Definitely not one of the best hotels in Turkey. No one speaks English, only Russian and Turkish, which is completely not OK. The animation was OK, but it was very difficult to understand what the program is and where exactly. We bought Ultra all-inclusive, but actually, there were only Turkish drinks. We found grants whiskey in only one bar and only on request. The WiFi is poor quality as well. The complex is big with 3 buildings from different price ranges, but everyone could use the amenities, and that's why you can hardly find a free sunbed around pools and on the beach at normal time. The beach is good but very overcrowded. The cleaning was very good, the food was good and our kids enjoyed the aquapark. The show programs were OK. Overall, I think you should not visit Lonicera hotels.

There are 3 Lonicera hotels in the same premises and the Resort and Spa is not close to the beach. We have booked our vacation in October but still we were positioned far from eachother and not facing the sea. We could see only the parking. No one speaks English in this hotel, only Russian and Turkish. Most of the guests are Russians, so maybe that's why. When we arrived, no one explained us anything, neither we were given directions. Even the receptionists didn't speak English and couldn't explain us where we can go and take something to eat. Just presented us a list of their bars with the opening times and that was it. No one explained us anything about activities. The service was really poor and I wouldn't expect that from a hotel in Turkey - I am really disappointed and will not go back for sure. The beach is tiny and overcrowded with people. You have to go in 5-6 am to reserve a spot with a towel. The sunbeds were literally next to eachother. No breathing space.On the positive side, everything was very clean, the housekeeping was excellent. And the food was great.In summary, I will not recommend this hotel. The good food and housekeeping cannot compensate the bad service.

I stayed at Lonicera Resort June 14th, the rooms are pretty clean, sheets and towels are changed every day, we received a baby bassinet which is nice. They didn’t give us shampoo which should be in any hotel, a big minus for that. Good and tasty food, lots of traditional Turkish food, but still you can find something to eat. 3 snack bars and lots of kids food.A very big con is that ice cream bar and kids bar near the water park is closed at 4 pm, but the water park is closing at 6pm.Between 4 and 6 pm kids don’t have fruits, ice cream or any juice to enjoy.We had a lot of fun at water park.Sandy beach and warm water in June.The sun beds are a little worn out and the beach is very crowded usually.Overall a family and kids friendly hotel where everyone has something to do!

If you are not from Russia, stay away from this hotel at all cost.95% of the guests are Russians (working class). The hotel personnel doesn’t speak English. I travelled all over the world and I never encountered something like this. Every one speaks only Russian or Turkish.The hotel is very crowded and the beach is extremely small. You cannot find a sunbed after 8 o’clock in the morning. Also the restaurant is very crowded and the food is low quality and repetitive. They concentrate a lot on quantity rather than quality and there are long cues. Even though we booked ultra all inclusive the drinks were a joke (no international drinks, just cheap sugary, and chemicals liquids). The desserts were the nastiest I ever ate: Some sugary paste every day. Do not be fooled by the good reviews-all the Russians leave good reviews because they feel at home. If all the reviews were posted by non-Russian people, then instead of 4.5 rating Lonicera wold have 2 stars at most. The level of food and drinks is comparable to a 3 star hotel in Bulgaria at all inclusive. I am sure that Russians get better deals for this hotel. We paid 1.500 eur for 7 days ultra all inclusive and now I feel I was ripped off.The only positive thing I could say is that the rooms were clean, and the cleaning ladies were present every day.

Great place for families. Beautiful clean rooms, high standard and helpful service. A lot of facilities for kids and adults. Good food 24/7. We spend amazing time.

It was a fabulous resort. Nice amenities that caretaker for kids and adults. The kid clubs was a new addition we learnt(1 year ago), but it is the best idea ever. Kids club staff were absolutely fantastic(Meme/Mamorn and the rest). They were just great. Kids and adult entertainment were also good. Maintenance/cleaning staff were also great. The place was spotless throughout our stay. Weldone Lonicera. Only down side which isn't negative is that no one spoke English at all. The place was saturated with East europeans, mainly Russian spoken but we still enjoyed our holiday. Won't forget to mention a great guy in the restaurant called Hakan. His customer service was impeccable.(5stars Hakan).

Be careful because my sister had her jewels stolen in her room in this hotel.No one in the hotel helped her to get her jewels back and one answers her resquest.We do not recommend this hotel as it’s not a safe place.

we need to contact the manager of the Lonicera hotel. my friend had many valuable items stolen from his room. and when she wanted to get them back the staff said they had thrown them away because she had forgotten them in her room. It is not possible to throw a jewelry box with jewelry and so many valuable objects into a trash can. you have to be honest and return my friend's things

Please I need to speak with the manager of this hotel. Something very serious happened to me. I forgot valuable items in my room. unfortunately, I didn't realize it until the next day when I got home. there were my jewels, one of which belonged to my grandmother, I have been crying since yesterday. reception and guest relations tell me that it is my fault if I should have checked the plastic bag before leaving. because in fact I had simply left some shower gel which I no longer wanted. I left more than 1,500 euros worth of valuables, including my grandmother's jewelry. the staff kept it for themselves they don't want to give them back to me anymore 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Very nice hotel for its price, we expected it to be less great but it exceded our expectations. ANIMATION TEAM is the best guys, so much activities so friendly, loved every part of it

It's a beautiful place but unfortunately the mattresses are springy, which is questionable for a 5 star hotel. There is no dietary food for those who require it. My brother is both lactose intolerant and gluten free, and he is barely able to eat anything because of this. Unfortunately, my brother is not very well because of the lack of food there is for his dietary requirements.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Turkey. The hotel complex is very large and very extensive. Nothing is missing, several restaurants, several swimming pools and many services. The staff is very courteous and very attentive to customer needs.

