Fantastic. Everything has been great. Room location on second floor easily accessible. Service is second to none. Turkish hospitality at his finest. Beray was extremely helpful at guest relation. We had a problem with booking the restaurant. Spoke to him afterwards and he sorted it immediately. Great place. Great staff. Great country.

I liked the hotel! The presence of peacocks was unexpected for me. The food is quite tasty and varied. Cool activities were especially appreciated by sports events yoga and zumba😍 incendiary girls animators!!! Amazing location to the beach. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and well furnished.

Amazing hotel with some flaws.The hotel is beautiful and clearly a lot of attention has been paid to every small corner of the hotel. The maintenance is top notch both inside and outside. The food was great and a very diverse range of food was available so that even picky eaters wouldn’t have an issue. The service was overall alright however this has nothing to do with the people. But a lack of management because they were clearly understaffed. The servers at the main restaurant and the bartenders cannot keep up and need extra help.The animation team was in my opinion the big flaw. For children (mini club) it was amazing and they deserve all the praise they can get. However the main animation team was mediocre at best. They did not always interact with people to convince them to join with the activities. They were not really aware of things going on at the hotel. But they were very friendly. However the main animator (the person who always speaks with the microphone) gave a weird creepy feeling. It felt like he was watching the other employees constantly in an annoying way. The animators clearly had a time limit on how long an activity would take and were forced to cut it short sometimes.Management needs to get a grip on this hotel because the potential is SO MUCH higher. It’s a gorgeous place with a gorgeous beach.

Had the most amazing holiday with my son. The rooms were spacious and clean, the facilties are excellent with great entertainment options at evening too. Swimming pools were all clean and plenty heated options. Food was amazing, plenty variety and the kebabs available around the pool side areas were next level. Beach is really nice and the water park was class. Aircon wasn't on but was off season for that and sometimes the restaurant got very busy on the evenings. Still excellent holiday, will definitely be going next year!

We spent two weeks here, which, unfortunately, flew by very quickly.To describe all the advantages, it would run out of characters in the description, so using stars it should be given at least 10. Everything here is wonderful. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. Attractions provided by animators it is impossible to assess their commitment and attitude to vacationers. No one, but no one will be bored here. Attractions for both young children and adults. Animations from the morning hours until late evening.Now about what shocked me the most, namely the food. It is simply out of this world. I think the chef, but also all her staff are wizards who conjure up poetry for every palate every day. The food is simply exquisite, fabulous, wonderful, delicious .... simply a cosmos for everyone. All this, combined with the restaurant service, is the quintessence of a successful vacation.The hotel has more than a dozen pools, each of which is different, the one with salt water, which I personally liked very much and for that I have great respect, the one with slides, heated, for children, for instagram pictures, outside, inside, I didn't even manage to go around all of them. The perfect hotel !!!!And finally a little privat.... I wanted to thank everyone who helped organize a birthday surprise for my wife. Despite the fact that I asked for it a few hours before, everything managed to be organized. I'm sorry I don't remember all the names, but those who helped me certainly know who I mean 🙂 I'm sorry.I'll start from the beginning because I remember it, thank you to Ms. Jasmine from the hotel guest service, because it started with her. Thank you to her supervisor, whom she asked and gave permission. Thank you to Mr. waiter, who helped me and poprpwadz where to go next, and then did a brilliant job, with the rest not only on that day, but every day. Thank you, I guess, to the restaurant manager who agreed to prepare a surprise on such short notice. Thank you to the pastry chef for making the cake so quickly. And last but not least, thank you to everyone I didn't recognize but helped me make the surprise. The hotel is literally magnificent. You should definitely go as a couple. Every opportunity is possible, you have so many options, hotel, amusement park, football, activities, festivals every day, a perfect experience

The hotel is great . Staff is wonderful and very helpful. My child can’t eat gluten and they prepare for her individually food. A lot of pools, great shows. It was amazing holiday.

