The coffee machine’s break very easily and often. The coffee is bad. The rooms in the houses are very small. The service is very slow. Some people of the staff don’t speak english. For the special restaurants, the sistem works only to four pm and no one tells you when you need to make a reservation. The food in the restaurant is the same most of the time. The tables are dirty most of the time also the toilets. The games in the pool aren’t really different and you can’t use half of the pool while they are running. The pool is also very dirty on the bottom. The entire electricity and water are stopping all of the time. The animation for the kids is very bad. The accommodations is very bad and slow.The spa is one of the only good things in the hotel also the lobby bar.I will never recommend this hotel. Especially for a five star hotel is very VERY BAD. I will never come back again!

Very large hotel; few guests on 1st night & food still plentiful n fresh.Customer relations contact - Kıvanç was really attentive and remembered my name all week. He worked hard to smooth any issues that came up and ensured a better holiday for us.

Had a lovely holiday for 2 weeks with the family. Special mention to the entertainment team and especially the girls Nehir and Gizem in the kids club!The hotel is very modern and the swimming pools were great. A lot more was included than I expected. Only improvement would be some more bar staff in the evenings

I have the opportunity to be part of a very large tourist groupUnfortunately we landed at the airport in Izmir very far away 2 hours with the private transport.And now to start:The reception welcomed us acceptably considering the time we arrived1 Rooms very clean and nice for myfamily 2+ 2 kids 11 years & 5 years2 At the late restaurant you won't find much so it needs to be improved3 Excellent night bar and location4 Food and drink during the day are not excellent but differ from taste to taste, but sweets make you come back from vacationwith 5 kg plus they are indescribably delicious ...5 Very clean pools6 The aqua park makes all the money for the family with children7 Incredible beach sea color maldives 3 after egypt8 The animation was good9 You also have the opportunity to do water sports near the beach10 And to end positively, I recommend you with confidence, but it all depends only on your budget, what you want and how you want....

Great time at the Duja Didim hotel. Entertainment staff were fantastic with plenty of choice like darts, archery, pool games. There are plenty of sun beds and never had to fight for them. Views from the pool are terrific. Good choice of food, plenty of baklava. Yousuf the entertainment assistant manager was great fu.n.

We stayed here 10 night. It was fascinating. We will come back again here. Because everything is wonderful. Foods are so delicious. Room's are perfect. And entertainment amazing. Every night they have different shows. They've so many activities during the day. But especially Yusuf, Berke and Ugur amazing. They did our holiday best. Thank you guys.

Food on the whole is OK. Restaurant is very spacious with plenty of tables. Pool is excellent. A really good size and never too busy. Waiters and animation staff very good and helpful too. The location is perfect being right on the beach. Rooms very clean and spacious with lovely sea views from balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant is big and has many options. There are two Starbucks the pool is big enough the rooms are very good for 3 people the beach is good not busy the animation team is good we liked yoga the waiters are nice the bar men are nice they have good drinks thanks for the vacation deadpool

Lovely hotel, great location.Friendly staff, great service, and good food.A large restaurant and multiple bars plus two Starbucks makes for plenty of choice.Great bay/beach and two piers all within walking distance of the bars and snack bars.Main building rooms have a great sea view and are clean and of a good size.The animation team have been great. I like the service especially to be fast. Who are working in the hotel they are really nice. We liked the animation team, I played dart at 15.00 and volleyball at 16.30. I had fun with karaoke night I sing a lucid dreams - Juice WRLD. THANK You for everything

This was an amazing stay on Duja Didim. Especialy with Mini Club and Ladies leading this club. My son was very happy to stay here as the kids had a lot of fun. He felt safe and entertained which made us relaxed. We can truly recommend this hotel and the animation team.

Excellent experience at the Didim Hotel!We had a great experience at our staying at the hotel. The hotel installations were great as well as the food and drinks (most of all the ones on the hotel Starbucks) provided during the whole stay.Special thanks to the animation crew members Deadpool and Batman. During the whole stay the activities and attention provided by them made the whole experience even more special and worth repeating 🙂

Everything was perfect! Absolutely recommended for people that want to relax and enjoy the good weather! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I want to specially thank Deadpool and Batman for being so nice and making our stay super special.

Had 5 days here as a last minute holiday, very nice hotel and staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and I highly recommend the upgrade to Village Family Suite, definitely worth the extra space!Special thanks to the animation staff especially Ata and Sezen who made our little girl feel so welcome, she had so much fun! Lots of activities to do like aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba and darts during the day then kids entertainment and disco at night. Plenty of food choices and a Starbucks on site! Would recommend !

Restaurant is clean and have lots of of options, workers is kindly. Pool is big and enough. there is 2 starbucks it’s good. We love the entertainments. aqua park is big for kids and parents.

The hotel was really nice, especially we liked animation team. They served a champagne our room because it was my birthday 3 of may. We had a nice holiday, we will recommend to our friends this hotel. It have big garden, clean rooms, delicious foods like pastas, cakes.

Hy just had three lovely days at duja hotel Didim everything spot on and I would like to thank the animation team for entertaining us especially ms sezen all very helpful including waiters.food was very good and also drinks would definitely come again in the not to distract future.