The Lonicera experience was good, but not the best, because of the redneck russians.They have bad manners.They are everywhere, they think they're the masters of the world, they are rood & they can't behave themselves.The staff is great, you have the best services, except that you are allowing too much to them.They think they can own you, because they pay the right price.I think they're wrong.That's what we observed in those 6 days, we spend in your beautiful Lonicera land.I can only recommend it, but without russians, if it's possible.

Very good place with very good entertainment only one big problem is the language... maybe 80% are Russian people ( without manners) and the employers speak Russian not English. The entertainment it's brilliant, the swimming pool is very good and the sea side is very good. I recommend.... ( special for kids the entertainment is very good).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKINGHoliday stay 4th sept to 13thThis is meant to be a 5star hotel which it certainly isnt.Pros - lobby is certainly a wow factor you have plenty of choice for drinks inside the hotel and out from alcohol to soft drinks, there is plenty of restaurants to eat from, there's certain times for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner, ice cream parlour, patisserie counter, plenty of pools and children's aqua park, shops outside the hotel, spa on sight also a onsight doctors, the mini fridge stocked with bottle water and free safe.Rooms have a fanatic view of pools and sea (well ours did)Con's - the rooms are certainly not upto 4 star standard let alone 5 star finesse, be aware of the tiles in bathroom they are slippery and my children ranging from 1 year to 9 slipped in shower let alone myself I resorted to putting towels down.This hotel is heavily dominated by Russians who cut in, adults jump in pool near children one child was struggling to swim and adult next to the child didn't help just watched till mother called for life guard straight away, basically just plain rude.Majority of the staff don't speak English even though its meant to be 3rd speaking language, give credit where its due they try but just stare at you blank and fetch another member of staff for same reaction just ends up as merry go round (great of you speak Russian or German)The food is shocking its not cooked properly I would swerve omelettes and eggs in general, me my husband, my one year old and my husband auntie all stopped eating properly 4/5 days into the holiday with upset stomachs turns out we got salomemella !!! Had to go to doctors when we came back, the milk isn't milk, its quite clear that majority holiday goers don't have taste palettes when they are serving chips and smiley faces for breakfast with ketchup, food is rubbery I've had better in 3star hotels and never once had upset stomach.We had one lovely cleaner followed by extremely lazy one who whistled us out and didn't change the cot bedding or put towels in the bathroom.This was our first time in turkey and its put us off completely along with 2 hour transport journey to hotel and the experience at the airport.Animation team basically caters for Russians, we so one show which was African style show and that was fantastic the rest is least to be desired.The so called zoo isn't a zoo don't be fooled.There are arcades insight but you are paying a premium price for arcade games not working properly we thought we treat our kids and wished we didn't overpriced.They have photographers on sight that try to push you into having a shoot great if you like that.The spa star are extremely pushing I was badgered constantly very off putting.To get sunbeds round the pool you have to be down 7/8am otherwise you have no chance and even then other holiday makers are trying to take your towels off found this happened with Russians.The beach is 5 min walk and sea is warm and lovely again gets packed you have to be down there 7am.We paid a stupid amount for 7 guests and certainly glad to come home missed the weather that's it.This hotel should be 3star at best, I wished I took photos of the room, also to top it off at certain times you are practically pushing to get into the elevator.

Overall the experience was nice. Only half of the staff speaks English. The food was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel is clean, we had our room cleaned every day.We had beach bars open all day, fast foods, cake shop with ice cream.Plenty of pools- very clean by the way.One thing that I didn’t like, was the massive number or Russians in the resort, as they are not very mannered, as we also had some disagreements with them. They don’t bother to sit in the queue at lunch or dinner; one day a family just came and placed their stuff on our sunbed at the beach and since they were not speaking English, it was hard to communicate with them and they became somehow aggressive; in another day at the pool, we were minding the kids and placed our stuff and slippers on the sunbed and near, and a Russian guy just came and threw away our stuff. Since we were on a vacation, with family and kids, the last thing that you want is someone to mess up your vibe.Overall I recommend.

First time at Lonicera and here I will describe my experience at this Resort!This is nowhere near the 5 star hotel they make you think it is.• There is no working internet ...but you pay for it .• Expect at least 10 minutes delay time if you use elevators !• The food is almost the same all day but in diferent "configurations " and with almost no taste but the presentation is top notch 👌!• If you want to rest or have a quiet /relaxation moment that's is hard to find .• Cracks in the walls , low pressure showers, broken lights (fixed by staff on the first night ) .• The drinks are a joke , you can clearly see they are in massive economic mode !- The pool side and sea are beautiful .Never coming back!

Everything is so overcrowded. Getting warm food and finding a good table is impossible. A lot of the time I felt like I was fighting for my food and a place to sit. Yes, the aquapark is nice, but as I said, it’s EXTREMELY overcrowded. The lifeguards are grumpy and sometimes they’re not even there. The room cleaning service is so random and you never know when to expect it. The whole resort is HUGE, It’s both a good and a bad thing. You can really get lost and have a hard time finding things, especially food. The “all inclusive” thing is also a joke. I had to pay for pretty much everything. Sleeping is IMPOSSIBLE. The music is very loud and it goes on til about 2-3 am.
