Not bad but not great though expensive.Stayed there for 2 weeks with a kid. She was enjoying the stay but can't say that we as parents were happy.A great disappointment was situation with sunbeds: they are booked at the beach since 7 in the morning by people coming to the beach/pool at 11 o'clock and the hotel staff does nothing about it. There is not even a single slate at the beach saying that such behaviour is prohibited. Guest relations are Ok but in this case "we cannot be responsible for other guests' behaviour" - that's very convenient.The zoo is a great advantage, lots of activities and places for children to play and enjoy.The beach and pool are very crowded.Hard to find a free table at the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Sometimes you even have to stand and wait, because there is literary not a single table available for 3 persons.Bars are Ok except for the bottlee bear that is either expired or spoiled.

Very clean hotel. Room size was smaller than I'm used to but had a decent balcony view. The pools were clean. The beach was much narrower than usual but loads of sunbeds were available. Ladies making traditional gozleme were absolutely delicious 😋Go all inclusive because this hotel had the most delicious food I've ever eaten at an all inclusive. Fresh and lots of variety. Would definitely go again. Child friendly too.

Despite staying at Bellis Deluxe Hotel Resort for the second time, my recent visit left much to be desired. The language barrier was a significant issue, with some staff members primarily speaking Russian, which felt inappropriate given the current geopolitical climate. Additionally, the lack of competence displayed by certain staff, particularly in the bar service, was disappointing. My negroni was prepared inappropriately, mixed in a measuring cup with ice, poured into a warm glass, and topped with more ice. Overall, while the hotel may boast a five-star rating, the experience fell short of expectations due to these issues. If it would’ve been brought to my attention that the hotel aim is to specifically entertain rus%ians by bringing fellow ru%$ian celebrities to perform here, I would have never booked this hotel

Enough has been said about the hotel itself, but I'd like to draw the attention to the hotel's onsite zoo. I understand that for people with little knowledge about animals this is an entertaining activity, but the reality is that animal enclosures are overcrowded and enclosures are inappropriately small and empty of relevant toys and plants/grass. Some animals injured or visibly sick. The sight of deer in that small enclosure and a lonely dog kept on a chain in a cage is a disgrace. But the two caged and depressed chimps were the absolute highlight of the cruelty of this zoo. That's not how you teach kids about animals. This puts the hotel to shame and there's nothing deluxe about this. And no surprise that you barely see staff in the zoo. I know I'm not the first one to comment on this issue and nothing has changed. Shame, Bellis!

this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at during a vacation, particularly given the price. in 2023, it's surprising to find rooms still using magnetic tape cards for locks. the air conditioning was inadequate, and we had to switch rooms three times. the internet connection is painfully slow and restricts access to some websites, even streaming fullHD videos is a struggle. the TVs appear to be over a decade old. the entire hotel feels outdated. be wary of opening windows in the evening, even on the 5-6th floor, unless you want to be swarmed by mosquitoes. the 'all inclusive' option is disappointing, offering an all-day buffet and low-quality alcohol. meal is ok but... the water was consistently dirty, and the beach area is too cramped. most guests are from russia or post ussr countries, who often reserve almost all the sun loungers on the pier with towels from 9am in the morning and then leave, sometimes not returning. these towels aren't removed for 2-4 hours until a staff member finally decides to intervene. disgusting. overall, worst experience ever, not worth it.

It was more than we expected. Vibe, staff, foods were just perfect. It's a big resort with nice pools and easy access to the ocean.There is a number of nice pools in the area, one of them has water slides. Kids have their special pool and slides. Along with the fresh salads, kebabs, fish, pastas, sweets and so many other options; there are specials like lebanese, mexican, etc. for dinners. If you miss main restaurant hours you may go to a bar near beach or White bistro for burgers, pizzas and snacksThe rooms are clean and there is a nice balcony for each of them. We also used gym and massage centre, Both were great.I totally recommend this hotel, absolutely worth it 🙂

It was our first stay in this hotel and we would love to come back again one day! I really liked the service: the food was delicious, plenty of fish, fruits, greens, even some dietary options, numerous beef dishes. There was something to eat from 7 am to 1 pm, which is great if you are a night owl and tend to oversleep breakfast 😉 The staff is friendly and polite. The sandy beach is clean, with a comfortable and gradual descent into the sea. Despite November, we still had a chance to swim. Having a zoo was also a great bonus.We stayed in the main building, upper floor, and the view of pines and mountains was breathtaking.
