İt’s all a bit dated though. Since one spends most of the time outside that didn’t disturb me much. It’s and all-inclusive hotel with ample restautants and bars. The overall quality of the food was good, as was the variety. The beer was good, the wine undrinkable. What I really disliked were guests who apparently thought that the drinks and food provided by the hotel was the last food on earth. Food was piled so high on their plates that there was eternal snow on top of it. The concept of sharing and behaving normally seemed to be lost on them.I also did not like the absent-minded zombies with watery eyes at eleven in the morning trudging continuously from beachbed to bar and back holding as many beer glasses as they could at every beer run.But hey, that’s me!
It's not in Alanya actually, but near. There is bus that goes to Alanya or Antalya right near to hotel. Hotel is old, need to be renewed. But generally clean. But praying room especially for women is in very bad condition. Food is ok, main meals are really good, especially meat ones. Vegetables and salads not always fresh, maybe was hot. Also, many flies midges in salads unfortunately. Service are ok. Receptions guys are very helpful. In restaurant most of them are polite, but only one older guy was rude to my aunt. Beach is small, but has everything there, restrooms, restaurant, cabins etc. water in beach is very clean. Didn't like that hotel and beach is near to highway, a little noisy, but after few days I get used to. Animation for kids and evening karaoke is fun, guys really work hard to make fun for kids. So generally it's ok, price is really good. Just wish hotel should be renewed step by step, cause it gets older and older.
We are disappointed with our stay at Beatch Club Hotel Doganay. After a 20-hour journey, tired and sleep-deprived, we arrived at the hotel in question. At that moment, several busloads of tourists arrived. Chaos ensued. We waited about 4 hours for check-in. My friend asked the Turkish tour guide at the hotel when we would be accommodated and he started behaving like a thug - shouting, arguing, the attitude was shocking. The Turkish tour guide told him that he would throw him out of the hotel for asking. And actually checked him in with the hotel at 8:00pm. in the evening, left him waiting outside the hotel on a bench. I have no words. At first glance, there was a lot of food, but it was monotonous and tasteless. We found worms and flies in the fruit. By the time we left, we all had stomachaches. When we complained about this to the waitress, she laughed at us. Total madness. The hotel is full of people, everything is crowded. One gets stressed. The hotel beach is stony, even with water shoes it is difficult to enter. The only positive thing for us was the bed in the room - it was comfortable. We want to praise Hassan the bartender who served us politely and also a young boy waiter whose name we don't know. We categorically do not recommend a hotel Doganay Beach Club.
Me and my partner visited for 6 days. We arrived late and were greeted with a warm welcome a staff member helped us to our room and then told us there is a late supper on which we are welcome to go to. The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym. All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on. Multiple bars to get drinks from and one that is even open till 2am. The evening entertainment was brilliant. They had different acts on each night. The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge. The shops on site were great and we have definitely gone away with our moneys worth. Good information In main lobby of things you can do outside the hotel. The only issue we had was the food. We are not really picky eaters but some of the food was not great. Allot of the meat was very fatty and not nice. There needs to be more signs telling you what is what on the all you can eat buffet as if you had an allergy to something especially on the salad bar it has no signs to say what it is. The food did seem to get better as our week went on but I do think the food needs a big improvement as most of the time it was either cold or bland. All round great hotel worth the money and would definitely come back again.

Absolute nightmare of a hotel.Everything is worn down. Beds feel awful, everything was unclean :/On top of this I had someone break into my room and leave blood everywhere and it's terrified me, when I showed pictures of this to the reception they simply didn't flinch and only said they'd send someone up to change the bedding. So I was left with a strangers blood all over the head board and floor.Simply AVOID.
First of all I liked this hotel because of some staffs not all of them. Because after check out reception don’t want to help you any more. They look at you like a stranger. The location is in the middle of nowhere near a highway but it is 15 min driving from Alanya ..In the spa if you ask some question before paying they ignore you and they don’t wanna help you. It is sad because after all I paid for hotel and all the staff getting paid by my payment. Foods are good but not the best. They try to serve you with the remaining foods of the day before and some new foods. Alcoholic drinks are locals and even they have local tequilas😒.. I think they just put some alcohol ethanol with some juice and call it cocktails.. you cannot find any fine and original alcoholic drinks there. I liked pool and some entertainment but the staff of entertainment trying to make money from people but the managers don’t know abt it. Beds are terribly small I’m 190 cm and my feets were out of the bed while I was sleeping 😴 👣.. rooms are too small for 2 people.. if you want a place to sleep eat and drink some cheap stuff and take some rest it’s a nice place but it does not worth 100 euros or 120 per night.. you can find better places in the area with that price with better services.. I’m a tour manager and a local guide and I know how the things works in the tourism industry. Inside the hotel they don’t accept Turkish lira.. the currency is euros there and it is ridiculous. They don’t accept their own currency.. even in Europe the things are not expensive like there.. if you want to play video games or billiard they charge you 10 euros and it is freaking expensive.. so it’s not all inclusive at all.. just cheap food and cheap drinks are free..the guy named feyzullah sedo sold a cheap strange ship tour to us in the hotel he told me ship tour is all included but it was not. Don’t buy these type of cheap strange tours for 25 euros . They are lying abt it .. feyzollah told me I will give you 20 euros back for that tour but he didn’t . I had his number and after check out he ignored me 😄.. fake service.and don’t listen to regular people that they tell you it’s an amazing hotel no it is not.I’m an expert abt tourism and hotels.Hope the management team can improve their service.
