**UPDATE: you called us a taxi as we did not have any contacts or numbers. You should feel responsible to find a reputable cab company for your guests.AVOID. Service was terrible. Receptionist does not speak much English - for a 5* establishment, this is absolutely appalling. Our “land view” made us feel like we were viewing the side of a prison wall.The cleaning for our rooms was not properly done. Used shampoo and conditioner bottles would be left in the shower and not replaced. They’d only replaced the toilet roll and towels. Sheets were not changed or done properly. We asked 4 different people to replace our kettle as it was not working. We asked the reception and cleaning staff everyday to provide a new one for them to only provide on the last evening when we were going..When we went to order the taxi via reception, they would not give us a price from the hotel to Land of Legends. We asked for a price and he said he will let us know, we got there and he kept saying he needed to speak to his manager. Some guy suddenly came up on a bike which was supposedly was the manager to say this is €60. For a foreigner, this was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional for this hotel to provide us with such taxi service. We ended up negotiating for €45 which was still a rip off and they claimed they do not have a meter.NOTE: it is a legal requirement for taxis to show their meters if you wish to switch it on and pay in Turkish lira.I would not recommend this as this is not a foreigner friendly hotel and also the service is terrible. I would say avoid and find somewhere better. I do believe the reviews on this hotel are deceiving and is no where near a 5* star establishment.
The rooms was clean and relax there was big aqua park and cool area . Restround was okey. We liked the beach area also. Animation programs was really good .especially PEPE was good entertainer and had nice time at dart game
I liked the hotel, the location is very nice, the animation team is of high quality, the animation chef and the miniklub chef are super, and our friendly and energetic fitness instructor is very energetic and does his job professionally. I wish you success in the competition, teacher Cihan. Also, if you bring some equipment to the fitness room, especially dumbbells, it would be great.
The hotel is large with extensive food and entertainment options. The kids club was fantastic with our son, who made a point of going multiple times a day. The staff are really helpful and friendly
We have been in this hotel for a week and still have a few days to enjoy.I think the buffet is wonderful. there is enough for every taste, even for vegetarians or vegans and even lactose-free milk. Only the coffee in the main restaurant is not as good as in the bars.The beach is super nice it is very clean everywhere, you can always take a fresh towel for the beach with you on the way.There is always a bar open on every corner so you can always get a drink and food.The rooms are nice and clean.The gym has a good cardio area and a coach who is a national athlete and has a lot of experience, but the gym has hardly any equipment for normal strength training which I would like to have.The most disappointing thing for me is the kids club. This club actually has great rooms and good staff. But there are hardly any toys for small children (2 years) and what there are, are often broken or incomplete. The outdoor play area is catastrophic I have the feeling it was built 50 years ago and still stays there.The rooms with the view to the sea are also with the view to parties. If you don't go to parties yourself, it makes sense to have earplugs with you - luckily I had some.All in all, I am satisfied and can enjoy my time here. But for the things I have mentioned I would really take the money in the hand and make it nicer.
Beautiful hotel. Stayed in junior suite. The room was lovely. However, the view was awful from the balcony on the first floor, which had a rooftop for the view. The daily cleaning could have been better. A glass broke in the room and although the cleaner attended, there was still broken glass everywhere. The food was cold, but thankfully, there was a microwave to heat the food. The staff were amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.
Good hotel, Friendly staff especially Alp and Pepe from the entertainment team!We have had so much fun playing games.Lovely weather and lots of pool space in the sun.
I really am enjoying my stay at crystal centro, it is a lovely hotel, very nice scenery and amazing staff especially Pepe and Alp the animation team they have made our experience very good because of how welcoming, funny and helpful they are. They made our visit to the hotel worth while and we really enjoyed doing activities with them.
We are now on holiday in a hotel. It's an amazing place. We are very satisfied with the room and the restaurant. The water world is also amazing. I must rate the warm and friendly approach of the animator named Alp. She has perfect care for us and a very proactive approach to our son. We enjoy spending time at this hotel!
Hotel is well mapped out, lovely pools and the rooms are clean and always fully stocked fridge. Plenty of food variety’s and options for activities and entertainment were endless. One of the reps Pepe was so welcoming and friendly and always kept us involved in activities and was great conversation
Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of options to do onsite and at the beach. Great entertainment for all the family…Pepe from the animation team stands out as he got to know us even over a short week. Would highly recommend if you are with your family or as a couple.

It was fun we played dart and vollyball with pepe he was very funny and good hotel food was good room was clean..we will definetly come back. Aqua park is big enough. Beach area is big also night shows great pools are enough and had bar service was helpyfull
We had gone with my family, but due to the low security system and some parts of the hotel that did not have cameras, one of my friends left his glasses in the playground next to the restaurant, and after 1 hour, he did not return, and the managers and employees said that there are no cameras. be checked And we have no responsibility for any incident in the yard and hotel. I left my Louis Vuitton 10,000$ glasses on the chair for 1 hour and when I came back they was not there. The security manager easily said that there are no cameras in the ping pong game area.I came to your management office several times and you said there is no camera to check. In addition, I said that if a child gets into trouble in that area, as my friend's son was playing in that place, and a problem occurs, how did you say that we are not responsible for the risk of anyone in the yard? You have the responsibility to establish security in the entire hotel environment, in case you said that we have no responsibility. I do not recommend this hotel in any way because everyone is to blame, including liars, who now after I left Hotel and said that we are not responsible, are lying.