It was better than my expectations the rooms were clean but the pools are dirty.Yet the service was very good! Like the cocktails were really good and tasty. But the location isn’t the best like it has really poor environment. And entertainment was not the best it had like mini disco but after the mini disco ends you have to wait 30 minutes while some people give out shirts that they made at kids club. So it was a great experience and you should check it out. 100% recommended!

When we arrived we weren’t told the A/C for the whole hotel was broken and that it would take a week to be repaired. This was extremely uncomfortable when it 30°C in the bedroom and you have 1 year old that can’t sleep due to the heat. We weren’t offered any solutions or even fan for the room. The food was hit and miss but the service for dinner was great. Location was also good.

Wonderful resort, spacious enough for a family of two plus two, enough to do there—there's no need to leave the resort when everything you need is right there. Excellent meals, multilingual personnel, heated swimming pools, and polite service. Considering the circumstances in Turkey, this hotel is remarkably well-maintained!We will most certainly return for several vacations at wonderful hotel, which I heartily recommend!

The Long Beach is a very good place to enjoy your All-In holiday. It has almost everything what you need for a family vacation. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, then you should definitly look for other holiday options than a turkish all-in hotel such as Long Beach.Room:We had a two level family suite in the main building at first and than moved to a garden chalet, which I we prefered. Both rooms were big, clean and good equiped.Pools:Even in late march three pools at the waterslides and the indoor pool have been heated up to 25-28 degrees. This is a big plus for this season.Restaurant / Food:In the pre-season only the main restaurant was opened. It is decorated very nicly, but of course very crowded. I can suggest to sit outside if the weather is good enough.The food was good and the variety excellent. For a All-In hotel it was very good. So sorry that most guest are only eating burgers and fries.The drinks at the bars are okay. Cocktails are sweet, but drinkable. Beer was Tuborg.Service:The service people have been friendly most of the time. At some bars the service was excellent. At the restaurant outside area we had a great waiter. We had some small room problems, which have been fixed very fast (10-15min). Onyl the A/C did not cool in this season, but could only heat the room.Improvements:What really was a pain was the noise. The hotel is directly at the main highway, which is very noisy at day and night. The doors and windows are so bad, that it makes no difference if they are opened or closed. Moreover, the disco and parties are very loud. Therefore, again I can suggest to book a garden chalet, as they are located behind the main building.The restaurants have no not-smoking areas, which is very bad if you are a no-smoker.The luggage room is not secure. Everyone can enter the room and take whatever needed. The hotel should take charge of this problem.The receptionist are badly talking english and have a real communication problem. Two time as we had some questions, they had a long internal discussion and were loudly arguing with their colleagues. Not good in front of the customer.At all Long Beach is a very good hotel with a great possiblity to enjoy your holiday for a good price. Some points could be improved. For us at all 4,5 points and a good recommondation for families.

Spotlessly clean hotel on beach with lots to do for kids.No shortage of food.My one dispointing experience was spa treatment. My partner and I booked in hoping for some relaxation, but the two therapists chatted at laughter in their own language while give us treatment.Which made us both feel uncomfortable. So wasn't the relaxing massage we had hopefully for. We had been looking forward to it.We would have booked in for another massage had we not felt so uncomfortable.October fest was amazing staff where great fun the food and drink was fab.Excellent slides for all ages.The foam party was fun too.