All was great. All inclusive everywhere. Night disco is on the beach side, so no loud music can be heard in/at hotel. WiFi was slightly weak, but I came to enjoy my holiday, not WiFi. For a hotel which is over 35 years old (we asked) it is still in very good condition.
I came here with my 3 cousins, aunt, uncle, mum and dad and my sister. I would like to start with the positive things. When we first came into the resort, we had our bags taken to our rooms and the staff were friendly. the pools were nice and big, however we did get a lot of dirty looks. The rooms were big and spacious. It would get clean everyday and nothing was stolen. Now onto the bad things. Firstly I would like to start with the food. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I’ve never had such disgusting food in my entire life!! The chips were cold and raw and NOTHING had seasoning and the staff didn’t even care. The waiters were mostly friendly only the adults. A young man named sehrat was absolutely horrible. Me and my cousins were sitting on a table and we had rubbish on it. Him and his girl friend and man friend looked at us and started laughing they didn’t even bother come cleaning it. They were absolutely rude! I had to slam it onto another table and then they came to clean it. Me and my cousins swam everyday and In the pool with the slides, we drowned. THERE WAS NO LIFE GUARDS. !! My cousin also got stuck on the slide. She was 7. There were cats and one had an eye infection. the mini fun fair was never open. We went to the last floor and there was a puddle of water at the bottom. We got chased by a member of staff for exploring the hotel. The spa man that was there was very rude and called us annoying to our parents. There was a cat on my floor and it gave birth to a couple baby cats. Every child and person would come to my door because it gave birth right out my door and we got ding dong ditched. There was also a woman who abused another child and the staff didn’t care. At night no staff would help out and most were drunk. Thanks for reading.
Where do I begin? In theory this resort had everything, but everything is run down, old, in need of refurbishment or just plain dangerous.Family hotel:It is NOT a family hotel.Loud music playing outside until about 1am every night.People talking and slamming doors on the corridors throughout the night.Asked for a blanket around 8pm and was delivered to my room at 11:30pm.Other travellers:Mostly Russians and Germans.Hence why staff can barely speak and understand English, but they are quick to chat in Russian.Resort itself:Definitely for 5 stars.I would say 3 stars at most.Rooms are small and in need of repairs. The wardrobe barely closes, the door to the balcony barely opens, the shower holder is broken, etc, etc.Rust all around the swimming pool and exposed electric switches aroundStaff is overall rude.Had one guy come to the swimming pool around 6pm ( that's when the pool is closing) yelling davai davai....and that was it.Asked for more grilled meats, the guy on the grill started to sho me and started cursing in Turkish.Same for ice cream from the vendor.General area:We found this place to be in the middle of nowhere. You can take a bus or a taxi to the nearest "bazar", but for them bazar is pretty much a collection of 3 shops in a line. There are some malls close by, but nothing special to see.We had the general feeling that everyone is trying to rip us off.Had a lunch meal in a local shop once: €50 for 3 drinks and a mixed grill and barely had any food.Like I said, constant feeling people are trying to rip us off.Food (all-inclusive)My God the food is boring at best.Basically if you didn't like it at lunch, you are not going to like it at dinner as well because it will be the exact same thing. The meats are very low quality, so low that most of meats cannot be eaten.Deserts are your standard cakes and baclavas.Overall the food is terrible. But there is an a-la-cart restaurant on the premises.....that doesn't serve food.... unless you book it in advance at the reception....but you are only allowed to do this 1 per week....so useless basically. If you don't like the food, there aren't many other choices.Extra activities:We bought 2 additional tours from the hotel: 1 trip to the Magnavat village and one trip to the Green Canyon. The bus was stopping at all the pre-defined places just to make you spend spend spend:They stopped at a "bazaar" which was literally a big shop with Adidas and Nike clothes...waste of time.Stopped at a mosque and at a little waterfall as well which were nice, but only 30min stay at the nice places and 1h+ stay at the shops so they can make some money off you.The trip to the Green Canyon was a scam, they ended up taking us to the Green River which is basically not a nice place.I would avoid this place and Alanya in general.
Worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. If you follow a vegetarian diet, then strictly avoid this place. Food is low quality, and not everything is even labeled properly. Doesn't matter what alcoholic drink you order everything seems to be diluted to save the cost. Facilities are not bad and the animation team is great. In general the staff at the reception is okish with an exception to the guy at the guest relation desk. He seems to actually least care about the guests and showing attitude instead of trying to accommodate customer requests. Help yourself and invest your time and money perhaps at a better property.
