I love this place. This is the second time i come here. Here we play darts, aerobic, zumba, water gym and many more. Chian is the best!🤗🤗🤗 About the hotel, is very clean and the food is amazing. I recommend this hotel with all my heart!❤️

Wonderful place for relaxing vacation time with family. Let’s start with the room - comfortable beds, quite spacious, each room includes a balcony with table and chairs. The humidity in Turkey is high (we had holidays in June), but the hotel staff won’t leave you with wet towels and will replace them everyday for you. Each room has a separate air-conditioning steered with a remote and working sweet 🫠The hotel staff is really helpful, kind and literally at hand, if you would need anything or had any problem. Most of them speak English enough to help you with whatever you need and if they don’t - they will find for you someone else from the hotel staff who does. I must mention Hakan here as well - great guy who can be found at the Guest Relations room in the lobby. He gave us a tour at the hotel, showing and explaining where can we find everything and giving very useful tips. Wonderful guy really and he’s the one, if your needs or questions require more advanced English (his language skills are perfect 👍). True manager type 😊When it comes to food - I’m not even sure if I would be able to list all the restaurants, bars, patisseries, ice-cream corners and all sort of places like that 😉 If you had chosen the all-inclusive option, there’s literally no chance you will find yourself feeling hungry and waiting for the meal time. Of course as long as you decide at some point to leave one of the swimming pools or waterslides 😜 Our kids were particularly happy about the pizzas selection and pastries (yeah, I would wish they go for some more fruits, especially since those served at the hotel are really fresh and delicious, but I guess you can give your kids a little break during the holidays) 😉I can only say that both myself and my wife, just as much as our kids had great time during our stay and it was wonderful vacation, so highly recommend this resort 😊

Food is good specially that they serve gluten free and what ever note u say it they take it in consideration beach is close and there is always shuttle .activities are amazing there was no need to make anything out side the hotel we stayed for 7 days

We would like to thank Mert & Mr. Sahin for their friendly service. We were very well received every evening. The food was not only delicious, it was of very high standards.Our hosts had an eye on everything and spoiled us with all kinds of delicacies and good company.Thanks gentlemen.

Good- rooms were comfortable, large and clean and we mostly slept well. The pool area is nice and has plenty of space. Food options are various, quality is fine, not amazing, but fine. Bakery downstairs is good. Gym is suitable, although sometimes small children were in here, even though it says they're not allowed, which I think is dangerous and can mean that adults cannot workout because children and playing. Service is quick, and entertainment while varying was impressive for the budget of the hotel.Bad - the drinks were undrinkable. I cannot emphasise this enough. The wine, beer, all spirits and cocktails were awful. We didn't drink the week we were there because they were honestly terrible. The staff weren't exactly friendly, often looked unhappy and worked to the bone. You couldn't get a coffee without having to queue while someone else made it for you and staff often couldn't understand basic requests. I also felt that apart from the beach, the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, nowhere to walk or local restaurants or bars to discover. All in all I wouldn't go back or recommend.

We payed £7500.for 7nights got back yesterday we was celebrating a 50th birthday with 9 family members the food was barely warm to eat then when we left the restaurant for the entertainment we was refused entry on our last 2 nights they told us it was a party for the Dutch we felt disappointed we didn't get what we payed for if we had known we couldn't get 7 nights entertainment at the outside bar with our kids we would have booked elsewhere very unhappy 😔 family.. I understand that you have entertainment in other rooms but in the lobby bar with a piano and just a singer not a proper disco and show for the kids they are not not babies .we wanted 7 nights proper shows or we should have been told there is nothing in the hotel telling people about the hotel allowing private parties and we wouldn't be allowed in it was so embarrassing for me and our families we have been to Turkey several times ant to belek and your hotel actions let's you down really bad I have noticed since returning other people are also giving bad reviews regarding there treatment hope you sort it and stop it immediately.

