    Офертата включва:
    - брой нощувки според предпочитанията на клиента в избраното помещение на съответната база на изхранване предлагана от хотела

    - Разходи от личен характер

    Условия по резервация:     
    - плащане на 30% от цялата сума до 3 дни след потвърждение на резервацията по имейл;  
    - доплащане на остатъка от сумата до 20 дни преди датата на настаняване в резервацията, освен ако не е упоменат друг срок;
    - плащането се извършва в български левове онлайн с карта или по банков път на сметката на Туроператора.

    Политика за анулации и промени по резервация:
    В случай на отказ от резервация и прекратяване на Договора от страна на Потребителя, Туроператорът задържа следните неустойки:

    -  До 3 дни след потвърждение на резервацията по имейл – без такса.
    -  До 45 дни преди началната дата на резервацията – такса резервация в размер на 50 лв. на възрастен удържана от депозита, а остатъка от платения депозит се зарежда като бонус точки в Програмата за Лоялност Relaxo
    + за следващи пътувания.
    - От 44 до 21 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 30% от общата стойност на резервацията.
    - От 20 до 14 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 50% от общата стойност на резервацията.
    - По-малко от 14 дни преди началната дата на пътуването – 100% от общата стойност на резервацията.
    - За всяка една промяна по резервация (хотел, име на турист, дата, вид помещение) след потвърждението й, по вина на потребителя, се удържа такса в размер на 50 лв.
    - В случай че Потребителят не се яви в деня на направената резервация за своята почивка/екскурзия, не може да има претенции за връщане на цялата или част от заплатената сума.

    Short Story:Disappointed..The worst service ever! If you care about hospitality and good customer service, then this is not the right place for you. unhygienic rooms and disrespectful staff members. Staff members walk away if you ask for assistanceLong Story:My family and I stayed here for four nights, traveling long distances to relax and enjoy our vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were treated without any respect—no smiles and no welcoming attitude at all. The service in the pool, lobby, and restaurant was extremely bad, and we were treated poorly.While I understand that they take pride in their language, it wouldn't hurt to learn some English. Almost none of the staff speaks English.Room cleaning was a disaster; they barely changed the towels and bedsheets, and the floor was always dirty.For any request, you have to call the guest relations number, but they never answered. I was dying to make any request.Cats are all over the restaurant. While I understand that this country admires cats and I don't hate them, my wife has a phobia of cats. She couldn't eat at the restaurant at all, and from a hygiene perspective, this is unacceptable.The good things:The pool is huge and clean. The kids' activities are nice. The food is good, though not exceptional.Unfortunately, will not come again, and will not recommend this place to anyone.
    READ BEFORE BOOKING!I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family we were total of 11 and a wish I left sooner!Reasons:First of all, we arrived around 1 AM with 3 KIDS! It took them more than 45 minutes to check us in! And more than that, they mixed up the rooms (I booked 4 room) all the booking with them was wrong! Once we received our keys, they sent us to our rooms ( 10 minutes walking) with no instructions of the resort or any way to reach them!1- NO ONE speaks English, I understand they love their language but for a resort that expects expats, they should know how to speak any other language.2- throughout my stay I keep asking if any of the food contains nuts (my daughter is severely allergic) their answer was (I DONT KNOW) how do you not know if the food you made contains any nuts!3- the rudeness of the staff is BEYOND! No one is helpful.4- food is repetitive5- we stayed at the “wonder rooms” and it’s about 10 minutes walking from the reception. I asked if I can use a gulf cart, they informed me that it’s only for check in and check out. Upon check out I asked for a gulf car they said NO!!5- unfortunately we didn’t enjoy all the activities because no one informed us of what is available. For example ( the was a kids food area like an buffet for kids, I didn’t know about it until the very last day)6- when we told them to get us our bags because we are leaving, they said you go get them, I go to a room “unattended” and it full of bags! And the guy at the reception tells me you go call the bell boy!The facilities are nice, not gonna lie, but for the price it would be better to book at “land of legends “ you’ll get a better experience there.
    Party or 7 checking out today had a great time would definitely recommend we have personally enjoyed the food especially chinese and lunches at beach the carat la carte one of best meals ever had service and food etc decor around hotel fabulous, smells fresh everywhere and really clean. Aysegul our room cleaner very friendly room spotless all staff hard working. Only negative is night entertainment after show could be better for families with children most nights nothing else on and bit confusing what show is on each night as posters not changed maybe an app for guests would be better. Thanks for a great holiday we will definitely recommend to friends and family!
