I am writing this from my hotel room after doing the late night check in. The room is clean and nice, the mini bar is full 😊 We had a dinner at the snack bar on the beach and it was ok-ish. The cocktails and drinks are so good 😌 The staff is so nice amd friendly, especially the guys at the reception and bar, please give them a raise. This is just my first night here but I’m already falling in love with this place. I will update with pics later.

If you like disease, no privacy, dirty pools, general overcrowding and being treated like you're worth less than a human because you're not turkish, this is the perfect place for you.I don't know where to start. It is difficult to stay polite while writing this.The food is edible but nothing special. Same food every day with hardly any variation. It's impossible to find a free table unless you go at the very start of food serving times.Waiters stand and do nothing, don't come up to offer drinks etc, far from 5star service. They just stand and stare at you like you're an alien because you don't look turkish.Nobody speaks English and staff and other people at this hotel don't understand the idea of a queue. People don't care about the fact you've been waiting longer they just go up and order and bar staff allow it, in fact, they prefer serving turkish people as they don't have to speak English which they obviously struggle with to say the least. Local people will get preference over you even though you might have come for longer or paid more. It doesn't matter, a proper racist place which everyone is very happy with.Everyone smokes cigarettes everywhere, even inside rooms. When we first entered our room it was obvious somebody had smoked in it before us. Rooms adjacent to ours had people in them smoking inside which obviously kept us awake at night with a strong cigarette smell in your bed at 3am, what a wonderful holiday place, NOT.This was the worst holiday we have ever been to and this place does not deserve 5 star it has given itself, 2 star at most and that's on a good day.I can go on and on and on to let the world know how bad this place is but it's seriously not worth my time and effort, I would also have to be very vulgar to fully express how I feel about this place.First and certainly the last time at this hotel. In fact this place has put us off entirely from booking any all inclusive holidays in the future as they often are quite primitive with primitive entertainment. If that's your thing, go ahead, you'll love it.

This place is a joke. The funny thing is that when we were leaving, guest relations asked us to write a “good review” and lie about our horrible experience. PLEASE read all the reviews before booking. I’ve done a lot of travelling throughout the years and I have experienced poor hotels and high end hotels. This place is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Safety of guests is not a priority, nor is meeting the guests needs. Unfortunately during my time at the hotel, I had an injury where I slipped on the wet floor of the hotel restaurant, there was no wet floor signs or staff cleaning it up. Due to this I suffer an injury that sent me to the hospital with a bad knee injury that I need surgery for.The food is an absolute embarrassment and a poor representation of Turkish culture. Additionally there were other restaurants within the hotel, however they were once poor quality and really lacking culture of the food they are representing. I would not recommend this place if you do not want to get gastro or food poisoning.I have never in my life seen such disgusting behaviour from the hotel receptionist. It is an embarrassment to have staff especially at reception that know not even basic English. All of the staff had horrible attitude, no customer service experience, laughing at guests and most of all one staff member who apparently was the one who only spoke English was mocking us because we ask to speak to their supervisor or manager. In general, the staff all over the resort just looked miserable and bored. However, there were probably 2-3 staff members that actually were nice, helpful and actually spoke to us with respect.Will not recommend this place to anyone, don’t waste your money. Honestly I may not know much about hotels but this place needs some serious management and new staff if they want to actually better outcomes.

Overall not sure how this hotel managed to get 5-star rating in the first place. It is lacking when it comes to cleanliness and services. In the cafes we saw the staff barely rinsing used coffee cups, no soap no dish washing sponge. She just pours water on the cup and put it away.The staff is not helpful and it’s challenging to communicate with them. They are racist, if you ask for something in English they ask you where you’re from and some of them just walk away after they hear the answer. Why do you care where people come from after they paid for their stay, it’s very rude and gives a negative picture about Turkey. Just stop accepting tourism instead of taking people’s money then treating them like they are less. Rooms are old, not well kept and lack basic amenities. It has a private beach but nothing special about it. The resort includes a supermarket and one clothing store which has swimsuits and casual wear. The spa is nice but staff is racist, they will give you different prices based on which country you come from. Throughout the massage session the ladies working there kept talking to each other so we couldn’t relax as there was no quiet time. Unlike other spa centers they don’t offer tea or beverages after the service and they rush you to leave… we made the reservation through. Basically this resort just wants to take your money and provide nothing

i'm coming here next week on the 27th. really looking forward to it because i've been reviewing this resort for so long, checked a lot of reviews and videos, however i am a little bit cynic about the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, the quality of the food and the overall service at the hotel. i hope this resort won't be a dissapointment. i will do updates as soon as i get there.