Hotel is on the end of city, soo out of everything. haven't shower working and bad smells at bathroom. Not to clean, hair everywhere. Can't speak simple English with anyone from service, even people from costumer relations desk doesn't speak English. It's my 3rd day and still having working shower, smells.It's a restaurants at hotel to choose but can't book because it's full, but, when U passing it its more of half empty tables.No Internet connection, no phone working- but on reception they sending to book by room phone. ItcTotally disappointed and I'm not fussy person

In general a good hotel - but not a 5 star as mentioned.The food is good, some of the employees are nice and friendly but a lot of them are very annoyed and not happy working there (it seems).The girls on the inline skates at the pool are wonderfull.Also the shows are very good and also for kids there is more than enough to do and see.It's a bit sad that the staff of the kids club is only speaking turkish and russian. I don't expect german at all, but a bit of english would be OK to expect I think.Also my son was coming back to us after a game, and nobody watched where he was, so what would have they done if I would have been at another pool?Rooms are ok but the floor was never cleaned in our week. Also the hair in the bathroom was not removed, the shower head was very old and washing the hair was not really nice.Also one of the pool showers was almost falling down because it was old and broken.All in all - you get what you pay. I think the motto "a bit less but a bit better quality" would summ up our experiance.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. I came to Visit my brother before his wedding to spend some time with him and I paid for a daily entrance fee to use the facility and was very disappointed.The floors were very dirty you couldn’t walk bare foot because of how dirty it was. The tables were never clean always dirty and left over foods were just left on the tables.The food was very cold they were always finished will always have to wait 1 hour for new ones to come. They were all very oily and just uneatable.The daily entrance times are from 10:00 to 17:00 (we found out at the exit no one told us this), at 3:30 they called me to tell me I need to leave in a rude way I told them I was going to my brothers room to shower and get changed because there was no where else for me to. 6 minutes later to be exact they called me again to tell me I need to make way to the exit I repeated what I said again.Then 18 minutes later they called again to tell me I need to leave this time it was in a very rude manner and I told them I’m on my way to the exit now. And then 3 minutes later they called me again swearing at me and being rude again telling me to leave (keep in mind this is all happening before 5:00 which is the exit time) told them I’m there in 30 second and went to them to get my Id back the head of security came and swearing at me telling me I’m an animal not a human telling me to get out being outright cruel so I just left.I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody was disappointed and unhappy and will definitely not be visiting this place again and will tell everyone I know not to either.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!!!Visited this hotel in august as a family of 11, expectations were high as it states it is a five star hotel. On arrival to our bedrooms there were puddles in the room where the air con units were leaking, and even worse some of the rooms had the air con unit above the balcony door, causing a puddle outside which I had already nearly gone over the balcony due to slipping! My mum had a broken kettle in her room which led to her scalding her leg. Key card holders were hanging off the walls, broken cupboards, the lot!The food was a disgrace! If you like chicken nuggets, chips and onion rings for breakfast lunch and dinner then this place is for you. Same food all day every day, breakfast lunch and dinner. I struggled to find a bit of bread for my breakfast to just have toast. We had a dairy and gluten intolerance which the hotel did not understand and could not cater for which is awful due to how common this is now. I have been to 5 turkey hotels which have been amazing and never come across this problem before. On our final day they put out some new fried chicken that we hadn't seen before. We was so excited to see some new food so all helped ourselves to this chicken to find it was boiling hot on the outside, but inside was FROZEN!!! This was then reported to hotel staff which they didn't understand and were not bothered that most of the hotel were eating this chicken at this point. This made 5 of my family members very poorly.There were slip hazards everywhere. Round the children's pool, toilets, children's slides (which were even covered in mould). This was reported on but again, no staff member could understand us and just agreed with us but not do anything about it.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS 2 STAR HOTEL!!!!

Nice hotel if you are not planning to go anywhere to Turkey. Everything is here. My kids enjoyed. We spent most of days by the kids pool. Thanks waiters for looking after us with smile in this hot weather and bringing drinks constantly. We had Mehmet as our waiter. Very kind and polite person. Thank you. Very happy with the service

It was a great vacation for me and my family. The place is clean, the employees are very nice and friendly.You can find food and drinks 24/24. The pools are clean and kid friendly, the water is warm. At the seaside there is a beach bar, the beach is not the best, because there are some rocks and the water level gets deep quite close to the shore. Pay attention because the waves and currents are quite strong. The restaurants are nice with a great variety of dishes, for all the tastes. Kids, and diet included.