    Kids club was amazing especially Humay! From the start to the end of our trip she was so kind and helpful .We have 4 kids and this was ideal for us and we made the most out of it. The resort itself was amazing! One of the best I have visited in year 5* service and facilities, I will definitely visit again and highly recommend
    If you have a child under 18 there is no point to book this hotel... They have there own rules in regards water slides, even if the manufacturer instructions state clearly that the main restriction is the hight they insist that you need to be 18 to ride.But if a guest is less then 1.5 meters and under 50 kg they can go . But a kid that is same as that adult no !I will be back with more pictures and more comments in regards the hotel
    Please !!!!AVOID!!!! this hotel at all costs!!! Over 30 young babies, children and adults have been seriously unwell due to contaminated and unclean pool water and whatever else they aren’t maintaining!! Babies & children ending up hospitalised due to swelling on the brain and another baby with possible kidney issues due to the viruses they have caught in this hotel!! Maybe looks the part and ticks all the boxes looks wise but they ARE NOT interested in the health of any of the customers. Multiple families trying to get justice for their sick children and getting told the manager is too busy to speak with them, also trip advisor reviews and instagram comments getting removed as soon as any of this is mentioned, they are blocking any account that tells the truth about their experience here!! The customer relations department are begging people in the halls to leave 5* reviews and are even swaying customers with free alcohol etc to leave a good review! Stay clear of this place unless you want your self or your kids to become potentially life threateningly unwell and the hotel to say your a liar and escort you away!!!
    PLEASE READ.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.children in my family have been hospitalised for weeks and family have had to pay out absolutely thousands of pounds in treatment in hospitals due to this hotels pool water.DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO THROUGH LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL, THEY DONT CARE. when the safety and regulations are not paramount at this hotel.the management is DISGUSTING and they take NO ACCOUNTABILITY.please book elsewhere and save your hard earned money.absolute disgrace, your lives will be turned upside down and money wasted going here.NOT ONLY THAT, The managers and reps run around the hotel asking people for good reviews to HIDE what is really going on here.the pools are contaminated and hundreds of people online have been in the same situation as our family. PLEASE TAKE IT FROM US.DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
    Hotel itself is lovely, but that’s when cracks start to appear. A guest we have made friends with during our stay is distraught as her baby has become unwell and hospitalised from the pool water. Management are refusing to speak to her. Meanwhile staff around the resort encourage other guests to leave positive reviews. The food selection itself is also not worthy of 5* status, and clearly neither is the service. Look elsewhere.
    Just came back from a family of twelve holiday.Can not fault the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite. Hotel is huge, swimming pools are clean. Great water activities for the kids. Adult entertainment was so so, if you like bingo you will get badgered about 15 times throughout the day to buy bingo tickets, which gets annoying when you are trying to relax.The hotel shops, are very over priced especially for water floats for the kids ( for a inflatable shark 94 euro ) so i would really recommend taking your own floats.Food, is very repetitive it gets very boring after a few days. The beech food is much better, and the waiter service is excellent.Overall, other than the food being same old, and shops being very over priced, hotel is well worth the money. Kids will love it.
    We went for 6 nights at this supposedly luxury hotel which boasts 5*. Reception staff were not accommodating nor welcoming. Any complaints or concerns we had, were disregarded and dismissed. Staff walked away when speaking with them if they did not like what was being said. Very unprofessional. My child got food poisoning, he had both vomiting and diarrhoea, when trying to call reception to ask for housekeeping for clean sheets, they huffed and puffed on the phone as though it was not their concern.Room were not cleaned to the standards the hotel boasts about, the cleaners did not clean the tables, nor did they clean the balcony or bathrooms properly. We went for two days without toilet roll until we had to ask for it. When checked into the room, there was a used loofah which had hair in it left in the shower, there was also hair in the supposedly clean dressing gowns that were put out. Tried to explain this to the cleaners who just looked at me like they couldn’t be bothered. They put dirty sheets on the bed, and when asked them to change, they walked into the bedroom even though I had locked the door from the inside as I was taking a shower. That is very disrespectful. There was medication accidentally knocked over by us in the room, which was not cleaned up. It was still all over the draws and sides, there was a sticky patch on the floor where they should’ve cleaned.In the kids club, staff had their phones lying around with children playing.Food was unsatisfactory, some of the food was off, not much of variety in the menu. When dishes were broken in the restaurant, staff took a long time to have them safely picked up and the floor cleaned, even though there was children walking around. There was spillages everywhere and staff were so blasé about everything. Most of the staff would have faces on and would be muttering under their breath when asking for something from them.Requested a late check out due to the fact that my son was up all night crying and vomiting but staff were extremely rude and did not want to talk to me, advised to go to guest relations instead. Spoke with a staff from guest relations who made a note of all the rooms we had booked, and who had the food poisoning. She then proceeded to go to her shift manager who sat their whilst we explained our concerns from the whole week and said we have made a note of everything, yet she was sat there with neither a pen or paper or typed anything on the computer and got very angry at us for her not being accommodating.
