If you wanna have a good vacation- choose a different hotel!We‘ve chosen a hotel as a place to meet with my family, because we live in different countries and they never yet seen their grandson. My family arrived earlier and… they were sent with the other tourists to another hotel, because the hotel was „overbooked“!! Imagine, planning a vacation together and now we’re in different hotels. My family tried to talk to the stuff but the stuff was not friendly and didn’t help at all, so my mom and grandma were sent to a different hotel, I tried to reach the hotel, but they always hang up the phone, eventually I left a bad review and the administration reacted and solved the problem and returned my family back to our hotel, so obviously the hotel was not overbooked like they claimed. We finally met each other and were happy about it, but it was not the only problem with a hotel.The last day we came to the reception to check out and there was the same woman, who was working there the first day and who was already unfriendly to my family. This time she took the cards without any „hello“ or „thank you“ and in a rude way told to my mom „that’s all“, she was pissed, because we eventually got what we supposed to get - to stay in the hotel we booked and not to agree for what they offered. My mom pointed out that this is not the way a person can talk to the tourists and after that she totally exploded with swearing and even calling my mom a BI..CH!!. My mom made a video of this and that woman became really aggressive, then I came and I started to protect my mom, she told to me to shut up and started to record me on her phone. For you to understand, we’re not that type of people who like to argue, we never start any fight and we always try to avoid such situations, but if we are treated like this, we will stay our ground and this is a reason I write this review, because I want to warn people, who are considering this hotel as a place to stay - better don’t, that stress doesn’t worse it, better pay more money and choose a different hotel. It’s not an individual case, it’s totally a bad management and this happens to many people here, the manager started to protect his stuff and didn’t do any measurements. If something like this happens, I expect that such worker gets fired or fined, but she never even apologized. So be sure, whatever happens, the management will cover their stuff and they will lie just to make you look wrong. And all these happened an hour before my family left, we maybe will not see each other another year and instead of spending the last important hour together and hugging and kissing the stuff was around us and the rude woman was still screaming at us. Such a shame!

We were so dissapointed about our “ all inclusive” stay in this hotel.. first of all, no one from staff can fluently speak in english, it is sad to admit ,hotel is actually pro russian..All people from the staff speaks only russian language, and even don’t try to speak in english. Some of the staff was so enoying chasing trying to convince us (ofc also in russian) to go to the spa wellness center for hamam and massages , but even when we said that we don’t speak russian and can’t even understand all what they are saying to us, they won’t stopped…We don’t reccomend it for young, english speaking people at all.About food. Many many good looking dishes, but taste was actually awful about all of them. Snack bar gives tasteless and weird texture chicken nuggets and fries, sometimes dry burgers without any souces. Bar full of coctails, but not one of them were deliciuos.One thing we liked about was the pool and sunbeds around it. We had really relaxing time here.Rooms - simple, clean enough, but with really hard mattreses.One thing about animators. Last day of our stay, while I was sunbathing by the pool, one of the animators convinced me to play bingo at the evening show, I agreed.She gave me one ticket. Also, she said I have to pay 5 euros before the game starts, because there will be great prizes (that’s ok I thought, I will give it when I come to the game). All in all, we lost our track of time in the bazaar at the evening and came back to hotel late, so we went through to our room, to pack our stuff for the early flight home. The bingo game already was started.Sudenly, we get a call to our room phone, animators asked us to go to the pool bar and give them 5 euros for the game we didn’t participate in😀😀 Ok, I walked to the bar, give them those 5 euros. Btw, prizes was toilet paper, wine bottle, and something like that🫠 when evereyone had to chip in with 5 euros??🤣🤣🤣oh, and I didn’t mentioned that hotel beach is awful too. Sunbeds were dirty, crowded with people, which were laying side by side with small amount of space for everyone.

My partner and I recently had a great 2 weeks here!Room was spacious, bright and clean, maid service daily. The food was always delicious, many different choices on a daily basis. Special thanks to the hardworking staff: Animation team (always great fun), bar staff, reception (you may need assistance of google translate at times as English language was limited). Walking distance to most places, otherwise taxi's are on hand to take you. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

The hotel itself as a building is fine. Large rooms, very good food. Fantastic animators, they did everything to provide entertainment to the residents of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is generally geared towards tourists from Russia, which according to me is 90% occupancy. The first language we were approached in was Russian and you couldn't just ask in English: "Where are you from". Evening animations with Russian karaoke, a lot of Russian music, which bothered me a lot as a Pole. I had the impression that I did not go on vacation to Turkey, but to the Crimea.

It was a nice and warm experience. There were many activities and you could tell that the staff was working hard to create a good atmosphere. The food was very good.As a downside, it was crowded especially at dinner starting time and on the beach at all times.
