I recently stayed at Oz Side Premium, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the common areas, including the lobby and dining room, was not working. This made it incredibly uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. Moreover, the staff's lack of proficiency in any international language made communication extremely difficult. To add to the frustration, the waiters and bartenders were impolite and often ignored me. Their unfriendly demeanor and lack of smiles made the atmosphere quite unwelcoming.Overall, my stay at Oz Side Premium was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
We had a beautiful family experience, fun for kids and us. Service very friendly, the lady manager was so welcoming and helpful. It was my birthday and we could have a special dinner by the sea with cake and candles organised by the staff. The sea very close and the hotel very clean. Also regarding the entertainment they were the best of the area around. Thank you
The room was nice, the service courteous and polite. There are few sunbeds by the pool and no green space at all. Food is delicious and you can eat and drink all day. The cocktails are delicious, the room is nice and equipped with everything. The beach is well kept and all in all a very nice place to relax!
We stayed in this resort for 1 week in march-24.My recent experience at Restaurant left me utterly dismayed and deeply disturbed. It became evident that the staff at the restaurant practiced blatant racism, treating white patrons with favoritism while displaying a disdainful attitude towards brown individuals, myself included.Throughout my stay, it was painfully apparent that the level of service I received was markedly inferior compared to that provided to white customers. Not only were we neglected and left waiting for extended periods without any attention, but the contrast in treatment between white and brown patrons was stark and unacceptable. The staff's bias was further exacerbated by their overt prioritization of white customers, evident in the swift cleaning and attentive service provided to their tables while brown customers were ignored and left to fend for themselves.Such behavior not only tarnished my dining experience but also served as a reminder of the deeply ingrained racism that continues to persist in society. It is utterly deplorable and wholly unacceptable for any establishment to perpetuate such discrimination.
We stayed from 9-march-24 to 16-March, rooms are 6104,6105.Unfortunately, our experience with the staff (especially in restaurants , serving and cleaning staff ) was extremely disappointing. We encountered rude and discriminatory behavior from some members of the staff, which greatly detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay. It's unacceptable to be treated with disrespect and discrimination in any establishment. While the facilities were acceptable, the negative behavior exhibited by the staff significantly tarnished our experience at the resort. We would not recommend this resort to others due to the unacceptable treatment we received.Additionally, it's crucial to provide specific examples of the discriminatory behavior you experienced to help future guests make informed decisions. If possible, you may also want to consider reporting such behavior to relevant authorities or management.
Ignore the bad reviews, this place offers extremely good value especially in Feb/Mar as the vast majority of hotels in area are closed for renovations. Credit to the management for accommodating and catering for what seemed like a good capacity of guests in winter.Food was exceptional with absolute masses of choice at every meal to suit all requirements, all cooked and prepared to very high standard.Staff where all exceptional and very very friendlyrooms and amenities are all excellent, sauna and spa included in price , plenty of sunbeds round pool, and plenty of seating in bar/lobby area, which is also excellent and offers a vast majority of choices.Minor maintenance going on during our stay, which is to be expected this time of year, but none of it interrupted any part of our stay, and yes, certain parts of the complex where closed during our stay, but this is to expected during winter.Minor issues where wifi, which was adequate for basic needs but wasn't strong enough to connect to my firestick in room, which meant no UK TV options, not a problem as the hotel offers so much even on bad weather days, to the point we had limited time to enjoy the full facilities on offer as we were kept busy with all the other options.cleaning could be slightly improved around the room area, basically the balcony and windows, but again , its off season and I expect staff were busy conducting other tasks and minor maintenance. Not 5*, but may be in high season, and could easily make the grade with very minor improvements, but still a very high end 4* and an excellent choice for a very enjoyable winter tripLoved it and will look to return and fully recomend. Also weather was excellent during our stay >02.03.24
Stayed here in February. The hotel is very impressive with the great facilities provided. During the non seasonal months, though, the extra facilities aren't available like the pool restaurant or the beach cafe, but it is expected as the guest count is low and the amazing deal we got.Food was more or less available for most of the day. There is always something available to eat. With some things that are different every day. Was very satisfied with the buffet. We learned late that you can ask the waiters to fetch you pop like Pepsi 7 up until the last few days during the buffet, so don't be shy and ask.The hotel provides a patisserie in the afternoon with hot drinks and cakes, which we also found out late. Cafe is also available for freshly ground coffee and lattes instead of the machine stuff.Rooms were very nice, but lack of English channels didn't help you get BBC news, though. Recommended to take a firestick or something similar. We had a double bed in one room and two singles on the other.Barber in house was really skilful and we all got haircuts inside the hotel. He took his time and gave us all great haircuts. It's probably cheaper outside, but I'm willing to pay the little extra to know someone will do it right. The market inside was great as I