    Visited this hotel this week and left a day early due to poor service, unhygienic rooms and disrespectful staff members. Avoid this place unless you wish to share your seat with local cats and filthy rooms. Fridge never worked in our room, daily clean was never carried out properly and reception staff members walk away if you ask for assistance. Your guides in the hotel manage to get your details and will hound you to purchase tourist trips with an aggressive hard sale. On the positive side Ali (waiter) was a great guy always made sure me and my family had a smile on our face. Realistically a 3* hotel as the food did also taste processed.
    My girlfriend surprised me on a weeks holiday for my birthday at this resort and it was the absolute best thing and nicest gift. Anyone could ever have given me. It would truly stay in my mind forever as the food was amazing. You get fed four times a day by an amazing buffet and food constantly being available at poolside. Our room was absolutely amazing as we stayed in the Maldives huts and even though we were in Turkey, it generally felt like it was in the Maldives. The staff were amazing. They hosted us so warmly, and there was a waitress in the shift with ginger Freezy hair that I will never forget because she was so funny and honestly had the best customer service I had ever received on the trip. I will 100% be coming back here and I recommend it to every single person that has a family and kids as it is so kid friendly as an adult. It makes you wanna be a kid again. the best resort in the world
    We spent 10 days there, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, the staff incredibly helpful, and there were plenty of attractions for kids. Nurhan, Ayca, and Alev, the three bartenders (ladies) at the lobby bar, were fantastic. They were extremely helpful, always smiling, and provided excellent service, they make the best drinks in the whole hotel!…no question about this… highly recommend seeking them out when you visit the hotel.
    I recently stayed at Granada for a seven-night holiday, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite disregarding negative reviews about noise beforehand, it turned out to be a major issue throughout my stay. The incessant disruptions from neighboring rooms, especially during late hours, made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The constant parade of inebriated individuals knocking on doors between 3 to 4 am was particularly bothersome, and even whispers from adjacent rooms were audible.I attempted to mitigate the noise problem by changing rooms twice, but to no avail. It seems that the entire building is plagued by this issue, rendering it unavoidable. Additionally, I found the behavior of the bar staff to be quite rude, further dampening the overall experience.While the food was passable, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the menu, which remained the same every day. Moreover, the bar lacked any semblance of diversity, offering only a single type of vodka and whiskey, which seemed subpar.In conclusion, my stay at granada was marred by persistent noise disturbances and limited options in both dining and beverage selections. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
    What a great experience!!!For 10 days out of pick time(21-31 March), we had a lot of activities, especially for kids. Our children enjoyed the kids club's activities(especially the disco 😁) Water park and sports activities which were all day around.The food is amazing (additionally there were two snack bars outside the hotel) few bars around the hotel space. Special cocktails from Mevlut.An incredible mood in a hotel brings a pianist! Every evening we were listening Life Piano. Kenon doesn't play music he lives in each sound it was so emotional!!Amazing DJ Ali. Even though we were so tired by the end of the day Our legs went for a dance each night. He feels an audience and knows how to hold an audience on the dance pole.Performances each night at the big hall were spectacular!I love to say that the staff are very kind and very quick serving. The hotel looks spotless, each room is very clean.The indoor pool is big. Sauna and bath area look beautiful and a lot of space for rest. We paid additionally for Turkish baths and massage services. Amazing!!! After the massage, my six-year daughter said ‘ This is even better than I expected ( even when she was snoring for half of the massage time 😁)We are over the moon with experience and can’t imagine what is happening when season time begins on the 1st of April!
    Arrived at the hotel, and was blown away by the aesthetics on the ground floor reception area. My hotel room was surprisingly bog standard, not what I expected for all-inclusive for the price i paid for, but I settled.Now, this is where it gets interesting, the holiday reps will try to get you to spend a lot of money for activities outside the hotel. If they know you're a novice, they will pretty much make up a price. I paid £390 for 4 activities, and none of them included food in that price, and then they will pressure you to buy photos, an extra £40+.On the last day, I had booked a Turkish bath (outside of the hotel), which I weren't able to go to as I was leaving that same morning, but I also found out that same morning that, they have a spa and give Turkish baths in the same hotel for a lesser price than i already paid. I couldn't get a refund... this really annoyed me, as it was one thing I was really looking forward to. But, you live and you learn.Cats everywhere! Especially in the dining area. If you're allergic, stay away. Most staff are nice, and friendly. Swimming pools were not heated and cold everyday. Waterpark in hotel was not open, so had to pay to go to another outside of hotel. Everyone has a rhinoplasty face, but they look at you like an animal in a zoo. (I'm a black woman)All in all, I will not be returning. Too many things spolit my experience. 5star hotel with 3star energy.
