This is by far the worst hotel that I've stayed in my entire life and I have traveled the world. To give everyone the context: I am traveling with my wife and my child (less than 2 years old)

Here are all of the negatives:
1. The food is bad. Our child has nothing to eat. Their idea of child food is FRIED POTATOES, rice, chicken and sweets. If you want to feed your child just go to literally any restaurant and order anything. It will be better than the food here.
2. The staff is sooo bad. The hotel manager DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!
3. We checked in on Monday. Wednesday our room was never cleaned mainly because they clean the rooms late and our child needs to sleep. Their expectation is that the kid sleeps on the beach in 43 degree Celsius heat. The cleaning service starts around 11 AM. ...
4. This hotel does not serve bananas. This is the only hotel in the world that does not serve bananas...
5. 1st 5 star hotel with natural orange juice sold for 2 euros. You pay a premium for ultra all inclusive and you have to buy natural orange juice. The orange juice that you receive for the money is just plain water with the toxic orange juice flavour.
6. some of the pastry that was not eaten last dinner, is present as "fresh" the next morning.
7. first 5 star hotel I have been around the world where you get bulk wafers for breakfast.
8. The staff is really funny: everyone wants fried eggs and the guy doing that is just sitting around until all eggs are finished. After that it takes around 5 minutes to get a new stock of fried eggs... But hey! It is a 5 star hotel. Also, every morning we ask the waiters for water...
7. The bread is constantly exposed to the eating area environment. It's the same bread across the day, not sure about the week...
8. the alcohol is really bad. The drinks are bad and the bartenders do not know how to make simple cocktails. We encountered one that did not know how to make a simple mojito. The cosmopolitan is basically created by mixing really bad aroma juices + some bad alcohol and served in a whiskey glass.
9. the sweets are decent. The night that was the Italian specialty night they tried serving something a bit more special. It was nothing but sweet bread filled with coffee and some whipped cream on top with some chocolate. I believe it was a reinterpreted tiramisu which has literally no taste ...
10. The snack restaurants have tables with a roof that looks good but provides 0 shade. At 38 degrees Celsius you have nowhere to go to shield yourself from the sun if you want to eat. You need to take the food and go to the beach, pool or in the hotel.
11. The snack food is ... Weird... The burger is just some kind of meat with some burger buns.
12. The hotel bars do not serve frappes, but if you order iced coffee with with cream and chocolate cream on top, they serve it...
13. They know you have a child and the phone rings at 1 pm, during the sleep schedule.
14. Lunch schedule: 12 30 - 14 00. If you have a 2 year old that wakes up at 6 and wants to sleep at 12, you do not get to eat.
14. The staff seems robotic and soulless.
15. When you get here you just feel lost. There is no tourist information, no one cares to explain anything... You just guess.
16. The kitchen is just plain disastrous... You do not understand anything from it. Sometimes the food is outside, sometimes the food is inside. The food is all over the place and the serving area is centered around sweets.
17. The room window has not been cleaned in years. It is just plain old dirty.
18. The noise isolation is a joke. At 4 30 AM you hear the prayer... Good luck sleeping. The traffic noise is horrible as well.

As a general conclusion: this is max a 3 star hotel. The hotel looks nice, but everything around the looks is cheap and with profit in mind. The definition of Turkish hospitality is missing completely from this hotel. It is a disaster.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in turkey the wifi is absolutely appalling the food is repetitive and the people are all stuck up worst experience of turkey ever much nicer and cheaper hotels!Mehmet ali is helpful and should be manager no sea food no prawns stayed in 3 star hotels much better , no English people only 10 out of 500 guests AVOID!!!!!

4 SEASONS TRANSFER …

Barely on our third day here and I must admit it's one of the better resorts on the Turkish Riviera.
Great location, fantastic service with a smile, wonderful and varied food. Room is absolutely great, with a stunning view. The personnel really do their best to make you feel pampered.

Its was very stressful check-in we did and because of a mistake from the travel agency by not adding the second child they gave me a very small room and not safe for the kids with a big easy opening window. The kids pool doesn't have lifeguard not even the big pool.
Spiders in the room with big sizes. The food was nice and service in the restaurant and bars was nice and the cleaning was good. But in general was a very stressful vacation

We are very satisfied with our vacation in this hotel. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't come to exchange 1 family deluxe room for 2 standard ones, and that there is no natural shade, as well as the fact that one night the music of the neighboring hotel "Concord" was too loud that the our baby really couldn't sleep. Also, there is no baby food which is minus for this hotel. They have to think about babies too. The rest, such as cleanliness, room, food and service is top!