Arrived late the first night after traveling for the best part of the day. At check-in told only food available was some soup. Asked about being able to get a drink of any kind and was told nothing at all was available, not even water. Shown to the room which was reasonable and fairly clean however under bed and furniture had not been cleaned and still had a lot of dirt and dust under it. In the fridge was a carton of water about enough for a small glass to drink. Also provided were a couple of cups and a kettle however this seemed completely pointless as nothing was provided to make use of it,no tea coffee or milk, and probably not even enough water . Thought they may have been topped up during the week but no still nothing.Food at the hotel was very poor and repetitive mostly cold even when freshly put out, however did seem to very slightly improve over the week but still not to any decent standardFood was same at the beach bar however only saving grace here and at the hotel all over was that the pizzas was quite decent with a lot of people trying to live off these Food wiseBars only serve beer soft drinks tea and coffee with only one bar serving any shorts .only sugar free drink /zero drink available at any bars just seemed to be one two litre bottle a day which seemed to run out after 5 minutes and that's even if they had any .So if you are diabetic would give this hotel a wide swerveAll inclusive drinks finish at 11 pmNot a lot to do outside the hotel and nothing open within walking distance so bus or taxi will be needed to go anywhere however the bus is cheap fairly frequentOnly saving grace for this hotel was the staff all good and friendly with no issuesThe hotel claims to be 5 stars I have no idea how it got to that ,have travelled Turkey fairly frequently and often and have been in many 3 star hotels which have been far superiorA nice hotel that could be so much more but needs a lot doing to bring it up to a higher standard
Wouldn't book this hotel again. I booked a family room. The room that was provided was not a family room at all. The male receptionist argued with me upon arrival about the room that we had booked and said that there is no such thing as a family room just standard (even though I had paid extra for it!). The walls in the room were extremely thin.... could hear everything in the rooms next to us and I mean everything! The room wasnt fully decorated, dated and generally in poor condition with the patio door that didnt lock! The food was okay but cold on most occasions. There was very few staff members that spoke english and those who didnt understand you.. were rude and dismissive! Unfortunately this included the bar staff who basically made you whatever they thought or ignored you! I made a complaint about the hotel with the booking agent and the hotel lied and said that they had moved me to another room and all was fine! This was a terrible lie. We suffered the whole time in the awful room. All inclusive drinks ends at 11pm (no mention of this when booking), they lock the water fridge after that! So that you buy drinks. There is no water in your room when you arrive! The location is awful with nothing to do. The tours information was in russian and there wasnt a rep selling excursions. Very boring there. The indoor pool needs to be redoneThe only good thing there was the spa and its staff and I suspect that they are a different company and that is why I enjoyed it.Never ever again would I go back there! Ruined my week off work, didnt feel like a holiday
AMAZING!!! I will simply start with first step in to the reception. The first thing they asking you is: "Are you hungry? Go take some food and come back to check in." Impressive 😀Regarding the room please see the pictures... Says it all 👌🏻Staff are very friendly the place answering perfect on 5 start hotel 🏨 (please avoid reading comments regarding lowering the stars of the premises there is world criteria and if you don't reach it you will not have your stars.)The hygiene is a really in high level!Food very delicious 🤤 very rich salad bar all the time fresh vegetables and fruits.Different type of bread, traditional cooked food. You will always find what to eat it's impossible to starve...Regarding drinks all work as everywhere for all inclusive... You want be thirsty either... Bartenders are very attractive, sadly very little people tip...Regarding the spa in the hotel highly recommended all the heating rooms steam and salt souna, Turkish bath with the foam massage and the relaxing massage. Amazing experience. They definitely know how to look after people. Five star reviews is not enough if there was a option for seven I will leave seven.
SPA Treatments is the best thing going for this place! Spa staff excellent and treats everyone with so much respect and dignity. As for the rooms they are filthy. We had a smell coming from the pipes. Horrible! Bedroom decor was nice however the beds are not clean. Hotel staff not cleaning properly. Someone's trousers were left in our room from previous person. Jacuzzi in room had a black ring around it when we arrived. When asked can someone clean it they said we would have to wait til the following day! We cleaned it ourselves! I would not say this is a 5 star. More like 2/3! The spa is 5 star most definitely 👌!!!The food at this hotel was horrible. Not very diverse food aswell! Alot of people complain about the food. Fruits were my bestfriend on this mini vacation. The entertainment was okay. However not very diverse considering a variety of people come to vacation here.I would only come back to this hotel for the spa treatments. First time in Turkey and not very impressed.I cannot forget the cats roaming around the hotel and jumping for food in the café. Not acceptable. They say no pets however has loads of cats sleeping on the chairs and all over the hotel. This was bizarre!