    The hotel is one of the best we've ever had the pleasure to stay in.Everything from start to finish was fantastic.Our plane arrived late and we were so hungry, thankfully they do a midnight buffet from 11.30pm. Our room was just simply stunning. A double bed and single for the two of us. Extremely clean and the mini bar stocked daily and room cleaned. Only slight thing I would say, was the hairdryers are awful, not much power in them at all.We struggled a little at first with interpretation when asking questions but most members we spoke to knew a little English to help and translation apps did the rest.The food range was extensive, and all yummy. The main area did have a few cats around but all friendly and really well looked after and we enjoyed their company but they mostly keep to themselves. We had great interactions with Baki the manager. He helped us so much and he sought us out for conversations and told us about local things to do. Such a lovely man, we already miss his smiley face.The indoor pool and spa facilities were beautiful. Consisting of a salt water pool and chlorine. Sauna, steam room, salt room and a Turkish bath area. The also offered a big list of extras such as massages and facials and beauty treatments.On site, several shops, we particularly liked the Turkish delight and chocolate making shop, we brought several boxes. There was also, jewelry, photography, souvenirs, trainers and clothes shops and also a hairdressers.The whole hotel smelt divine. Every time we walked in the aroma was gorgeous.Easy walking distance to Belek, if your mobility is limited, there are taxis outside for €5 into Belek. We enjoyed the market on Saturday. There is an ATM outside the hotel next to the shop.Thank you for a wonderful visit.
    Our stay at Grand Luxury Belek was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, even carrying our luggage. The fantastic breakfast spread was a highlight. Additionally, they efficiently handled booking our activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Five stars for the excellent service and overall hospitality. Highly recommend Granda for a memorable stay !
    It was a great experience. The hotel was wonderful, although it was wintertime, it was still warm within the hotel. The service was good. However, some improvements are worth noting to make it a worthy 5-star hotel, maybe some additional activities like adding a snooker/pool table or some activities opening till late like the swimming pool/gym and games room. I understand that wintertime is slightly different from the summer schedule, but some additional things should be added to those people who don't drink, as the bar and club are the only thing open after 8 pm.The service in room and cleaning is good. However, in one incident that occurred, I believe it should have been handled with more care and attention as it quickly brushed over.The food is excellent and the restaurant staff are very helpful which makes it one of the best things about the hotel. The layout of the hotel is also fantastic too.Overall, I would like to come again maybe slightly earlier than this time frame that I visited.     Best hotel I've stayed in and I've travelled the world quite a bit. Everything is first rate and the food is exemplary there is something for everyone no matter what your diet requirements are. The staff are very friendly, lots for the kids to do with plenty of ice cream to be had and with it being all inclusive we never had to spend a penny once we arrived.The rooms are cleaned everyday, we got a complimentary sparkling bottle on arrival as well which was a nice touch.The pools are many and they are placed throughout the complex and each with food and a bar and although it was October it never seemed busy at all.The private beach away from the hotel by a short courtesy bus ride was also first class as like the hotel everything was kept very clean and the staff first rate.
    An absolute fantastic resort with fantastic service. There was abundance of staff everywhere.. Always cleaning, clearing or helping. The omelette lady in the morning was so Joyful and happy. The food had a great variety and quantity. We didn't have to try any of the alacarte as the buffet restaurant was fab.The slides and the pools were great. My son absolutely loved it. The kiddie pool was adventurous, the playpark was fun and the rides were good for the kids as well.Definite recommendation and will go back if we ever are revisiting the area.
    Just came back from 7 nights holiday in Granada as a family.Firstly would like to address all the negative comments about the hotel. I feel it honestly depends on the person and how you react to things. Personally we loved every minute of our holiday we didn't let the minor things get to us.You need to understand that the hotel is huge ! Therefore, it can happen where the service will lack in certain areas and not all the staff will be happy as they work very hard so just need to be more understandable and patient. So in our experience of travelling Turkey if you choose a big resort most likely service wont be 10/10 as its simply too many people and areas to cover.As for the hotel, you have so many choices ! There is Adult only section (Maldives) and other areas to suit your needs whether you want louder music or peace and quiet.For being such a huge resort we could say its very clean and well looked after with staff constantly working and trying their best.Cocktails was amazing especially in a Lobby bar.Now onto the food - There are many choices and the most enjoyable was the street food with kebabs and pizza! Fruits and vegetables was extremely fresh so its a nice touch. However, there are a lot of room to improve for the main buffet as we felt it was very repetitive and the chicken was extremely dry :(. In addition, we felt like they spent more attention to represent the food rather than invest more passion in the taste.Our daughter enjoyed all the facilities - swimming pools, slides, soft play etc. So its extremely kid-friendly.In addition, would like to say MASSIVE THANK YOU for Esra in kids club. She made us feel very welcome and made sure our Daughter will feel safe and enjoy her time. Therefore, please value these type of staff like Esra as unfortunately not all the staff in Grandy are suitable to work with kids!Many thanks !
