach is pleasant.We took a trip to Kasadisi one day and got a taxi from the hotel. Be aware that the taxis will take you to a clothing shop or jewellery shop where you are forced to buy something and they get very irritated if you don't.Evenings there isn't a great deal to do in the hotel other than sit in the lobby where there is a small bar. Just be aware evenings are very noisy due to the loud music they pump out until the early hours.Walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms, especially the patio doors sliding.Overall nice to get away but wouldn't recommend this hotel. If you like no thrills and are easily pleased maybe this is for you although other holiday makers weren't that pleasant as they were rude and had no manners in the restaurant areas.If you are looking for somewhere nice in Turkey try the Sarigerme Park hotel, absolutely fantastic place

My second time in this hotel. I enjoyed it so much last time, I bought my parents and siblings. I would thoroughly recommend. It's a beautiful hotel with well maintained grounds. Lots of food choices which would suit any taste. Very good amenities and lots of pools to keep children occupied. Private hotel beach which is well stocked with cushioned sun beds and huts. Staff are all polite and helpful. I will hopefully come back in the future. Can't seem to get enough of this place.Thanks for a beautiful holiday...

I’m not satisfied with my stay at all. Sea and scenery is beautiful, but that is all. They have great facilities but very inadequate service.Food was plentiful, many options but unsatisfactory and tasteless. I had massage, which was very good, but massage room was very cold. We stayed for 3 nights, we couldn’t sleep 2 of our stay. One night very bad live music disrupted our sleep, other night at 2 am people started music at hotel common areas and management did not stop it. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay. No changing rooms at the beach. No power stations nearby.

We have had a great time here and the staff are amazing. The food is good and nothing wrong with the measurements of the alcohol. The entertainment staff are brilliant and always willing to try things to make your stay rememberable. We would also like to thank Mario and Bella from the entertainment team who made our holiday a lot more memorable. The October Beer Festival was absolutely amazing.

We were there 3 weeks ago. The hotel is great. Huge selection of food. The food was delicious. Surely everyone will choose. There were more than enough attractions for children. The rooms are clean and nice. I also have nothing to complain about the service. It can be seen that the staff takes care of the hotel surroundings. Every day, a lot of people work both outside and inside to make it look the way it does. Small minus is that the sea is not completely clean. It was our first vacation as a family, so we were satisfied. Thank you and we wish you all the best from Slovakia 🙂

This would have been a 4/5 score but one main factor ruined the so far 3 days we have and currently are holidaying at this resort... The constant bombardment of deep base music from one pool, it's like some teenage pubescent boy has parked his clio outside your house with his drum and base music on full blast!We lasted a few days in the original 2 bed garden swim up but couldn't relax by the swim up pool due to the loud music, the hotel moved us further from this area after Friday evening when the music stopped at midnight, I'm now sitting by the pool at our new location and the music is still loud but the base isn't making my butt quiver but it's still hardly relaxing (also annoying as its very loud on the beach).Lovely staff & grounds with beautiful sunsets on the beach all ruined by the ludicrously loud music with deep base.This may be some people's idea of fun but unfortunately I want to relax and recharge on holiday and won't be recommending or returning to this hotel.

The beach in front of the hotel is sandy but dirty, around the hotel territories there are pales of rubbish gathered. Family rooms are large, hygiene could be better. It took 5 days of our stay for the housekeepers to start putting the right number of towels for the whole family.In the lobby toilets are very worn, I got locked with my kid twice - first time it took them around 5 minutes to open but the second one I had to wait around 30 minutes to find a technician who could help. Management did nothing - manager on shift just told me he will check personally what happens with the toilets' doors andThe personnel are young and inexperienced, some of them don't speak English which is quite disappointing for the guests.Food was fresh and delicious but it ends too quickly and they do not refill immediately but wait for the last minutes of the lunch or dinner to say there is still food available.Water in the aquapark could be cleaner, my kids had infection after playing in it, some of the other guests also shared they had problems.

Very nice hotel for a family vacation.Food: fresh, but repetitive. It is not worth it to go to the special restaurants (Turkish) because the food served there was basically the same as in the main restaurant... and cold.Drinks were a nice surprise, as they were many to choose from the menu.Ice cream are served by the pools and are amazing!Pools: many pools, water slides and also a silent pool for people over 16.Rooms: very clean, modern rooms with stunning view on the sea.Location: very poor location. It takes 2-3 hour drive to the airport.Beach: I have never seen anything like this. The sand is shimmering like glitter! Very stunning.