It was a nice stay for four days, we enjoyed the meals, drinks and all services.There was a problem with ACs for the first day then it was solved.The whole stay was good and I guess they covered all services perfectly.Do not miss the italian restaurand free meals if you are staying more than three days, special thank to Mr. Ayhan for the very welcoming hostessing.
A great holiday, well spent, all details were perfect. Only the room air conditioner was not working properly. However, facilities , theaters, and pools were great and clean. Food was delicious. Special thanks to Ayhan bey for the great Italian food night we had with a wonderful hospitality. Totally recommend for families.

I was there with my family for 4 nights from 23rd October to 27th October in room number 5226. The only negative thing was the air-condition. 1st night, we couldn't sleep at all. My little boy was crying the whole night. It was so hot and AC wasn't working. I called the reception but no one came. Then I called again after a couple of hours later, and the person from the reception said that AC was shut down by 11 pm and it will be back on again tomorrow. I was shocked and couldn't believe what I heard. I was told to keep the balcony door open and sleep 😔. It was really a tough night with a little one. Next day after reaching out few times to the reception, they sent someone late afternoon to look into it. After that, very little cool air was coming, but it wasn't enough to sleep with the balcony door closed. So we had to switch off the AC and left the door open for the rest of our saty. Apart from that everything was perfect. The staff were excellent and smiling all the time. The food option was great. I did stay in this place before when it was in a different name. I can tell the difference. Huge improvement in every sector. I really loved this place. I hope to be back again. My request to the hotel management is that please don't destroy your good service and reputation for some silly reasons like one I did experience. I feel sorry that I couldn't give you 5 stars because of the issue I had with air-conditioning. May be next time will be better 😊 😃
Quite a nice hotel with some pros and cons.On the plus side, there is certainly a large space that is well-developed and a very nice water park. The beach is large and well-kept, but some people may find large homeless dogs disturbing its area. There are also a large number of bars to choose from. There is a lot of food to choose from, but it is not of the highest standard and sometimes you have to look hard to find something good for yourself. There are many desserts, but they are very poor. To some extent this is compensated by very good ice cream.The staff is mostly nice and helpful, but the knowledge of the English language is poor and it is often difficult to communicate.The animation group is diverse. Some are nice and sociable, some less so. Unfortunately, the constant pressure to give the hotel a positive rating is very irritating. I know this is part of the animators' responsibilities, but it should be more tactful and subtle.The rooms are quite ok. Generally, it is not as good a hotel as we expected based on the reviews, but overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.
Because first impressions matter. At check-in, the receptionist offered us the possibility to get a sea view room for €300. I told him that if we wanted such a room we would have taken it together with the tourist package for 100€ and that it is strange that the price at the reception is three times higher than the price of the travel agency. Because we refused the offer and because we expressed our reservations about the correctness of the offer that was made to us, we received a room on the ground floor, in a dirty and worn corridor, close to the service stairs used by the staff and with the balcony almost close to an annex building of the hotel. Of course I protested, photographed the conditions in that corridor, and only after threatening to leave the hotel and make those photos public did I get a proper room (the hotel was nowhere near full, so the exchange could be done without problems). Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant, but this first contact with the hotel was extremely unpleasant and I perceived it as a revenge because I refused an offer that I could not refuse.
After some time, we want to leave our impression of how it was in Turkey at the Crystal Centro Hotel.The first impression upon entering the hotel was a very poor level of English, but the warmth of the welcome was still felt in the background.Before we left, we were told at the agency that the hotel was renovated last year and you could see it. Everything was new, neat and clean. We were delighted with our room and the extra money for the sea view was worth it. The staff seamlessly filled the fridge and cleaned the room when needed. The swimming pools were very clean throughout the day, sunbeds and clean towels were provided for all guests. As for the beach and the sea, they are not like the Adriatic Sea, but we have to praise the cleanliness of the beach here as well. The entertainment program that ran throughout the day, starting with various games, dances, plays and music, was poorly organized, uncreative and every day the program was the same or similar. We have to praise the evening part of the program, because several nights there were very good performers/groups. The only problem we encountered was the food. Although it is available 24 hours a day, 95% of the same food is served every day and the flavors are not for everyone. The spices, the way of cooking, the sweet part of the program are not what we expected. If we had to give some ratings from 1 to 10 for certain segments, it would be like this:1. Service = 7.52. Cleanliness of the object = 9.53. Organization = 84. Fun part of the program = 7.55. Food = 66. Communication = 5All in all the place is okay.
A very enjoyable family vacation for adults and especially children. The hotel is amazingly clean, the pool and slides are amazing and suitable for small children and adults. The food at the hotel is varied and very tasty. High level liquor. Service is usually very good and tries. The standard of the room is reasonable, the family room is quite spacious, pull-out couches for children, less comfortable. The maintenance of the shower is not good and there is a leak in the room from the shower, they changed a room and also in the other room there was a leak and blockage in the shower which was treated. All in all a pleasant vacation and we would love to come back.