We stayed here for 10 nigths at the beginning of the month, a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The hotel staff were lovely and caring, the rooms cleaned daily, towels changed, the food was great. Evening entertainment was always great, and the kids were always looking forward to it. The waiters were very helpful, especially Zeynep, a very kind and friendly waitress. Special thanks to Özgür, one of the executive chefs... on the evening of our return to London, he made sure that us and the kids had packed sandwiches and fruits to go. Everything was beautiful, thanks to everyone who looked after ourselves very well. Hoping to see you all again soon.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I would give more then 5 stars if I could😁Thanks, guys!❤️

Travel dates: 3rd - 10th August 2023 Bristol to Bodrum. 3.7 starsWeather: 34 degrees. Glorious weather all week.Ok I've seen a lot of reviews on here so I'll cover the main points and skirt over what I heard prior and what we actually experienced.Overall this hotel is very nice. Sutuated within lovely grounds and  on the beach in an isolated area with beautiful scenery. It has well presented modern accommodation. The rooms are either located in one or two bedroom two storey pods situated around the hotel or standard hotel rooms within two of the main buildings.Our accommodation was a 2 bed family suite pod. It was very spacious and modern. Please note that I had seen reviews stating that the accommodation was small and cramped. This was not the case in our experience.  If u are travelling with more than one child then book a family suite. The pics could mislead you on the website but its easy to sort prior. The one room pods are a lot smaller.  Research before you go. If it's just a couple or 1 small child a one bed is fine. I cannot comment on the hotel rooms.The rooms were clean however the cleaner wasn't the best. The rooms were tidied each day. Beds made etc but not cleaned. 2 of 7 days we had to ring for towels twice on both occasions as the cleaner forgot to leave them. Therefore overall a bit of a negative.The weather was very hot ranging from 32 to 34 for the whole week. I have seen reviews a month prior saying it was really windy. There was a slight breeze when we were there. Its 34 degrees at the time of year thats all ill say. The beach is actually a sun trap without any breeze. A rare occurance and usually the reverse.Staff: The staff are generally polite and helpful when asked. A lot do not speak very good English. They also do not go out of their way for you. For example some will get you a drink at dining or take your plate. Some won't. It's a 50/50 really. The animation team are busy but not the busiest I've seen. Overall polite and helpful.Food: I have seen reviews stating that not much is catered for the British. I tend to agree however we must remember we are in another country. The main dining room gets busy and tables are taken quickly. This is probably due to peak season. So you just have to look around and something will come up.Breakfast is average. There is a lot of food but it could be better.Lunch is better with far more selectionDinner is better again with far more selection.The Snack Bar is ok but small for a large hotel. There is an issue with chips, pizza and pasta running out at times which is replaced but quickly gone. For a hotel this size make more and create larger serving spaces as everyone loves the big 3.Pools: Sunlounger madness. Reserve by 8.15 am to get one or they're gone.The pools are lovely, there is a small kids pool and large main pool. There are also several smaller pools located around the footprint. The main pool and smaller pools do not have shallow points they are all one level. 150cm deep in the main pool and 120cm deep in the smaller ones so bare that in mind with little ones. The kids pool is fine at 45cm deep.Are they cleaned regularly? I'll let you be the judge of that. I think the filters do the cleaning. Never saw a pool guy. Life guards are barely present anywhere so bare that in mind.The aqua park is a great feature for all ages. It opens from 10 till 12 and 1400 to 1600. It shuts for 2 hours which cannot be explained and is not necessary and could be open till 1800 in my opinion. One can only assume lunch break between 1200 and 1400 for staff. There is no cleaning taking place so we have to assume this. The same can be said for towel hut that's shuts between 1300 and 1400. I would suggest employing more staff to deal with shift cover if this is the case.Overall this hotel has so much potential. If like me you are well travelled don't expect the 4 star luxury treatment of some larger hotels in Mexico, Cuba or Spain. It is just missing that extra finesse, cleanliness and politeness of staff. We had a nice time

The reception was not very welcoming, no smile or hello, no drinks offered or any introduction or information about the hotel, didn't tell us where anything was, gave us forms to fill in at 2am in morning with 10 guests information when they already had all the information from bookings and from passports. (1 star for the reception)All the other staff are brilliant, lovely location, nice restaurants, clean rooms with lovely views. Staff don't understand much English but that didn't seem to be a problem.

Before my stay at the beginning of June, after reading the reviews, I was very concerned about a quality holiday. I had already been to many places around the world that provided a high standard.However, Duja Didim lived up to my expectations as much as possible! Delicious varied food, fresh vegetables, a variety of meats and side dishes. Tasty drinks, various spirits. Lovely staff on the bar as well as in the restaurants taking care of the standard and satisfaction bringing drinks and fulfilling every request with a smile on their face.Clean in rooms, cleaned daily and in common areas also. Super entertainers especially Alex! Just could use a bit more entertainment in the water; like water polo or volleyball in the water. Animation at night very positive, daytime to be pulled up.The hotel is superbly located, rather in a quiet place further from the city. Beautifully maintained grounds.What I see on the main minus is the level of English by the ladies who are at the reception. It was very difficult to communicate with them on the simplest things. Ladies was friendly, but not in this function, because it was felt that talking in English is a great stress and effort for them. The rest of the staff varied, but most were fairly communicative, however, in Turkey, the level of English is a common problem.Overall, I would highly recommend the place, the crew were so nice that it was hard to leave and say goodbye!

My overall experience in this hotel was quite good. We came together as cousins and our children aged 6-8 and 9 were able to play around freely. They have slides and kids just love going round and round 🙂 They also loved the freedom of having ice cream whenever they wanted! It’s all inclusive. I wasn’t too impressed by the food to be honest. It’s just simple buffet food which I’m not a fan of. Pools are nice and clean. Snack bar serves burgers and stuff but again they’re very simple. Animation area was crazy crowded that’s why we only did it once. That was more than enough lol
