Huge and cleqn hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff.We had all inclusive stay so we ate mostly at the hotel. The food was good and they had different themes each day.The beach is a bit away from the hotel so they had a shuttle cart driving back and forth. But the beach was clean and plenty of sunbeds. You could also grab lunch at the beach as they had a bar/food court there too. They also have a play area for kids and babysitting service.The only thing I can «complain» on is that they played live music inside of the hotel and it was very loud as the lobby bar and the stage was right beneath all the rooms.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights in May. The service, professional and friendly staff and food are what makes this hotel absolutely amazing. The staff are second to none when compared to other hotels we have been to. We had the pleasure of knowing Ferhad, Emrah, Ahmet, Nurella, Gaye, Hanim and Emir, who have been such great people. Thank you for everything!!!Only improvement we would recommend is refurbishing the room as they are slightly outdated and need improvement.We Will definitely visit again.

Dishes are dirty, cups with long stained lipstick on themPlates never shinyStaff not all of them, but rude to the customers!Giving a white wine in a warm cup not even a glass , and it was my fault that I haven’t told him where I m gonna take it . But it’s a cup and it’s warm .. disappointed!The lady on the beach that does Turkish pankakes always saying that it’s closed, even though she was keep doing them for the hotel staff not for the tourists.And timetable showed us the opening time , which she had decided that she should finish before the time.Strong 3 🌟, but not 5!

Every thing was perfect! Food 5 stars! All the hotel personal is very nice. I would like to thank Taifun and Osman for the service in Restaurant and I hope that they will have some benefit for their Job from their boss! :)Fun team at the hotel made our stay really nice and fun.Beach is clean and Bar at the Beach is good.I would like to have more places for non-smokers.And a Little bit better wi-fi.Some one was wishing for new mattrases in reviews and hotel did it just same day of our arrival. So, hotel react on guest wishes and it is really top level of service.Thank you Castival Hotel for having us, it was pleasure to spend our vacation here!From Finland with love!

We loved everything! The staff is very kind and helpful. The services are great: lot of food, big variety of cocktails, nice swimming pools, good sauna, cool bars, at the beach as well.We really recommend to visit this awesome hotel!!!

Fantastic hotel clean and well run . Had a great ten days.Fantastic entertainment team. Good friendly staff well laid out pool area . Only thing was language problems and the surrounding malls weren’t my cup of tea. Would recommend this place.

Stayed in many 5 star hotels in and around Side and Manavgat, this is more like 4 stars.The ingredients for the hot food are of poor quality and the chefs deserve extra praise for the effort they put into creating something magical with them and make the dishes taste good.Salad bar is great and plenty. Desserts are ok but Patisserie has better cake.Vegetarian is not indicated and if you ask, you are sometimes told something wrong.All in all, they try to make the offer as cheap as possible and keep losses to a minimum, which means that this is not a 5-star meal.Patisserie is really good.Spa is ok but smells musty, and is drafty and unwelcoming.Some Saunas /Steam rooms broken.Massage is very good.Rooms are tired and in desperate need of renovation, hard mattress, broken Laminate. Minibar only water and juice.The hotel grounds are small, very loud Animation until late keeps you awake or unable to watch TV.Housekeeping inadequate. Quick cleaning only superficial.Beach very good- a 5 minute walk away or shuttle top take you - snacks good - goezleme fresh and good.Pools good - plenty of loungers - but they are reserved - Pool bar great.Table tennis was not possible because the entertainment mostly blocked the table.There is a pool table that we only saw on the last day. An hour costs 10 euros. A somewhat excessive price.Most of the staff are very nice. Some are nice if you tip, they quickly lose interest if you don't.Some are rude. German guests are preferred, which is reflected in the restaurant and in general.In general, a profit-driven mentality can be seen and some cannot hide their displeasure if you don't want to buy or book anything.Guest relations is helpful and the male staff member is nice, but one lady goes around, and is pushy to get a good review written in front of her. I denied this.In summary, you can't call it a 5 star hotel. This hotel is 4 stars at most. The staff try to do the best with what they are given and without them, more guests would probably see more faults.Other hotels offer better quality food - the entertainment is further away from the building, much quieter and ends earlier. There are more extra things like small snacks in the minibar and beer.Therefore, we have decided not to recommend this hotel or visit it again. It really seems that the big chains can offer a lot more.

