the megasaray resort side hotel is a part of from heaven, a very beautiful hotel, good price, surrounded by beautiful trees, very high quality and variety of food, good drinks, good animation and entertainment group, all kind and smiling staff who are very working for the making passengers to happy. Perfectly located, 5 min walk from the hotel are buses for 1 euro to: Side (old town) and Manawgat (waterfall) - „must see”.The hotel staff is empathetic and friendly, they are always ready to answer questions.I really love this place.Interior is elegant and modern, garden and the area around the hotel are green, clean and well-kept.I definitely recommend!

Do not go to this hotel they will torture you with live music. They have a singer that sings like a donkey in labour.We stayed at the hotel across the street and it was a horrific experience to hear that lady singing.

Megasaray Resort Side is MEGA 🤩 Thank all team for great holiday!!! Beautiful garden and space around (we had room view on lake&mountains), good rooms, sandy clean beach, many additonal atractions (like foam party on the pool or disco on a beach) and amazing food. Very nice and engagement staff. We have only one suggestion for improvment - hammocks in the garden - such beautiful surroundings are worth relaxing. 🥰

We stayed in early September, having stayed before in the other hotel. And the difference is dramatic!There are no tiding services in the room, not until you ask at least three timesBarely no light in the shower and they don't provide you with bar soap, although we specifically asked for this. Rooms look way older than a 5-star hotel should have.And the most stressing thing about the lavatory: they have this kind of kids on the toilet that always tend to close themselves. No matter how hard you try.Guests are mostly elderly Russians so it means, there is no way one can get into the elevators. And if you have a baby carriage you would have to wait a lot of time to get into oneThe towels for the seashore are provided in a basement that is called a spa. And the elevator doesn't go there as well.The shore is not properly taken care of. The staff don't care about the sunbeds at allThe child's playground and playroom doesn't have a toilet. And the nearest is at the restaurant.Food options are fine, at least that's the only thing that is satisfying.Would not recommend this nightmare to anyone

Very good hotel...recommend to everyone...Everyone is very nice and friendly, nothing is a problem...they make excellent drinks in all the bars...wide and quiet beach, excellent food almost continuously..Magical place !

The private beach at the hotel was nice and I think was the highlight of the trip. The food and entertainment was good. However there is poor gym facilities and no free wifi at the hotel, if this is something you’re looking for when coming to a hotel. In terms of the rooms, it could with some renovation, there was very poor lighting in the room, with only two bedside lamps to light up the room, the air-con was very old, the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up, so when sitting down on the toilet it would hit your back! the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, which was frustrating. Also no shampoo or anything in the rooms. Overall was a decent stay, but wouldn’t say it was a 5 star stay.

First off, don't stay here if you don't speak Russian or German. Only a handful of the staff speak English and it's very much basic English. We had to move rooms after one night due to them overbooking. The area it's in is lovely but other than a handful of shops there isn't much else to do. The animation team other than the manager didn't speak English and seemed scared to even try to get us involved in the activities. They only seemed to be interested in getting Russian ladies involved. The WiFi is awful and you have to pay to use it other than in the hotel lobby or it's 14 euro for a week anywhere else and it's still awful. The drinks are okay but had trouble on multiple occasions trying to order in English. The rooms are okay but they are definitely not maintained at all. The beach area they have is lovely and only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Quite frankly the food is awful. I had food poisoning from eating there on my last day which sums up this hotel really. It's very much the same food over and over again. If your only using this hotel to sleep each night then it may be okay but to eat at and use there facilities I would recommend looking elsewhere as I may suspect that there is alot better elsewhere.

Very good hotel with nice and kind staff. Food is amazing and different you can eat what you want. Pools are clean. If you need any help all guys can help you. No issues with anything. Nearby beach with tasty food and comfortable sunbeds. One small remark staff should be more communicate in English. Finally give 5 stars as this place was very good for 6 days marriage trip.
