• Tourist/city tax: Payable by all tourists at the hotel reception without exception. 
• Per night for 3* hotels - 5 €  per room; 
• Per night for 4* hotels - 10 €  per room; 
• Per night for 5* hotels - 15 €  per room;

• Advance payment of a 30% deposit per person when making a reservation;
• Final payment due up to 30 days before the departure date;

Required details for all travellers:

• Full name in Cyrillic and Latin letters as per international passport or ID card;
• Personal identification number (EGN);
• Date of birth;
• Number and validity of the identity document;

• A valid international passport or ID card, valid for no less than 6 months from the return date of the trip;
• For children under 18 travelling alone or with only one parent – a valid international passport + a notarised declaration from both parents consenting to their child travelling abroad, including the notary's telephone number. The original declaration and 2 copies must be carried during the holiday / excursion. If these conditions are not met, the tour operator bears no responsibility and all inconveniences and damages arising from this are at the expense of those affected;
• The deadline by which the customer may withdraw from the contract (cancellation) without owing a penalty is up to 60 days before the travel date;
• For cancellations from 59 to 31 days before the departure date, the penalty equals the required deposit, in accordance with the conditions of the specific programme, but no less than 30% of the price of the trip;
• If the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the price of the trip;
• For every change to a reservation (hotel, tourist name, date, room type) after its confirmation, caused by the customer, a fee of 25.56 € | 50 BGN is charged;

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS
- A price change is possible in the event of: changes in transport costs /fuel/, airport, port and other charges; a change of more than 3% in the exchange rate in the period between the date of signing the contract and departure; an unforeseen price increase by our partners, as well as in other objectively unavoidable cases. The exchange rate used to calculate the programme is EUR/USD 1=1.
- Due to constantly changing fuel prices, airlines may impose a so-called fuel surcharge. In such a case, the tour operator reserves the right to change the price of the trip by the actual amount of the fuel surcharge, and it will be payable for all flight reservations to which it applies, regardless of when they were made. Fuel prices in the programme in Sofia and Marrakech are calculated with parameters of $850/tonne and 1 euro = 1 dollar. If fuel prices change, a fuel surcharge may be applied. This surcharge must be announced by the tour operator and paid by the customer no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- The airline reserves the right to change take-off and landing times, of which the tour operator will inform passengers in due time.
- The tour operator is NOT responsible for changes in museum fees and museum opening hours. The fees indicated are based on the information published on the websites of the tourist sites mentioned. Changes may occur. The tour operator reserves the right to change the order of execution of the programme for reasons beyond its control and bears no responsibility for tourists refused entry by the respective border authorities.
- Foreign nationals who have entered the Republic of Bulgaria with their own transport /passenger car/ may not leave the country's borders by another means of transport.
- For children under 18 travelling without their parents or with only one of them, an original and a photocopy of a notarised declaration must be carried, stating that both parents or the non-travelling parent consent to the child travelling abroad. If the child is travelling with both parents but they have different surnames, the child's birth certificate and a copy of it must be provided. These documents will be presented to the Bulgarian border authorities.
