I booked this hotel for three nights - the first evening we didn’t have electricity, water and (obviously) wifi. The room smelled like like sewage, the bathroom was filthy and there was hair balls on the balcony from the previous guest (I guess). The breakfast was below mid, and I hence decided to not continue my stay. I asked if I could get a refund, and the owner (Levin) agreed. After not receiving a bank transfer of my refund - I decided to go back and ask. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me that we’re not receiving a refund.I of course get upset cause if I’m not receiving a refund, then I want the keys back so that they cannot rent it out to someone else cause why should they be able to receive another payment for a room I’ve already paid for? The owner says no - I’m not going to receive the keys nor the refund.A staff member thereafter calls me rude and SPITS on my mum and raises her arm as if she about to hit my mother.I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. We’ve now had to make a police report regarding this incident.I would firstly not stay at the hotel due to the unhygienic state of it but secondly because the hostile staff members and the scam-like lies that was made.EDIT (RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE):The lack of the responsibility and the continuous lies will only be hurtful to your own business.. it’s saddening that a man at your age behaves like this - but regardless, this is not to respond to you but to warn future customers so that they don’t have to endure what I have endured.Hopefully you can manage your hostile and violent staff member and take the feedback you’ve received from a customer to improve.Ps. It’s very clear that you have paid for the 5 star reviews you’ve received - if you are someone who is considering booking at this hotel, rather read the 1-2 star reviews which more accurately reflects this hotel.

We spent 2 days here with our 5 years old daughter. Sea is cold but the pools are really nice both for adults and also for the children. Accept alcohol, all the extras are reasonably priced. We thank all the staff. We enjoyed a lot and will spend more time if we can come again.

Amazing place to stay and amazing food also amazing location. The location is near the ocean and next to restaurant and more.Go and try the hotel!!!

I am highly recommending this hotel for stay. It is extremely good value for money for the services it offers. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They go beyond their duty. For example, at breakfast when there are not that many people (at the begging of breakfast time) they bring to your table coffee/tea or even your plate with food that you took from the buffet. Language wise it is extremely good for Turkish standard, as majority of the staff speaks and understand English. One of the waiters also spoke Greek. The owner/manager also speaks German. He is there everyday so if needed he is more than happy to help. We had room on the 5th floor end even though we booked room with view to the pool we also saw the sea so it was fantastic. The room was very clean and we even got free drinking water at the arrival. As I am quite ecologically oriented person, I liked the hotel policy of changing the towels every second day. The only thing that I took as a small minus was the warm water at bathroom, as during morning and evening when people were taking showers the water stopped running for few seconds or was flickering. The hotel is very family oriented but it is also good for just adults. For kids they have children playground and kids pools with water slides. The pool for adults is cleaned with a robot everyday, which is great. The water at the pool is filltered and chemically treated, which is OK. In terms of food the hotel provides food throughout the whole day. Breakfast and dinners are served in buffet style. During the day the hotel has a snack bar by the pool that offers various types of food such as burger, pizza, french fries etc. and drinks. They take your order and room number and you pay your consumption at the end. The hotel also offers alcohol and long drinks, which is also not guaranteed at every hotel in Turkey. We had rental car so we did not require airport transfer but I know that the hotel offer the airport transfer. Parking wise, it is for free on the street at the front of the hotel just need to find a spot (it was not problem to find one). The hotel also offers 24 Hour reception. The hotel is not directly at the beach but it is around 5 min walk. The umbrellas and sun beds are at the beach for free. We actually stayed by the pool the whole day and just went few times during the day to have a swim to the sea. It was pretty comfortable to stay at the hotel by the pool and just went for swim to the sea. It was Ok to walk on the street just in swimming suit. I definitely recommend this hotel for stay, we had great time and it was great place to relax.

3 weeks ago I returned from a stay at the Hotel Billurcu and had a great experience. it was prior to the main travel season but the hotel was fully staffed and ready to g. the beach was well maintained and staffed with an employee that brought out lounge chairs as soon as we arrived and asked us if we needed anything. the pool and lobby area we clean and welcoming. The owner was very welcoming and informed us of the local sites and activities, he could arrange through the hotel such as tours to the historical sites, boating, diving and fishing tours. The hotel was able to accommodate our request of money exchange. They offered different size rooms ( single, doubles and apartments with kitchenettes) All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. WE had a great time and hope to return soon.

Lovely pool, especially for children. Terrible food service in the pool bar, you have to choose what you want and only then will they tell you if they have it or not, a stupid guessing game - and no chicken and chips! Huh??!!Apartments are great, lots of space, but AC in both bedrooms would have been nice.Overall great value for money.