We got the economy room while we had a reservation for a king sized bed room. The manager just avoided us to get rid of us. The hotel is really loud and not family friendly at all. The show does not stop until late in the night and people keep drinking in the lobby so you can hear everything in the rooms, it is not calm at all. It is full of seniors who would probably have liked some calm. If you are on the street side, just know that you will not be able to sleep because of traffic and police interventions in the night.The food is good is general but not a lot of meat and we got food poisoning. It you stay even minutes after 12 pm on your check out day they will charge you 10 Euros. Everything inside (shops, services…) are tourist priced so everything is expensive since multiplied by at least 3.

Great hotel. Rooms need work as issues with bathroom smell and sounds from other rooms you can hear everything however the food in the hotel is phenomenal and I'm still talking about the fried liver 11 months later. Will return and have since recommended to my family

Currently staying in this hotel and have another 7 nights to go.Two things that are definitely 5* about this hotel are the gym, which is top notch and has all the equipment you need.Also the Spa, the staff here are fantastic, I am half way through a 4 massage package that I bought from them, Typhoon (the masseuse) he is absolutely the best, well worth the money and definitely 5*. The other staff in the Spa are also excellent, the hammam was just what I needed and delivered with a smile.The rooms, food, pools and beach are all great too!Definitely be back again in the future.

We were there for 5 nights. Amazing stay and all round amazing hotel. Behlul on reception helped with all our queries even though his English was not great. All the staff were friendly and I will definitely be visiting again.

It was agood trip .gratfood .well mannered waiters.various tasty drinks. A hotel very close to the beach .staff are very friendly and caring.nigh shows are very nice in the lobby.especially the piano show we liked very much.The Yarus painting in the lobby is very nice.Muattar from guest relation in interested and friendly. Booked by tour operator. Kumkoy / Side Mall in front. Lots of restaurants in the area. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms without tea/coffee/kettle. Not even complimentary water, at least for standard rooms. Nice pools, bar, restaurants and terrace. Thematic evenings. Bit outdated. Typical all inclusive Turkish hotel.

This is the second time we are staying at Castival due to the convenient location to Manavgat and Side. The local bazaars in Kumkoy are very good. The Mall of Side is just outside the hotel. The service and friendliness of staff is good. The food is varied enough to suit the whole family. The drinks we had (non alcoholic) were lovely. A good range of non alcoholic cocktails were available to choose from. The children enjoyed the facilities of the hotel but there was not much kid’s entertainment in the evenings although there was family entertainment each night which I didn’t expect in February as it’s off season. That was a nice surprise.

I’m staying at this hotel now and I’m really enjoying it. Beautiful hotel, and staff are nice. I especially like that there are bath robes in the room. There are also cloth napkins on the tables for dinner. Plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There are chairs in the room and on the balcony. I liked the morning gymnastics program. I like how the hotel does not use plastic forks or styrofoam. I recommend the hotel.

This hotel it’s absolutely amazing. The cocktails are some of the best I ever had,all the personal so nice and kind,always helpful! I could spend the rest of my life in this hotel,absolutely perfect! I will definitely be back very soon!

Had the most amazing holiday, most beautiful hotel ive ever stayed. a big thank you to the staff, they will go above and beyond for you, I made some great friends who i hope to see one day again.All the animation team will do anything for you. They are great people who helped me manage to enjoy staying in one place. I usually have to go around to different bar ect to meet new people but this hotel was great. Good people all round not just staff but other guests too, everyone was happy.Food was lovely, one day had seafood. Loads of prawns, sushi, fish it was the best meal out of the week. Breakfast is okay you will have a choice. Lunch was hit and miss for me but that is due to me being hungover from all the cocktails and beer!Bar staff are so friendly too, service was good never waited more than 3 minutes in the whole week. This is both in the main bar and pool side bar.Gym facilities were also good, managed to go a couple of times throughout the week, i never went to the indoor swimming pool or sauna but i heard great things.Loved it so much I ended up staying longer, I cant wait to go back to this hotel. So grateful to everyone.
