• Air ticket with a direct charter flight from Sofia / Varna / Burgas / Plovdiv to Antalya and back, with airport taxes included;
• Hand luggage up to 7 kg and checked luggage up to 20 kg;

• Medical insurance "Assistance for Travel Abroad" with the insurance company Groupama, with coverage of €10,000 and assistance (the insurance coverage for all persons over 70 is €5,000);

• "Trip Cancellation" insurance - the surcharge depends on the price of the purchased package and the cancellation period. We offer the option of adding it on the day the contract is signed, in accordance with the terms of the insurance company “Allianz”;

• Health insurance surcharge for persons over 76 – 29€;
• Fuel surcharge – announced 21 days before the flight (if imposed by the airline);

• Advance payment of a 30% deposit per person when making a reservation;
• Final payment due up to 30 days before the departure date;

Required details for all travellers:

• Full name in Cyrillic and Latin letters as per international passport or ID card;
• Personal identification number (EGN);
• Date of birth;
• Number and validity of the identity document;

• A valid international passport or ID card with a validity of no less than 6 months from the date of return from the trip;
• For children under 18 travelling alone or with one parent – a valid international passport + a notarised declaration from both parents stating that they consent to their child travelling abroad, including the notary's telephone number. The original declaration and 2 copies must be carried during the holiday / excursion. If these conditions are not met, the tour operator bears no responsibility, and all inconveniences and damages arising from this are at the expense of those affected;
• The deadline by which the customer may cancel the contract (cancellation) without owing a penalty is up to 60 days before the travel date;
• For cancellations made 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the penalty equals the required deposit, in accordance with the terms of the specific programme, but no less than 30% of the trip price;
• If the cancellation is made 30 or fewer days before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the trip price;
• For each change to a reservation (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, made through the customer's fault, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged;

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS
- A price change is possible in the event of: changes in transport costs /fuel/, airport, port and other fees; a change of more than 3% in the exchange rate in the period between the date of signing the contract and the departure; an unforeseen price increase by our partners, as well as in other objectively necessary cases. The exchange rate used for calculating the programme is EUR/USD 1=1.
- Due to constantly changing fuel prices, airlines may charge a so-called fuel surcharge. In such a case, the tour operator reserves the right to change the trip price by the actual amount of the fuel surcharge, and it will be payable for all reservations for the flight for which it is charged, regardless of when they were made. Fuel prices in the programme are calculated with parameters of $1000/tonne and 1 euro = 1 dollar. If fuel prices change, a fuel surcharge may be applied. This surcharge must be announced by the tour operator and paid by the customer no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- The airline reserves the right to change departure and arrival times, of which the tour operator will inform passengers in a timely manner.
- The tour operator is NOT responsible for changes to museum fees and museum opening hours. The listed fees are according to the information published on the websites of the respective tourist sites. Changes may occur. The tour operator reserves the right to change the order of the programme's implementation for reasons beyond the operator's control and bears no responsibility for tourists refused entry by the respective border authorities.
- Children under 18 travelling without their parents or with only one of them must have the original and a photocopy of a notarised declaration stating that both parents or the non-travelling parent consent to the child going abroad. If the child travels with both parents but they have different surnames, the child's birth certificate and a copy of it must be provided. The documents will be presented to the Bulgarian border authorities.
Foreign nationals who have entered the Republic of Bulgaria with their own transport /car/ may not leave the country's borders with another type of transport.
