Disappointed as I was when we first arrived at this hotel, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I'd like to point out all the disadvantages real quick:No Wi-fi(that was one of the worst things as we were not able to contact anybody, also the rooms have smart TVs but why's that when they do not have internet connection... We were lied to whenever we asked about what they called a "problem" with the internet.Dirty rooms(the room was in awful condition, the bathroom was the most disgusting place I've ever seen, I suppose nobody wants to find someone else's hair in the shower cabin.Zero kitchen hygiene(the forks, spoons and even the plates everyone was given were dirty and greasy. A great way to lose your appetite for example.Bad service(We were lied to by the staff and we had a delay with the accommodation - we waited 4 hours for our room.Everything else that I've missed will be pointed out by the other people who got awfully scammed by the false advertisment.

We were transferred to this hotel due to a problem with the hotel we stayed at. This is not a 4-star hotel, it is nothing more than a hostel. There isn't even a kettle in the room. The bathroom is very dirty and old. 1 person fits on the balcony. He can't even provide TV reception or technical service. What about flies! My God. I killed, I'm not exaggerating, 20 flies in the room. You can't sit in the lobby because of flies. I'm glad I brought fly liquid because I read it in the comment. The internet only has some internet connection near the reception and not at all in the lobby 2 steps above. The sea was pitch black, I don't know what that blackness was. You can't even step into the sea. This place is not 4 stars, it can barely get 3. The food is average, it's okay, but other than that, everything is very bad. Never again.

I came with my wife, it was a holiday I had a lot of fun, the food was plentiful and delicious, the rooms were not lacking in cleanliness, my wife and I benefited from the spa services, they took great care of us, especially thanks to the activities constantly organized by the animation team, we had no time to get bored during our holiday, we participated in the events organized for us and We were very pleased, it was a holiday that I can definitely recommend to everyone.

I came with my wife. It was a fun holiday. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were very pleased with the spa service. The food was delicious and very rich in variety. We stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned even once. The sheets were not changed. The rooms are not as big and spacious as in the photo, the soap and shampoo are of poor quality. There is no kettle, tea or coffee in the room, no wifi, they didn't even put slippers in the room, we walked around with shoes in the room, it was a disgrace everywhere, even though it was an all-inclusive package, the spa was paid, the beach was not fine sand, it was dirty and neglected, we were not satisfied at all, we will not come again.

There is no minibar, there is no door to the shower cabin, they gave us a double room, we are two men, the beds are not separate, the furniture is worn out parquet, the swollen sink is cracked, there is no tea, coffee set and TV, there is not even any soap, there was only furniture in the room, there is no jacuzzi, spa, Turkish bath, wifi, sauna, and also pools as seen in the photo. It is not big, the walls are very thin, there is a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms.

There is no kettle, TV, soap, shower gel or minibar in the rooms.You have to go half an hour before to eat and reserve a place and take a queue. If you can't make it, you go hungry. Sometimes it's not even enough for the people in the queue. The pool and slides are not as big as in the picture. The furniture and parquet floors in the room are very worn. There is no shower cabin door. Turkish bath and spa were closed during our stay. We did not like it.

Even though it says all inclusive in the brochure offered to us, it is not. There is no mini bar, tea and coffee set, wi-fi, television, shampoo or soap in the sinks, nothing in the rooms, some of the rooms have either a broken toilet door or no shower cabin door. The floors are dirty, the beach is dirty, there is no beach restaurant, there is no spa or foamy jacuzzi, there is no Turkish bath, even though we were two men, we were given a double room instead of a room with separate beds. Also, the pools are not as big as they appear in the photos.

It's very nice, the animations were great, the food is hot, there are 3 bars, you can drink as much coke and coffee as you want, no one looks at you negatively, it's very nice in terms of price and performance.