was able to get cigarettes and E cig cheaper or same price as outside markets.Markets are available on the local streets and noticed the day markets in the city and not much cheaper than the markets on the main streets near the hotel. Ask for a bargain, and you will get it. barter, and you will get cheaper. Full of good and bad fakes, but I didn't get much as I needed to sort my own body shape out. maybe with luck next time I go turkey I will have a better body shape to suit some nice clothes. The best thing about the outside of the hotel is that there is a bus station right outside the hotel on the right of the exit of the hotel. That bus will take you to all the main places like Side and Manavgat. Manavgat has some cheap and quality food that is eaten by the locals. Everenski bus number 3. Find that, and it will take you right outside the hotel. We took two excursions one was the Jeep Safari and the other to land of legends. Jeep Safari was amazing and worth every penny. we paid $25 each for 4. Food is included but not drinks and snacks. Land of legends we only had a 2 hour stay and was not long enough. Land of legends needs a full day to enjoy. We got there late at 8 so didn't have much time for shopping. The theme park closes at 5, so it is probably worth getting a taxi there and back so you can enjoy the full day and facilities and the theme park. We got charged $80 for 4, but the bus did wait for outside, so it was expensive but reasonable.Overall enjoyed my stay in Manavgat OZ hotels Side Premium.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Hygiene standards were lacking, with a cat playing near the food, no clear allergen labels, and rude staff. The cleaner entered my room without knocking, and the staff showed little concern when I brought it to their attention. Additionally, using the spa was far from relaxing due to loud construction noises from the adjacent room. Overall, not a pleasant stay, and improvements are needed for a more enjoyable guest experience.
I want to give an honest review that's helpful to others in making an informed decision about whether or not they should stay here. The reason we gave 2* is because of the cockroaches, poor quality food/drinks and leaky/mouldy bathroom. The majority of staff at the hotel were friendly and happy to help, no issues with the service, the team were nice. The hotel has a free kids club for 4years and older, toys, arts and crafts, Lego, playroom and play area outside. Good size pool area and fun slides.Hotel entertainment every evening from 8.30/9pm. Belly dancing, acrobatics, dancing, music night... All very enjoyable.Overall, I personally would not stay here again. I'd recommend reading the reviews carefully if you are thinking of staying at this hotel, lots of reviews either giving 5* or really slagging it off so it's really hard to know what to expect. I wish I'd taken more time to read more of the more balanced reviews carefully but it's a lesson learned for my future holidays.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oz Hotels Side Premium for a week, and I must say it was an incredible experience. We opted for the ultra all-inclusive package, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. One of the standout features of this hotel was the nightly entertainment. Each evening, the hotel staff went above and beyond to animate the place with a variety of activities and live music. It was truly a treat to witness the dance shows and enjoy specific cuisines from different countries. The entertainment team did an excellent job of keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging throughout our stay. Moreover, the presence of an entertainment team added an extra layer of excitement to our vacation. We had the opportunity to participate in morning sports activities with the team, including engaging in water polo and enjoying a spuma party. Additionally, there were plenty of options for indoor activities such as ping pong and darts, ensuring that there was never a dull moment.Another thing to mention is the beach. The sand was deep and soft, making it a delight to walk on and relax by the shore. There is a bar on the beach so you can drink and eat right there.Unfortunately in the pack of ultra all inclusive we had only local drinks and it wasn’t very satisfying for me. The beer was good, but the rest of the cocktails wasn’t touching my heartOverall, Oz Hotels Side Premium exceeded my expectations in terms of entertainment and guest experience. The hotel staff's dedication to creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great and relaxing vacation experience.
We booked this hotel mainly because we thought we were getting an amazing deal in a 5* hotel…Suffice to say this is not a 5* hotel, but it isn’t a bad hotel either. We had quite a good time but our experience wasn’t as good as it could’ve been because we came with high expectations, especially around the food and drinks (all inclusive) but were fairly dissatisfied. The food seems to be aimed more at Eastern European guests, who made up most of the guests when we were there, but there is also one or two meals which were tasty, we just weren’t spoiled for choice. They also have several ‘A La Carte’ restaurants for guests who stay 10 days or more; we went to the Italian one and it was fairly bad. There is also an Asian one which has the least authentic dishes and some which are completely made up like ‘Chinese pie’ ? The cocktails are very poor quality, as are the wine and the beer. The big positives are the facilities are good, the swimming pool is huge, they have a decent spa where you only have to pay for massages but can get the indoor pool, sauna, steam pool included in your stay. You’re never that far from a bar or restaurant (within the premises) and there is an army of staff, most of whom speak passable English and are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is also very close to the beach and has a beach bar and restaurant, although we only discovered this on our penultimate day!!All in all, I have rated this 3 stars because we were expecting a 5 star experience; if the hotel would re-rate itself as a 3* or 4* hotel, we would have had a better time. However all of the hotels in the stretch rate themselves 5* so beware of them all and read the reviews very carefully.
