Day 1️⃣: Departure Sofia - Nevsehir, Cappadocia
Departure from Sofia to Nevsehir on a direct charter flight. Landing at Nevsehir airport. Meeting by a representative of the partner company and transfer to Cappadocia. Additional excursion to the Uchisar Kalesi fortress and Avanos as a bonus from the agency. Uchisar is a small town located at the highest point in Cappadocia, 5 km from Goreme and 7 km from Nevsehir. At the top stands Uchisar Castle, offering an incredible view of the surrounding area with its numerous rock dwellings. Many of them are inaccessible and cannot be visited. The castle also contains rock churches - perhaps due to its proximity to Goreme. At the top of the castle there are also Byzantine tombs, but they have been destroyed and looted by treasure hunters. Some of the picturesque valleys through which you can reach Goreme are the Pigeon Valley and the Love Valley. Transfer to the hotel and dinner if included in the price. Overnight stay.
Day 2️⃣: Cappadocia - Breakfast. Free time or an opportunity for an additional excursion to the famous pilgrimage site of Goreme at an extra charge. The place is renowned for its uniquely beautiful cave settlements, homes carved into the rocks and entire palaces - a monument under UNESCO protection. You will be amazed by the living rooms and bedrooms, monasteries and churches carved out of stone. You will also see shrines of Orthodox Byzantium: the school of the holy apostle Paul, wall images of Orthodox saints, and Biblical scenes in ancient frescoes. You will visit the Pasa Baglari valley - a natural phenomenon with "fairy-tale" rock chimneys rising to a height of 30-40 m and a training centre for monks. At the end, you will visit a carpet-making workshop typical of the region. We will show you all the stages of production and you will have the opportunity to buy one of the unique creations. Also, if you wish, you will be offered a panoramic hot air balloon flight over the fairy-tale landscape of Cappadocia at an extra charge. You will be able to admire the unmatched beauty of this place from a bird's-eye view. In the evening, you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to take part in an amazing Cappadocian evening, where you can enjoy local folklore and interesting dances at an extra charge, with drinks and a programme included. Day 3️⃣: Cappadocia - After breakfast, an opportunity for an additional excursion to the underground city of Kaymakli, Urgup, Ortahisar and Mustafapasa at an extra charge, with drinks and a programme included. You will depart for one of the underground cities. There, entirely underground, dozens of kilometres of galleries have been dug - striking chambers built as far back as 4000 years ago by the Hittites, sometimes reaching 20 storeys down into the depths of the earth. They served for everything a city needs - water reservoirs, grain storehouses, mills, stables, and living quarters. According to some historians, up to 80 thousand inhabitants lived in the Cappadocian rock monasteries and underground cities. Especially for you, there will be an opportunity for an additional "Sema" excursion - in the evening you can enjoy a mystical ceremony called the "whirling dervishes", with a hypnotic prayer and divine service, in one of the fairy-tale caravanserais at an extra charge. You will also be given the opportunity to browse shops selling leather goods and jewellery. Return to the hotel. Dinner if included in the price and overnight stay.

- Advance payment of a 30% deposit per person when making a reservation;
- Final payment due up to 30 days before the departure date;
Required details for all travelers:
- Full name in Cyrillic and Latin letters as per international passport or ID card;
- Personal identification number (EGN);
- Date of birth;
- Number and validity of identity document;
- A valid international passport or ID card, valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from the trip;
- For children under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent – a valid international passport + a notarized declaration from both parents consenting to their child traveling abroad, including the notary's telephone number. The original declaration and 2 copies must be carried during the holiday / excursion. If these conditions are not met, the tour operator bears no responsibility and all inconveniences and damages arising from this are at the expense of those affected;
- The deadline by which the customer may withdraw from the contract (cancellation) without owing a penalty is up to 60 days before the travel date;
- For cancellations from 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the penalty equals the required deposit, in accordance with the terms of the specific program, but no less than 30% of the price of the trip;
- If the cancellation is made 30 or fewer days before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the price of the trip;
- For any change to a reservation (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, made through the customer's fault, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged;
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELERS
- A price change is possible in the event of: changes in transport costs /fuel/, airport, port and other fees; a change of more than 3% in the exchange rate between the date of signing the contract and the departure; unforeseen price increases by our partners, as well as in other objectively unavoidable cases. The exchange rate used for calculating the program is EUR/USD 1=1.
- Due to constantly changing fuel prices, airlines may charge a so-called fuel surcharge. In such a case, the tour operator reserves the right to change the price of the trip by the actual amount of the fuel surcharge, and it will be payable for all reservations for the flights to which it applies, regardless of when they were made. Fuel prices in the program are calculated with parameters of $1000/ton and 1 euro = 1 dollar. If fuel prices change, a fuel surcharge may be applied. This surcharge must be announced by the tour operator and paid by the customer no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- The airline reserves the right to change departure and arrival times, of which the tour operator will inform passengers in due time.
- The tour operator is NOT responsible for changes in museum fees and museum opening hours. The fees listed are according to the information published on the websites of the listed tourist sites. Changes may occur. The tour operator reserves the right to change the order in which the program is carried out for reasons beyond the operator's control and bears no responsibility for tourists refused entry by the respective border authorities.
- Children under 18 traveling without their parents or with only one of them must have the original and a photocopy of a notarized declaration stating that both parents, or the non-traveling parent, consent to the child traveling abroad. If the child is traveling with both parents but they have different surnames, the child's birth certificate and a copy of it must be provided. The documents will serve before the Bulgarian border authorities.
Foreign nationals who have entered the Republic of Bulgaria with their own transport /car/ may not leave the country's borders by another means of transport.