We are staying here now as I write this. Our 3rd time here. First time was the best and slowly going down hill.Staff this time I am finding very unfriendly especially at the bar area in the kids pool.The reception staff leave you standing there without acknowledging you if they are doing something and also aren't particularly happy or smiley.I get this feeling that the staff are just not very happy here or something.My 2 kids went to the kids club today and after 1 hour I thought I would have a look over to see if I could see them playing. I saw 3 bigger boys about 4 yrs or more older than my son throwing a ball at my sons head and grabbing his arm. So I went in and said where are the staff! One lady sitting there and no others in there just 1 at receptionI said to her are you not watching this happening!? She just looked confused.So I took my kids out and am not happy at all!.They have now put up these horrible canopies all the way around the whole of the adult pool. So you cannot get any sun. I have no idea why thay have done this plus it looks awful.They used to have a really nice grass area before the sea but last yr we saw they had concreted over it and now have more seating and a dancefloor. This has ruined the feel that it once had and looks like a cattle market. Its been done to fit more guests yes I understand.This will be our last visit here now unfortunately.

We stayed at the resort for almost three days and the experience was fantastic. My kids and I were sad on our departure and wished had more time, which explains the kind of fun and enjoyment we had.The resort is huge, with beach front, massive swimming pool and an aqua park with so many slides from toddlers to a range of exciting slides for adults. The aqua park also has a huge family pool which is a bonus!There is a substantial main restaurant with hundreds of very delicious food items, a number of al-a-carte restaurants and cafes throughout the resort.Two main theatres for talent shows and live music performances which were really entertaining and of great standards. Specially the live music band was just amazing!There was a huge variety of food in the main restaurant which was of great quality and really enjoyable. All the cafes were also full of great food (some up to late night) which was a bonus.The main highlight was the management and the team. The resort was very well managed, super clean and maintained throughout the day. Even after midnight I saw deep cleaning of the pool area, live music area and the beach, which was really reassuring the standard of the resort.The beach area was also clean and very enjoyable. It is a sandy beach at the seating area but the actual shore area is mostly pebble.Overall it was a fantastic experience, food, water park, beach, room facilities, spa, gym etc everything was super and of a great standard!Thanks Crystal Waterworld team!

This hotel was great and we had a wonderful experience here and we enjoyed it very much, Prestel had great behavior and the rooms were clean.

I recently stayed at Crystal Water World Hotel in Antalya, and I must say, my initial mixed expectations were pleasantly exceeded. After reading various comments online, I was unsure of what to expect. However, my experience turned out to be very enjoyable.Highlights:- Quality Food: The buffet food was surprisingly good, with a nice variety that didn't get tiresome, even over a whole week. The quality was consistently high, which is impressive for buffet-style dining. Drinks were always available and of acceptable quality.- Entertainment: The nightly shows and performances were fun and engaging. The live music shows, especially by a group whose name I unfortunately forgot, were amazing. The trick shows and live piano performances were also enjoyable.- Facilities: The beach area was clean and well-maintained, though a bit crowded. The swimming pool and water park were excellent, with friendly staff who made the experience even better.- Activities: I expected to get bored staying in the same hotel for a week, but to my surprise, the experiences and various activities available kept me engaged throughout my stay. We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel much, except for visiting the local market once or twice.- Staff: Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.Room for Improvement:- DJ Ata: The DJ (Instagram: @djata.35) was a low point, with unprofessional and subpar music compared to the otherwise good musical themes and performances. The hype men of DJ Ata were probably better than him. The hotel should consider replacing DJ Ata with better musicians or DJ artists.- Room Service: Room service often forgot to restock essentials like drinking water and the minibar. There were no irons available in the rooms, which was inconvenient, and the reception's explanation was unconvincing. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and good blankets were also missing.- Shampoo and Toiletries: The shampoo provided was very basic, and overall, the room amenities were not up to the standard expected.- Pre-Arrival Communication: Although the reception area was generally supportive, it was very difficult to reach someone at the hotel before our arrival. We wanted to check the possibility of an early check-in, and it took almost a whole day to find someone responsive. Despite contacting various numbers from the website and referrals, getting a timely response was challenging.Despite some minor issues, my stay at Crystal Water World Hotel was largely positive. The quality of the food, the fun entertainment, and the excellent facilities made for a memorable experience. However, improvements in room service, amenities, and pre-arrival communication would enhance the overall stay. Replacing DJ Ata with better musical talent would also greatly improve the entertainment experience.

