Built in 2005, the resort covers an impressive area of 64,000 square meters and was last renovated in 2020. A deluxe building was added in 2013, further enhancing the overall experience.
With a total of 728 rooms, distributed across seven 4-storey blocks in the Main Building and four 5-storey blocks in the Deluxe Building, the hotel offers elegant and comfortable accommodation. All rooms are equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms in the Deluxe Building feature modern showers, while those in the Main Building are fitted with bathtubs.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities, including 2 main restaurants, 6 à la carte restaurants offering diverse cuisines, 8 bars (three of which operate 24 hours), a patisserie, a nightclub, and numerous amenities such as swimming pools, a spa center, fitness facilities, shops, and a medical service. Daytime activities include sports and entertainment such as table tennis, water gymnastics, and beach volleyball, while evenings are filled with live shows and entertainment programs.
Dining is based on a rich Ultra All Inclusive concept, featuring buffet meals throughout the day, snacks, and unlimited local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The hotel’s beach stretches 300 meters in length and 100 meters in width, offering free use of umbrellas, sunbeds, and mattresses for maximum comfort.
The offer includes:
- number of nights according to the client's preferences in the selected room type on the respective meal plan offered by the hotel
The offer does not include:
- Medical insurance
- Personal expenses
- Optional additional excursions
Booking conditions:
- payment of 30% of the total amount within 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email;
- payment of the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the check-in date of the booking, unless another deadline is specified;
- payment is made in Bulgarian leva online by card or by bank transfer to the Tour Operator's account.
Cancellation and booking change policy:
In case of cancellation of a booking and termination of the Contract by the Consumer, the Tour Operator retains the following penalties:
- Up to 3 days after confirmation of the booking by email – no fee.
- Up to 45 days before the start date of the booking – a booking fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN per adult deducted from the deposit, while the remainder of the paid deposit is credited as bonus points in the Relaxo+ Loyalty Program for future trips.
- From 59 to 31 days before the start date of the trip – 30% of the total value of the booking.
- Less than 30 days before the start date of the trip – 100% of the total value of the booking.
- For each change to a booking (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, due to the consumer's fault, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged.
- If the Consumer fails to show up on the day of the booked holiday/excursion, they are not entitled to claim a refund of all or part of the amount paid.
