I spent a relaxing and delightful holiday from June 2nd to 9th at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel in Alanya, Antalya, Turkey. Over these 9 days, I had a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, I give this Aria Resort & Spa Hotel a full five stars, and if I could, I would give it even more.This hotel was not gigantic in size, but as a 5-star hotel with multiple locations in Turkey, it was still quite substantial. The facilities and amenities were clean and luxurious, allowing guests to enjoy the refined atmosphere and services that a 5-star rating promises. My room was well-kept throughout the 8-day stay, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff were truly impressive.Although I haven't had many all-inclusive holidays—this being my fourth—I can confidently say that the dining experience at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel was among the best I've ever had. Every meal was excellent, with standout features being the Mediterranean seafood dishes and the abundant, fresh salads. The vegetables were always crisp and fresh, never wilted or spoiled, and a dedicated staff member consistently ensured the cleanliness and orderliness of the food areas.The daily fish barbecues were a delightful highlight, and the lamb barbecue at the Aria Resort & Spa Hotel was grilled to perfection, reminiscent of Michelin-star quality, with rich and savory flavors. Although I usually avoid lamb due to its strong smell, the lamb here was odorless and exceptionally tender, making me crave it again as I write this review.Each day featured a new menu, offering a variety of special dishes, which made my 7-day dining experience truly delightful. Through this review, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the head chef and a heartfelt thank you to all the kitchen staff for their exceptional work.My first night’s memory of the hotel was not pleasant. The rudeness of the bartender at the main bar on my first night continued into the second night, significantly souring the mood for both my friend and me. However, what followed turned the situation around and ultimately led me to write this review.On the second night, after the ongoing issues with the bartender, Chief Waiter Cadnan approached me and offered a sincere apology, assuring me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue. From the first to the last day of my stay, the rest of the staff at the main bar were friendly and accommodating. Even on that unpleasant second night, another waiter—whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember—made a significant effort to improve our experience.The next day, F&B Manager Sinan met with us during lunch. He extended a heartfelt apology and reassured us that the hotel and its management are committed to providing the best service to guests, especially when issues arise. The bartender also came over to offer a polite apology.I was genuinely impressed by how the hotel addressed our concerns. Despite the size of the hotel, Chief Waiter Cadnan and F&B Manager Sinan didn't overlook our discomfort. Instead, they made every effort to ensure our remaining six days were filled with attentive and kind service. Their dedication turned our experience around.Additionally, I’d like to extend my gratitude to the head chef. Due to our tight schedule, we had to leave for the airport early and missed the chance to have a proper meal before heading back to the UK. Knowing this, the chef kindly prepared packed meals for us. This gesture was especially meaningful as I had a long journey back to Bristol from London, and there wasn’t any time to buy food on the way. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable and comfortable.Lastly... Although I can't remember all their names to include in this review, I express deep gratitude to the many staff members whose kindness made me want to visit Aria Resort & Spa Hotel again. If you enjoy drinks, Aria Resort & Spa Hotel is a must. The beer, wine, and cocktails were all top-notch. It was truly the best. Thank you for reading this lengthy review.

Had an excellent week at Aria with my husband and baby son. The staff are so fantastic with babies and could not do more to accommodate us every day. A beautiful hotel with lovely food. One very minor downside is the transfer time from Antalya Airport which is almost 2 hours but don't let that put you off, it's worth the extra trek!

We stayed at this hotel 7 days, it was amazing, the room is very clean, the lady that was cleaning she really knew how to do her job, she came every day to clean and change everything in the bathroom, which I really loved. The food was very tasty, me and boyfriend really loved it, the “a la carte” restaurant amazing I have nothing to complain about , the people are so nice all of them, speak very nice with you.

It was my first time being in Turkiye with my family and Aria Hotels made our stay memorable and pleasurable.When we checked in, Berkan and Okan helped with the check in and Luggage assistance. When we got to the room, we were taken back by how spacious the family room was.We had an all inclusive package, which was worth it. The food choices were excellent and drinks were available all day.Special mention to Ksenia from the entertainment team, who was very lovely and welcoming. Yasin from the dining team was great as well.I would definitely recommend Aria Spa and Resorts for your stay.I stayed in room 2401

Everything was amazing, the rooms, the service, the view. I can say, it was the best vacation of my life. i would totally recommend it.

