Great customer services, very well run place. rooms are spacious and clean . The best thing is FOOD, variety and taste.
I usually don't complain because I also work in hospitality and I know that it's hard to keep everyone happy but I had the worse experience in this place called hotel.
There is no customer service at all,it's impossible to communicate with the staff as they only speak Turkish or Russian,only the receptionist had some english.
We had 3 rooms booked,5 adults,1 child and 1 baby. The rooms are cleaned every day but the furniture is quite old,the tv is not working and we had plenty bugs and ants everywhere on the beds,floor...I called the receptionist because my 7 months old started in day 2 to have some body rash and they just sprayed the room with an insect spray. Next day my baby started to have high temperature and all her body was with rash. As she was unwell we ask for a taxi on reception to go to hospital,of course that we was ok to pay but the man refuse us,he said that we should find a taxi by ourself because is not on his duty to find car for us. We spend the night in Anatolia Hispital. Regarding the food,it's quite the same every day,some meals with no taste at all.The persons who works in the restaurant are hard workers. Also the miniclub team was really nice with my 3 years old,they had nice mini disco shows in the evening and kids was very happy but again most of the songs are in Russian language. The boys that are working in the evening near the pool bar always was mad and rude when we was asking for drinks.
The location is good,near the beach,clean water and nice sand but I wouldn't recommend or visit again this hotel.
Great hotel I'm really impressed, There is a little zoo here and the kids find it interesting (The animals also get to walk outside of the cage.) The slides here are also very fun and the Life guard does a good job there. The staff is very friendly and they understand English, russian etc. Although I'd recommend using more basic English. The food is great, the rooms are also great and They get cleaned every day. I wish the blankets wouldn't be so thin thought. They have a shop at the hotel and a spa. It's a great place to have fun and relax (:
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days about a week ago with my mother. The room looked great and there was cleaning everyday, and the hotel in general is quite clean and well-maintained. The location is great, as it's right near the beach and it only takes a minute or 2 on foot to get there.
However, the hotel was full of Russians who were very pushy during meal times and they were quite rude. The staff either didn't speak English at all or had poor English, so communication was very difficult. Even in the reception, speaking English was very difficult for them, so it was very hard to talk with them about anything. Everyone expects you to speak Russian there and they were shocked when we asked them to speak in English. It was a huge struggle for them. The attractions and evening shows in the hotel were in Russian, and we couldn't understand what was happening. Me and my mother also experienced vomiting and diarrhoea during our stay, and were very cautious with the food in the hotel after that. I travel with my mother often to different countries, and we've never experienced vomiting or diarrhoea before during our holidays, so it was a first.

It's a good hotel for relaxed family vocation.
Main feature is yellow sendy beach and sea entrance. It's perfect for kids and it was the reason why we've choosen it. There are very little similar quality beaches on the seashore from Kemer to Alanya. We've been about 10 times in Turkey in hotels in a different price range and know to compare.
Free Wi-Fi on whole territory including beach area.
Hotel is clean, room was also clean. Air conditioning working well and maintained without any mould smell.
It is obvious that hotel is not new and furniture and sanitary is worn out a bit but everything is working perfectly and clean!
If you are looking for luxury then it's not a choice for your.
Stuff is very professional, polite all issues resolved quickly.

Hotel guests could have more respect for others and when are leaving the beach could have taken their towels with them and not booking the place on a beach for the time when they are not present there.
It's named rotation!!! Then every guest will have a place on a beach. Is mainly a habit of tourists Russia. Dear ruusian friends please respect others!!!
And hotel staff couldn't have taken this under their control.