The hotel was really nice, everything was perfect. The Staff was extremely friendly, especially Dalga. She has helped us very much. All the amenities were open and everything was clean. The food was really delicious and variety was more than enough.Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great, I enjoyed water world a lot. It has amazing slides for children and adults. Food was perfect, you can find many international foods. Pizza, salads , burgers, fried chicken, pasta, desserts, well cooked meats, meatballs, …. You can also enjoy salad bar and various dips!You will have a pleasant time by Beach. You could get free towels and lay down on beach beds, don’t worry there are enough beds and no need to get up early to get one!Discos and shows take place at nighttime, there were not the best discos of course, but such a fun time for people who like to dance. About shows I wasn’t satisfied as the quality of sound was horrible and it was hard to understand the songs.

Rooms are very used and not properly maintained.Food quality is maximum average, food selection is poor.Drink selection is great.Hotel design is good. Pools are great!Slides don't work all they, so you will spend a lot more time in queues than having fun... (slides are great)Most of the staff are quite unfriendly. This is the first time I experience such a thing in a Turkish hotel.On the top of that, needed 2 days and 5! chats with reception to get a baby cot... (a faulty one)I would say it is a kids friendly hotel. You can find a lot of things for them. Small ones really enjoyed their time. We as adults, not so much.It doesn't have a sandy beach even Brochures say different. It is sandy until you reach the water. After that you got huge pebbles and water gets deep very quickly. Not to much space on a crowdy afternoon.Water shoes very strongly recommended! (€10/$10 everywhere)If you go out from the hotel, there are a lot of shops. But they are very overpriced.You can have water activities next to the beach. Guys are friendly and flexible. They have great programs!Overall, it is an overpriced hotel.

My God I could stay here another month. All my meals are cooked for me and fun entertainment in the evening. Rooms were kept tidy with good AC control. Loved the food selection, but sometimes it can just be repetitive. However, they cater to over 7000 guests so I completely understand. For the most part staff were friendly but the 2 ladies at the reception area were very rude. I wish I spoke Turkish so I could tell them off. I've used the gym and it had a decent collection of machines and equipment. Not too many people go during the day so I would say that's the best time to workout. I've stayed here only for 10 days but could easily stay for a longer time. 5/5 recommended to anyone who wants to relax from work and not think about the daily stress that we are all used to. We rested with the family. The food is delicious, I liked the service. The mini bar was replenished every day, there are no complaints. Of all the staff, the people from the reception tried the most. At the beginning of our vacation, they helped us get used to the hotel, everything was told and explained. Very friendly and kind people. We thank them for organizing our vacation.

We really liked this hotel. The territory is large, the rooms and staff are just wonderful. Most of all the staff I want to mention Nedime. Helped us with check-in, gave us very good rooms with a wonderful view of the main water park, and most importantly, maintained a positive attitude to rest throughout the vacation. In case of any problems, the staff will always help you. We all liked it very much.

Excellent hotel with everything you need without stepping out of the complex. All of the staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. Extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back

Very good hotel, with overall good experience. The rooms have great view, they're nice and clean. The service is also good. There is big variaty of food as usual in Turkey. The hotel is children friendly, there are a lot of babies and kids around. Nice playgrounds for young and old. Great music all the time. For sure the alcohol is not high quality!!! We are aware for the whiskey/ Martini taste. Overall it's very good for the 💰