Excellent hotel that knows hot to impress guests! We had a fantastic family holiday at Aria. Rooms were very clean and amenities well looked after. All members of staff are amazing and really know how to entertain and are excellent at communicating. There is plenty of activities during the day and fantastic night entertainment show. Food is very good too, plenty of options for vegetarian guests.Overall excellent value for money and definitely worth visiting. Thank you Aria Resort Spa for making our holiday perfect 😊

A hotel where the pictures definitely don't give it justice. A week here and we just didn't want to leave. Staff were great especially Vlkn the entertainment manager. Beach was so peaceful and calm and never once did me or my partner worry about sunbeds. Food was great and had variety especially the Turkish restaurant. Drinks were all good aswell. All in all would go back again.

We arrived at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. The concierge and reception service were fantastic. I travel with a nearly 2-year-old and an 8-year-old with special needs.There were a few things that were raised up with guest services (Gulay)whom immediately fixed those concerns and was very hospitable.The hotel is very beautiful and based in a fantastic location as everything is very close.The pool staff are amazing and incredibly safety conscious. They were also fantastic with my son who has special needs.Pros* Great kids staff at the kids pool* Very health and safety conscious around the pool* Very helpful and friendly reception staff* Fantastic location!!!!* Good food options and good quality food* Good entertainment in the evenings* Food and drinks are provided throughout the day and night.Cons*Not many, even if I had concerns, they were eradicated by the guest services immediately.Thank you to the Aria for a wonderful stay and a wonderful experience.

Aria has met all our expectations and more! We had a great holiday thank to the hotel’s staff. Everyone is so polite, caring and very professional. Service was exceptional!I would like to personally thank Samet who works at the restaurant for taking so good care of us. We were always trying to sit on his “section” because he’s service always made our day and we felt very special. I was watching him serving other people and it was obvious that he treated every single customer with the same respect and care. Very professional, always a smile on his face even though there were many customers to serve. Bravo! This guy should definitely get a promotion!Food at the restaurant was really good and fresh. Lots of choices and never the same. Very impressive. Some of the nights there was an amazing violinist playing while we were eating and it made our dinners even more special. His music is so beautiful!We also had a chance to eat dinner at the “fish” restaurant and again it was absolutely perfect. Delicious food and excellent service.Aria hotel has changed my whole opinion about holidays in Turkey. We will definitely come back next summer because we absolutely loved it. Couldn’t be better! Rooms are so nice, fresh and clean( huge thanks to housekeeping for doing an amazing job)The beach is so clean with soft sand under your feet, lots of sunbeds and nice snack bar.Thank you Aria this fantastic experience! Fantastic resort, even though we were in Block B (may be across the road, but accessed through a very wide, well decorated underground passage) , everything about the resort is first class. We were All-Inclusive, and the food could get a bit samey, but the quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, on the beach with its own pier, with plenty of sunbeds. The putting of towels on sunbeds is not supposed to happen, but does. Just join in and have a fantastic time. The whole family had a great time.

10 amazing days with aria Resort and Spa!Cannot fault the service and staff, from themoment we walked in. The room was lovelyand the sea view is great, highly recommendFood every day was delicious, thank you to allthe cooks, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.The cleanliness was always a priority, whichis great to see, from the rooms to occupiedspaces and pools. Everyone works hard foreach person staying, whether you're a familyor a couple or a lone traveller. The themednights are great entertainment and time todress up! We will definitely be back!Upon checking out, they also gave us acomplementary stay for an hour over checkout time, which was highly appreciated. Iwould recommend using the spa in the hoteland doing the scuba diving offered on thebeach!My only negative is not enough deck chairsaround main pool, and people reserving withtowels, we're not fussy but saw quite a fewpeople disappointed as they're was no wereto sit and the pool was practically empty butall chairs taken with a towel.Thank you to all at aria for our lovely stay! Me and my daughter stayed there for 9 days. We were very pleased with the hotel. Despite the weather not being kind to us :), we felt like at home. The room was very nice. The views from the hotel amazing. All staff were doing brilliant job and they were always there for us. The only thing I would recommend -is to warm up the water in the indoors swimming pool and the makeover of the gym but this is only in case when the weather is bad and also ice creams should be available by the beach all day for the kids :).But definitely I would like to revisit. Greetings for all the staff working there as you guys make the hotel a wonderful place to be at.