Front desk staff unfriendly. everything they say doesn't make sense the next day. we were told that you could stay until 5pm for an additional fee. When we asked the next day, it was not possible. it is early November. few tourists and according to them not a single room was available in this large hotel, while the day before it was possible with another friendly young lady. They did this on purpose, the guy walked away too. would recommend you all to take the hotel next door to Eftalia Ocean. bigger, nicer and most importantly, they have staff there who want to think along with you, who want to help you there and are much friendlier than Long Beach. They don't know friendliness here! never here againAlso forgot to mention that the airco in the room makes you sick, is dusty as hell from the inside never cleaned. be careful with the food in the hotel, you get diarrhea from many foods and often from the chicken.Are you looking for a hotel with unfriendly, grumpy staff who have no service where you want to make friends with the toilet or get sick? then I definitely recommend this hotel to you

It feels as though they are always on their feet, ensuring guests are well looked after.During our visit, the onset of the German school holidays led to a surge in occupancy. Like many reviews have noted, the hotel seems to be particularly popular among Russian and German guests. While this may be a point of concern for some English travellers, it shouldn't deter you. During our stay, we had the pleasure of befriending a wonderful German family. Despite the initial language barrier, our children resourcefully used Google Translate to communicate, leading to delightful exchanges and cultural experiences. So, if you're an English guest, embrace the diversity and you might just leave with lifelong friends!There is lots of pools to choose from catering to all age groups and skill levels. Children, in particular, will find the waterslides a thrilling experience. Making this ideal for a family holiday. Several pools were heated, a welcome bonus for travelling in mid-October. The unheated ones appeared to use sea water; my child mentioned it was really salty and it irritated her skin and eyes, so we stuck with the heated options.The array of food options was truly impressive. Every mealtime presented us with an abundance of delicious choices, ensuring variety throughout our days. However, if you're staying for more than a week, you might notice some repetition in the menu. My tip would be to explore the different dining locations for lunch, as we discovered unique offerings at each venue. During our stay, we dined at one à la carte option, the Fish Restaurant, which charged €3 per adult while children ate for free. I must admit, the highlight of the meal was the breathtaking view. However, guests were allowed to smoke, and the odour of ashtray tainted our experience. Service also felt very rushed; the staff hurriedly served each course, regardless of whether we had finished the previous dish or not. It was disappointing, given that the food was genuinely nice. Choose your 1st choice carefully: after your first à la carte visit, subsequent ones will cost €20 per adult and €10 per child!!! Which might put you off going again.We took the opportunity to explore Alanya on a day trip. Conveniently, just to the left of the Harmony Hotel entrance, there's a bus stop. To catch the bus to Alanya, simply use the underground tunnel to safely cross to the opposite side of the road. The fare is a reasonable 30 lira per person. While the service runs at least every hour, we were pleasantly surprised to find buses as frequently as every 10 minutes. When heading back, just mention 'Long Beach' to the driver and he'll promptly know the exact stop you're after. A seamless experience overall!Reasons why we wouldn't return:Opting for the Superior Sea View Room, we found the evening entertainment's volume disturbingly high, affecting our sleep significantly.The promise of an 'Ultra-all Inclusive' stay felt a tad overstated, with several additional costs popping up all around the resort. €7 for a coconut, I mean, really???While the free-roaming peacocks added a unique touch, their droppings became an unsightly and slippery hazard. We found there mess everywhere including on the side of a water slide.I was rather disappointed to find only Tuborg on tap at the Long Beach Resort & Spa's bar. As someone who likes to indulge in local experiences, I was looking forward to enjoying the Turkish beer, Efes. Upon inquiring, a barman mentioned that they cater mainly to their largest clientele, the Russians, who have a preference for Tuborg. It's an okay beer, but certainly not my first choice. Lovely huge hotel, been here a week and still prob not seen it all. So much to do esp for kids. Rooms are clean and comfy, staff on the bars seem a bit slow with big ques happe kng at night time. Food does get a but repetitive but we've never gone hungry. Overrall a really nice hotel would return.

Visited the hotel as a family last week. On pictures looks super nice, but in real it is quite disappointing. our room was in horrible stage, doors falling apart, floor in certain places cracked, and missing spots. The cleaning persons were super nice. Food is a way too much but feels like the reuse it from previous days. Worst in the whole trip was is our family got sick, kid ended up in hospital, doctors told, from the pool water we got a bacterial infection, causing inflammation in the intestines. Very unfortunate experience.
